 + -1 moreEverything look good when he finished but immediately water started leaking out. He said there was nothing he could do. But at least he tried. THEN, after a couple months, one of the shower panes EXPLODED into a million pieces in the middle of the night. This happens when the door is poorly installed (I came to find out). When I called him, he responded that he would take a look. But never showed for 3 appointments. Then he stopped answering calls and messages. Unacceptable. I had to pay an extra $500 to get it fixed and the person who fixed it complained of this provider's work quality and poor product quality. I will be taking him to small claims court.
Description of Work: This provider installed a custom glass, frameless shower enclosure for a large master bathroom.
