Everything from start to ending was awesome , sergio the sales rep came to my house and explained everything. When install time came it was fast and clean they did an awesome job and affordable for every bduget, highly recommend ASP for anyone wanting impact windows.

Danny did a very good job of presenting everything to me. He recommended I go to the showroom in Kendall so I could see and touch the real thing. After I looked and tested the SIW products, I was convinced. Pedro ran the install. He was excellent. He was always on time and worked beautifully. I would recommend ASP for both windows and doors.

ASP Review I only write reviews for companies that really provided me with an exceptional job and ASP completely blew me away. I first contacted ASP in May. I had four other companies come out to give us an estimate. My decision in going with them really had to do with Danny. He was my salesman. He's the only one that I felt was truly honest and not just trying to pitch me. The other companies had more of a car salesman tactic which I really can't stand. Funny thing is that the other companies were super high pressured but their actual knowledge of windows and doors were below average to say the least. They'd start at some outlandish price and then offer some bogus discounts. I feel bad if there are people that really fall for that. As far as Danny's honesty goes, his word was impeccable. Everything he told me was on point. From the time I was expected to get my windows to the way the installers would protect my house during the install. He'd always answer my phone calls as well which I know it's hard to find people that actually answer their phones now a days. The customer service from their office was excellent as well. Jenny called me many times to not only update me but to also check in on how the install was going. Lastly, Abdel is a champion at installing windows and doors.

The first day of installation Lazaro came out to do my front door and Javier came with his helper to get the windows done. All of the guys that worked in my house did a great job. I went with CWS vinyl frames for energy effeciency. Michael was my salesman and he was also very good. He was true to his word and highly recommend him and ASP.

I started my search for new Impact windows and doors by contacting thee of the highest rated companies on yelp. I met with the first two companies and didn’t have the greatest experience. I decided to contact one more company which was ASP. Chris Pouridas was my representative came out, he explained the quality of the products that ASP carried and was very educational. He provided an itemized detailed quote on the spot and helped me make my decision in going with ASP. About two weeks after signing the agreement, Jesus the technician and Chris came back out to the property and took final measurements. Jesus set my expectations and provided a thorough explanation on how the installation would be completed. One week before the installation took place, I received a call from Jennifer who assisted me with scheduling the installation. Adrianna called throughout the installation to make sure everything was going according to plan. Pedro the installer did an amazing job. They were clean, respectful and completed the installation quickly. I have already referred ASP to family and friends and will continue to do so. I am very pleased with the entire experience that ASP provided and I love my new SIW Windows and Doors.

Once again ASP proves to me and my family how great they truly are. The project was completed a while ago and now I had an issue with the way my sliding glass door was sliding. I called and within three days Michel and Jonathan came by to fix it. This is one of the reasons I recommend them to EVERYONE! Not only do they provde the best products and install but they also provide service like no other even after the job is done. I am so proud I went with them.

From the beginning I was referred by a friend to ASP Windows. I was specifically directed to meet with Chris Pouridas. My experience with Chris was a pleasant one. He was extremely educational and informative. After meeting with Chris I was convinced that ASP Windows was the company for the job. From there I visited Chris at the kendall show room. The quality of the SIW product line stood out to me immediately. From there we signed with Chris and the process began. The communication in the office with Yesenia when it came time to schedule the Installation was exceptional. The day that the installation took place Javier the Installer delivered the materials and conducted a quality control check on the products. This team was extremely polite, organized and conducted the installation with finesse. There was no damage from the installation and everything was finished with the highest quality. I have already recommended ASP Windows to friends and family and I will be completing the second phase of my project in the next couple of months. Cuando yo me decidí de cambiar las ventanas y puertas de toda mi casa para impacto me di a la tarea de buscar información de diferente compañías contra huracanes. Y estoy bien contenta que escogí a ASP. Todo estuvo bien desde que conocí a mi representante Jonathan Rodriguez que también es el dueño de la compañía. El siempre estaba disponible a contestar toda las preguntas que e tenido con mucho detalles. Yesenia se mantuvo al tanto de la programación de la instalación mia y estuve en contacto hasta que se me terminó la instalación. ASP is a top tier company. They’re products and services they provide are the best. We selected SIW windows and doors, we are really happy with our new windows and doors. Micheal our salesman was great, upfront and never felt pressured. Installers Mario, David and Michel were very skilled and job was very clean. Rony the stucco guy was the best. Everything went great worked with Jesus Miranda extremely professional explained every detail and helped us get the best setup possible, we even had some issues with the HOA to perform the installation and he assisted us with that also. the job was done in a very professional way and we are very happy with it, would definitely recommend again.

I hired ASP for a second time around and my daughter also used them based on my recommendation. We are both extremely happy with the end results. Michael attended both of us. Working with ASP was a pleasure! My salesperson Pete was helpful in explaining the different types of products available and assisted with helping me decide what was best in my house. Jesus came and his precise measurements made the installation flawless and perfect! The quality of work was impeccable - Frank and his helper did a phenomenal job. Extremely professional and informative

This company is great! I love my new windows and doors. It is so quiet inside my house now and my electric bill has dropped substantially. I get compliments on my front door from everyone and they're also astonished with the large picture windows that they were able to fit in the huge awkward opening we had in our living room, which now provides a beautiful view of my pool. Jonathan Rogriduez (the owner) actually happened to be my sales rep and Randy was my installer. I'm usually hesitant to recommend anyone but after this experience, I've recommend them to all of my friends, neighbors and coworkers. A few have already used them and they and so far it's been nothing but positive feedback which makes me proud. Keep up the good work ASP!

Based on Angie's List reviews we requested a quote from ASP in April. Ulises came to the house the next day. Originally we were looking to replace just 9 windows since we had shutters already for the other windows. Ulises gave us a quote for all 13 windows suggesting that the impact windows also offer security protection as well as storm protection. We accepted the quote which seemed in line with others and a few days later they came out to do detailed measurements so they could order the windows. We put down 50% of the amount as a deposit. Over the next couple months, the ASP office kept us informed of the status. Because of persistent rains, the installation was delayed a couple times but was finally scheduled for the beginning of August. They began installation on a Thursday and finished the next day. The installers were meticulous about covering furniture and cleaning up both days. Three of the windows were originally glass block and we were expecting some damage to the surrounding window area as they were being removed, but all three came out perfectly. Although there was still a good bit of dust in the rooms, we had expected that as with any type of construction project. The next week the county inspector came, and the installers completed installing the small inspection panels that had been left off for the inspector. I would not hesitate to recommend ASP and would use them again, They were honest, reliable, professional and meticulous in their work.

They service what the sell - they replaced a specialized lock handle in my hurricane doors.
