Description of Work: I normally don't give bad reviews, but have been extremely patient after almost one year and still haven't had my issues resolved. The install took much longer than stated, and had to wait extra because PGT sent the wrong window. I never complained because the windows looked nice. However, the windows did not pass inspection. Moe, my salesperson ,asked me to provide him with the contract and paper work I had received initially so he could take it to the city to appeal. I never received the paperwork back even after a few emails and several calls including to Gordon, the Manager. Neither the paperwork was returned to me; nor the sliding glass door screen latch was repaired so I can open the sliding door. I haven't had a chance yet, but plan on contacting the owner ,who I met once when he was in town. He was very cordial and am sure he would not be happy with the poor customer service I have received. I would not recommend.

Description of Work: I walked into their showroom to inquire about accoridan shutters. They sent out a technician the same day to measure openings. I received a quote 2 days later. I signed a contract Jan. 15th and the project was completed including permit inspection on Feb. 9th. I ws quite impressed with how fast this installation was accomplished. I calculated the Sq.Ft. cost to be $16.60 Including the $400 permit fee. This was based on 446 sq.ft. of opening measurements. I would recommend this company.

Description of Work: I contacted this company because of postive reports on this site in early June 2006 in order to get measuremenst and an estimate for hurricane windows. They asked me to make the measurements, for they were too busy. I faxed the data and despite my multiple phone calls and their assurances, they never sent me a quote. I gave up on this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
