+ -1 moreThere were several courteous calls back and forth, explanations of the problem, reassuring us with ''yes, I just did a job like that, do you want a referral?'' and attempts to make an appointment. Preliminary estimates proved optimistic when greater damage was uncovered. Adjusted cost was certainly fair.We would not hesitate to recommend Spike and expect to use him in the future.
Description of Work: Spike and his assistant Mario showed up promptly, assessed the problem, (kitchen floor in older house partially rotted)and fixed it in one day, much to the relief of my mom,(I joined to facilitate things for her). At the same time he tried hard to keep the cost reasonable. He cut out the old floor, purchased what he needed, repaired a major support beam, sealed the wall adjacent, and next week will replace the damaged floor covering with vinyl tile.

Description of Work: Installed mailbox (and furnished), repaired lights, replaced all light bulbs, repaired gutters, planed door down, fixed a light switch, fixed a pot light, and patching the super gutters around the pool.
