I learned of ASP through others in our neighborhood who had a great experience and outcome. After meeting with ASP, as well as another company, it was clear to us that ASP could provide the product and the expertise that we were seeking. Our sales rep Michael was very responsive throughout the process; as was the head installer Anthony and all those involved in the installation. Jonathan was awesome in making sure all the final touches and any modifications were done. We have been thrilled with the responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work. Even the City inspector made reference to the quality of the work. We love that ASP stands behind their work product and will be available to us should we notice anything that needs to be addressed after the work is completed. I have already made recommendations to friends who are considering hurricane windows; and would not hesitate recommending ASP to anyone. A big thank you to the great team at ASP; you’re the best!

One of the best experience I have had of contracted work done in my house. they truly go the distance to ensure that the work is done professionally and to customers satisfaction I like the way they handle from start to finish. My salesman Sergio, my installer Pedro and the administrative staff all remain in contact with me to ensure that I was satisfied with the process. After receiving several quotes, I selected ASP because of their excellent value. I was specifically interested in quality materials, skilled installation, and great customer service, all of which I give ASP 5 stars for. From first point of contact, with salesman Jonathan, to Pedro and the install crew, to the phone checkups from the office throughout my experience, I was very impressed by this company and their work. Plus, my house looks beautiful with my new windows.

Our experience with ASP was fantastic from start to finish. We first had exposure to them at the Home Show when we were surrounded by various companies who install impact windows and doors. The follow up after the Home Show was immediate and I was connected with sales representative, Jonathan Jure. Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable and sat down with me to answer all my questions, as all the information was quite overwhelming. He was always accessible to answer all additional questions and truly guided me through the whole process. Robert and his installation crew were phenomenal! The installation took less than 5 days, including the restructuring and installation of larger sliders and a brand new wider door with sidelight. Considering the mess involved with any reconstruction, Robert and his crew always left the house clean and were very particular about asking me if I needed them to do anything else before leaving for the day. The front door especially has been a real "showstopper", as we've had several neighbors stop to admire and comment on it's beauty and uniqueness. The sliders have added significant light and are a focal point when you walk through the front door. We're so happy with the completed project and highly recommend ASP for any windows and doors project. We're glad to now be considered part of the ASP family.

Starting with Jason, the sales rep, everything went fantastic. The clerical s took care of their part and the in stallion was perfect. I was so pleased about everything with this job. I can't say enough about this co.

Contacted several companies prior and Jonathan at ASP Windows gave us the best quote. Delivery of impact windows did take awhile but not unexpected , as we were advised of the time. The installation crew did an awesome job. They made sure everything was covered and when finished they cleaned up. Highly recommend this company.

My experience with ASP Windows and Doors was incredible. They all very professional, punctual and accurate. They show up when they say they are going to show up. The measurements by Jonathan were precise. The installers for our project Mario and David are great at what they do. The office team is also amazing. Yesenia, Nathalie, and Adriana were always on top of things

I feel very protected not just because of my awesome new impact windows but also because of the way ASP treated me and my home I know they will be in this business for a very long time. I have full confidence that they will help me again if I ever need them in the future. They were recommended to me by my neighbor. Jonathan the owner came by to take the production measurements and surprisingly enough he even came by during the install to check on the work. He even helped me with other things that had nothing to do with this project which included fixing my garage door and assisting me with getting a discount on my insurance. In one of his visits he saw me struggling to deliver my old accordion shutters to my friend and he got off of his car and took care of it for us. They are really true genuine people at ASP Windows. Jonathan and his whole team are all wondetful. Five stars isn't enough. Amen!

The whole project was simple with the assistance of our rep Jason Spiegelman. From picking out our materials at ASP’s state of the art showroom to final installation. The process wasn’t quick; however, they stayed in touch and answered our calls throughout the wait. Installers and office staff where very attentive to our needs. Rep even came out to inspect everything when job completed to ensure our satisfaction.

ASP just completed install of 16 windows, 3 sliding glass doors and the front door. The entire process from quoting to final inspection was done perfectly and exceeded my expectations. I evaluated 3 other companies and it was clear to me that ASP was superior. My sales contact, Danny Hernandez was extremely responsive to my million questions and carefully explained my options and set my expectations upfront. ASP is dedicated to delivering quality and service and they showed it in each step of my project. Each step of the project was done flawlessly from Danny and Jesus doing the final measurements, Adriana handling project coordination and scheduling, Abdel installing windows/doors. The installers were professional, lots of attention to details and at the end of each day spent considerable tim to clean inside and outside of house before leaving for the day. After install and permit approval, Danny and Jonathan (company owner) visited to do a project wrap up. I could tell that it was very important to them that I was satisfied and I am definitely satisfied. Amazing ! It was important to me to pick a company that would deliver what they promised and ASP did that and much more !!! Bottom line, if I had to do this all over again, I would definitely chose ASP !

Excellent. Very honorable guys. The window install went well and a couple of years later, we had some concerns about water intrusion. The guys came out, honored their warranty and tried to figure out the problem which was a conflict between the original developers framing materials and window install. They fixed the problem. I highly recommend their services and can't say enough about their integrity.

A-1 right from the start. Price, materials, plan all net my expectations. Sales staff kept in constant touch and kept me updated all the way to installation day. Was notified when work would begin and within a day and a half all of the job was complete. Inspector came a day later and were were completely finished on Day 4. Great look, already seeing decrease in FPL bill and provides us with added security, as these are made with top grade material. Couldn't be happier with entire process. Thanks to the entire team at ASP for a job well done.

Excellent pre work and responsive sales and pre work. There was a slight delay in getting started but did not inconvenience me. The work was very professional, clean and with no surprises. The work was done in the time planned and with no last -minute add on costs. Although not cheap, if a homeowner wants a clean, excellent and totally easy installation of quality doors and windows, I recommend ASP.

Great company to install hurricane impact windows and doors ! Sergio the sales rep was amazing and attentive, responded to all my calls and text quickly. The installers, Robert and team were truly amazing and cleaned up after themselves ! I highly recommend this company!

The windows and doors are beautiful. The installers were professional, clean and punctual. Only glitch was a clerical error that resulting in a 2 month delay in our installation. Still, the product and installation are first rate, and we’ll hire them again to do the rest of our house soon.

ASP Windows and Doors, provided great quality and timely response to all questions and concerns during the entire process. Danny came out and measured all the windows, and gave us suggestions on style and window type to best fit our needs and aesthetic. He was thorough with all measurements and effective with communication with both the office and us as the clients. Jonathan came to check on the project and make sure everything was done correctly. Yesenia was timely and accurate with the scheduling to best fit our schedule. Jennifer continually followed up along the process to make sure all scheduled appointments were completed. Frank, came out for the installation. His attention to detail and cleanliness during the process, made this process easy and without a headache. I would highly recommend ASP for any of your impact window and door needs.

Workers were polite and professional. Kept work area clean. Cleaned up very well every day when finished. We had 3 estimates and ASP was the best. It ended being higher than the others but they were worth every penny !!! The quality is outstanding . Armando, the manager sales rep explained everything very well. He was the only one to bring samples. I highly recommend ASP. An incredible team ! Very courteous and professional.

I spoke with someone from ASP by phone, described the scope of the job, provided approximate window measurements that I had received from another company's quote and was told I would be contacted to set up an appointment for an estimate. A day or two later I received an email quote from Chris Chelius which was followed up by another email from the sales office thanking me for meeting with Chris Chelius! I've never met with Mr. Chelius or anyone from ASP, nor did anyone attempt to contact me to set up an appointment. A few days later I received a phone call from ASP asking whether I had made a decision to sign a contract with them! I told the caller that it was highly unlikely under these circumstances. I told the caller that ASP's estimate was close to 10% higher than the other company's and that, as it turned out, the measurements provided by the other company were incorrect but since no one from ASP had ever seen the windows let alone measure them, they wouldn't know that and my decision was to find a company that would actually provide an accurate estimate based on correct measurements.

ASP has installed new hurricane impact vinyl windows/doors in my home and their work has always been great. They are very professional and responsive. Jesus was just in my home measuring for a replacement door and couldn't have been more pleased. Reminded him of some issues I had spoken about with my sales rep, and Jesus took care of them immediately. These guys know what they are doing and the product is excellent. I couldn't be happier with the doors and windows I now have.

I've had a great experience dealing with ASP windows and doors, great follow up and customer service, Sergio, the salesman was very patient with me while showing me my options. Miguel and "El chino", the installers did a great job. Everything was completed in the time frame provided. I would definitely do business with them again.
