AURORA CABINET CORP

There were many mistakes along the way and we would kindly ask the owner, Victoria Parra to fix them. However, every time she made a mistake such as improper measurements, misinformation, and poor installation, she would act very unprofessional and refuse to fix them. She ordered panels that were too small for our island & walls. She tried to pass them off as fine even telling us the countertops would hide the error, which they did not. Furthermore, she installed panels and the cabinetry at angle instead of straight. We also could not open our refrigerator door all the way and the oven doors rub against the cabinetry. Since we paid her before the appliances were installed, she did not want to come back to the house to do the right thing and make some slight adjustments. We begged her to do the right thing and fix her mistakes. She knew we had no recourse since we already paid her. She refused to come back out to the house and she stopped returning our phone calls. We tried being so nice to her to settle it amicably but she has a terrible temper and acts unprofessional. In the end she took our money and ran. We should have gone with a larger company who takes pridein their work and reputation. Anyone who has seen our kitchen is very surprised that Aurora Cabinets would not fix these errors as any other company would have done.
