We are in the process of remodeling our house so we attended the Home Show were we met Johnathan Rodriguez the president of ASP Windows, he was very curtious and dedicated quite some time in answering our questions and showing us his product. We were very impressed by the quality and that fact that we could custom order the windows to the dimensions we were looking for, which were not your standard size. I remember leaving the Home Show knowing that out of all the window and door companies we visited ASP Windows was the best choice. Replacing all the windows and doors is quite the project so we exhausted all of our options. Two weeks after we called ASP Windows to obtain a quote Johnathan himself showed up at our door. He gave us a great quote and wonderful ideas, so we placed the order. A few days after we received an email with the order confirmation and estimated delivery date which was around four weeks. Just as promised we received a call from Jesus whom manages the installation process that the windows and doors had arrived so we scheduled the installation. I want to emphasis on the personal attention Johnathan and Jesus dedicated to us from the onset of the project till the completion. They were both very involved and we have established a good relationship, talking to them is like if you had known them forever. ASP delivered in every way. They are true proffesionals. We are very happy that we made the right choice, our house looks beautiful and we received many compliments from our neighbors whom expressed interest in contracting ASP window for their projects. I highly recommend them I can't say enough about our experience they made our dream come true.

Getting to the final project of anything always has its hiccups. But the end result is A PLUS. I can not complain. I love my windows and doors and I fell in love with my home all over again. Thanks

Everything started pretty well, after sending a request to ASP i received a call very quickly from Nathalie who explained me the options, and sent me a catalogue to choose from. We then wanted to double check the textures of the door before placing the order so went to their showroom where we met with Nathalie who was again very helpful. We finally placed the order for our door, sending a 50% deposit. Nathalie said it would take 2 weeks to get the door and then they would install right away... it actually took 3 weeks to get it, then she did schedule installation a couple days after. The installers were supposed to come between 9am and12pm, I stayed at home waiting the whole morning then when nobody had showed up at 12:45pm I called ASP and was then told they got delayed on previous work and could be at my home in about 1 hour.... knowing that they needed about 3 hours to complete the job and I had to leave before that I had to ask the to reschedule for the following week. Not only I was upset by not having my door installed but mainly I was upset that nobody informed me that they were delayed, worst nobody apologized... They finally came out the following week, installed the one door with great professionalism and care. However the installers didn't have the sticker which Nathalie mentioned that would come with the door to certify it complied with the hurricane-proof standards (like I have on all my hurricane windows already installed). About 10 days later I received a "sticker" printed on a simple piece of paper (which didn't look like a genuine sticker at all) so I held the payment of the balance until I had a wind mitigation inspector come and provide his report a week later. In the end I am a bit disappointed with the service provided by ASP because I wasn't expected all those issues and delays since they were so well rated by most.

I just have the quote and I decided to do businesses with them. Once the door is installed and will update my review.

This is a temporary review of my experience with this company so far. I contacted this company after seeing the number of good reviews comparatively with the handful of bad reviews. Their representative, Michael, arrived on time and was very professional. He answered all our questions and helped us to understand what our options are for the work we need to have done. I explained to him about our recent loss in our family and that we both have a very limited income, and that we have very little money to get as much as we possibly can done. Michael told me he would have an estimate for me that evening. I was surprised because all the other companies told me it would be at least a couple to a few days before I would receive an estimate. I really thought I wouldn't hear from them for several days either; however, the estimate was in my inbox when I checked that evening. Furthermore, not only was there an estimate, but a thorough one complete with documentation for each of the items (windows and doors) that we had asked about. None of the other companies, either last year or this, has provided this information before. Michael had to return a couple of more times before we were finally able to make a decision about exactly what we wanted, and for the budget we could afford. The last time he came, he was accompanied by his boss, Jonathan Rodriguez - the owner, who had come in order to measure things. During this visit, we were able to finalize and sign a contract. During our discussion, both Michael and Jonathan took mine and my mother's situations and needs into consideration and worked hard at finding a way for us to obtain all the things that we feel we need, together with preferrences (Mom's style of windows that she would like), within the budget we can afford. In the end, we did have to go a little over budget, but if everything comes out the way it was promised, then it should be worth the money spent. I've been very impressed with the professionalism of this company, from the reps to the owner, and I'm very grateful for it as well. I hope things keep going the way they have been all the way through. If so, it will be refreshing to have worked with a company that stands by their word, and that is not only concerned about making money, but also about the needs and wants of the people whose lives their work affects.

I contacted ASP for a quote on impact doors and windows. They showed up on time for their first appointment - which I can't say about many other vendors. At every step of the process, my contact Nathalie was responsive and professional. She presented options I would not have known to ask about. She worked with me a number of times to provide updates to the quote as my needs changed. I was pleased to work with them.

Jonathan gave me the best price in town. I had previously install 2 windows with a different company which I was not happy with. He came in looked at the remaining windows and he wasn't pushing the sale. I was so happy with the price and the product that we also did impact French doors, because his original price for the windows were under our budget. Installers were on time, courteous, and clean. They did a professional work. No complaints. The previous installer made a mess in my house and broke a vase (a different company Not ASP). I am looking at replacing my front door with impact French doors and Jonathan will be my first call and choice.

It went very very well. My wife and I had wanted to install impact windows and doors in our home and when we were ready to do the work we contacted and quoted with five different companies. One of the companies we contacted was ASP as they had recently done work for our front door neighbor who highly recommended them. I can honestly say that out of the 5 companies that met with us to quote the job, ASP took extra time and attention while meeting with us to explain the work and all the details of what they do. That was very important as we were unfamiliar with the process of this big investment we were making. Jonathan brought us samples and various different options of the windows and doors before quoting, and then quoted the options we were interested in. He took very careful consideration of the job and made sure to cover all details. We chose to go with ASP for this job. This is not an investment that can be made solely on price although for the quality of the doors and windows the quote was competitive. The installation went very smoothly, all permits and functions involved were done seamlessly. I did not expect it to go as smoothly as it did and when done I was surprised how easy it felt. The team that installed the windows and doors was professional, friendly, and efficient. After the installation Jonathan visited us again to make sure we were satisfied and attended to the few minor requests we had. I would highly recommend ASP for this job. I would not hesitate to contact them again in the future should I need their services. Our house looks great!

My wife and I bought a 2000-sf 3/2 built in 1974 with concrete block construction and we moved into it on 8/1/13. It had its original old jalousie windows and the first thing we wanted to do was change them. The benefits: 1) Security - prevent break-ins 2) Safety - hurricane impact rating 3) Energy efficiency - high A/C bills in S. Florida 4) Insurance discount - a nearly $1500/yr drop in premium for the impact rating means that they will eventually pay for themselves We contacted several companies and immediately began communication with the 2 most responsive companies, and ASP was one of them. They were very informative via email. In early August, the sales rep Chris came out to our house and assessed the work that needed to be done, provided information, brochures, answered questions, and invited us to their show room. There, we were shown the various types of windows and their pros/cons. We had a difficult time evaluating the cost/benefit of the different windows and choosing a style; vinyl or aluminum? insulated class? clear or tinted? casement, single hung, horizontal sliding, or fixed? color of frames? colonial grids or full view? Not to mention all the decision-making that went into the doors. We went back and forth over all these things via email, phone, and in person. The whole way, Chris spent an inordinate amount of time helping us to arrive at the best decision. He had to modify the contract a few times at our whim. We had a version (not the final one) of the contract by the 3rd week in August, and I found the price to be rather high. In late August, I contacted the competing company which was also vying for our business, and they gave us an estimate for the exact same job using all the same materials. The competing company came in a full $3000 less and was more transparent in breaking down the costs for labor vs. materials. However, there was one big difference: ASP offered a 30-year warranty on the installation, whereas the other company offered only a 1-year warranty. We went with fairly pricey and durable materials (vinyl) from an excellent company (CWS) that provides 30-year warranty on both glass and frames, and Chris convinced me that there was no reason for any company not to offer a 30-year warranty on the installation as well, since most problems that occur result from installation issues, not problems with the materials. Chris rather aggressively pushed for our business, and admittedly probably would not have gotten us without doing so. He offered several concessions in terms of the pricing and decided to substitute a top quality back door with a 5-point locking system in place of the original door in our contract, and this door would otherwise have been extremely expensive. In the end, mostly because of the warranty issue, we decided to go with ASP, and we probably paid about $1500 more for this peace of mind (and the better door) than if we had gone with the other company. The final contract was pinned down on 9/10/13. I then began to get pretty tough with Chris about time to installation as we had other home renovations pending and a baby on the way; because of that, he pushed the permit through and in less than one week he had a permit from our city and an official order submitted to the window manufacturers. The estimated delivery date of the materials to ASP was 9/30/13. I had therefore been led to believe that the beginning of installation would also be on 9/30/13; as the company has difficulty storing the materials in their small show room, they like to get them out to the customer right away, so I needed to plan around this. This was one sticky point: It was very difficult to pin down a definite install date in advance. My wife and I both work and I wanted to take the first day of installation off in order to meet the installers, who would be alone in our home on the subsequent days, but to do so I had to have a definite date in advance. I ended up taking 9/30/13 off and wasting a vacation day as by 9/29/13, ASP still had not contacted me for an install date. Shortly after that they did, and it was set for 10/7/13, so only a 1-week delay. They were still well within the 6 weeks on the contract. The main installation was performed by 2 men, the head installer of which was named Ruben. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. It took 4 days, but the areas that required significant stucco work were left unfinished. Another man named Oscar, who is actually the father of the owner, was sent to our house over the weekend of 10/19-10/20/13 to patch things up. At that point, all the finishes looked very clean. The garage door was installed incredibly quickly by the subcontractor, actually before all of the windows, and looks great. However, the Thermatru front door has not yet been installed. This is because there was a significant delay from the manufacturer on our particular door, which was unfortunate because Thermatru was supposed to be the fastest of the manufacturers. This meant that the front door could not be installed during the main installation. It was finally ready about 2 weeks ago but then was being stained, and as of today (10/31/13) it is completed and installation is planned for Monday, 11/4/13. Chris has agreed to personally oversee the installation since I cannot take off from work and be in the house. So from contract closure on 9/10/13, all installations finally will have been completed on 11/4/13 but would have been finished 10/20/13 had it not been for the Thermatru delay. Chris and his team will still have to do a final pass-through and schedule an inspection, but we are very happy with the results. I do not think the other company would have been faster or have better service, and although they would have been a bit cheaper, we have peace of mind to have a 30-year warranty on the installation. Anything happens in the next 30 years ? as long as the company is still in existence (and I?m fairly certain they will be), it?s covered.

I started by working with Michael Leitman who answered my initial phone call right away and even came out on a sunday to provide an estimate. I had a budget and a schedule that I was working to and he was great about being clear about the cost. He walked me through the timing of each step and was spot on when it was finished! We ordered the windows through a company called V & V windows. I am very pleased with the quality of them. I have very loud neighbors who are constantly yelling at their kids. A nice side effect of having these windows is the sound-proofing performance so having them installed has eliminated that issue! The glass is 7/16" thick and the frame is 3" thick which is better than the windows I had installed previously. They feel solid when you open and close them. Jesus Miranda oversaw the installation which went flawlessly. The installers got here early in the morning and finished the job a little after lunchtime. They were very professional. My house is almost 60 years old and nothing is straight/level so they had their work cut out for them. I will probably always own older homes because they give me the flexibility to remodel them. I will definitely call ASP windows in the future as they are dependable and do a great job which is a gem in South Florida!

When my husband and I first purchased our home, we quoted several companies including ASP. Jonathan, the Owner, seemed very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Though we were not ready at that time, we agreed we would contact Jonathan once we were ready. Four years later, we contacted Jonathan and he came again to provide a new quote and take measurements. His installation crew Randy and Michel were very professional and service oriented. The worked very diligently and quickly. They paid attention to detail to ensure cleanliness after each window/ door installation. Jonathan came personally to inspect the work once completed and reviewed with us to ensure we were happy with the overall project results. His office staff was also very helpful and courteous. We have already recommended them to our friends/ family. This family owned and operated business provides high quality and quality service.

I researched storm windows companies at length and chose ASP. From the intial call, they were professional, courteous and very accomodating in schedulign time ti meet. I met initially with Chris Pouridas, one of the sales reps for ASP. He came to my house for a meeting. He was on time, very professional and knowlegeable about hid products and company. I was impressed. He took measurements and said would follow up within a couple days with a quote. I received pricing within 48 hours. After a visit to their showroom to review window styles/option, we signed thr agreement. Chris walked me through the entire process and the time required to complete the job. All went very well and over the several weeks of the process (permits, lead time for building etc) he kept in regular contact. I also worked with Jesus Mirnanda in order to get scheduling and installation completed. His team came out as planned and did an excellent job. They install team was very courteous and cleaned up extremely well after the installation. They even mopped the floors! This was great service! I have used Angie's List for other work done on the house and always have been very satisified with results. ASP has to be one of the best that I have dealt with while here in Miami. I am recommending my neighbors and friends to ASP. Great company, great people, great product and, more importantly, great communication and follow up on the details.

Our experience with them has been very good so far. But there were several things that were sent wrong. I am waiting on that and so it is taking more time. The actual installation of almost all the windows went very smooth and very well. They were professional. The only thing that I am a little disappointed is that according to them the manufacturer sent the wrong window and wrong hardware for the new front door.

It went rather smoothly, which is why I rely on Angie's List when I want to hire someone to carry out a home project. Of 3 firms contacted, ASP was the only one that sent someone in person to our home to get an idea of the project first-hand. The salesman, Marcos, was punctual, professional, and responsive. The project coordinator, Jesus, was also pleasant, responsive, and articulate. It's soooo nice not to be referred to as "Bro" by someone. The installers were also professional and meticulous. They took their time to finish the job properly. The door and window turned out beautifully and they look wonderful. The only minor detraction to the experience is that production and installation took longer than expected. I chose the expedited option (no extra charge - just larger initial payment), which indicated 4-6 weeks of production time. It actually took approximately 8 weeks. Still, not a big deal. I highly recommend ASP for your door/window needs.

Great Customer Service and responsiveness to answering all my questions. Wish there was more interaction from a personal level of explanations of the product. Decided to go with another service provider that was able to meet all my needs with initial questions and answers and also product samples.

They made sure all the paperwork was taken care of and that everything passed to code and that I was satisfied. They went above and beyond after having to get multi approvals, even after having the permit office change the requirements. All in all it was an experience made earlier by ASP.

Very happy with ASP. Installed windows on a duplex, 17 openings. Michael and Randy were our installers. Friendly, professional and fast. Always on time and very willing to explain everything being done. Two windows had tile work that needed extra attention. They were very particular not to damage tile and then finished off with a very clean edge where the tile didn't reach the window. frame. Clean, fast and great job all around. Attention to detail is unsurpassed.Will definitely use them again.

Chris came out and did the preliminary measurements. The turnaround on the quote was excellent and Chirs' explanation of details was also very good. Once I got the quote, I asked Chris to please change it in a way that allowed me to compare "apples to apples", which he did very quickly. Again, Chris' responsiveness is a promising sign. Unfortunately, their quote was higher than others and I mentioned that to them. Chris was very gracious and, while I understand it is not what he wanted to hear, he was professional and wished me luck on the project. I will certainly consider them if necessary in the future.

I contracted with ASP to do the work even though they were not the lowest price. They received great reviews on Angies List and when I met with the sales team I liked that they were on time for their appointment and communicated with me in a timely manner. After the doors were ordered I received email updates telling me when the doors were expected and what the status was. I was thrilled. I made my deposit in April with the understanding that the work would be completed during my summer break. I needed to return to school on August 12. Unfortunately something happened and no work started at my house until 3 days before I needed to return to work. Communication about when they would be coming and when someone needed to be at the house to let them in was terrible. I got called at work asking me to let in the building inspector without ever being told he was coming. This part of the job was very frustrating. Now that the work is completed I am totally satisfied with the quality of the work and the finished product. The doors look great but I would not recommend using this company unless you can be home all day every day during the construction.

They were very good. The product that I was wanted that was vinyl frame not aluminum. I made some research and that the guy I like best and they have that product and another product. So, I made a research on the product myself and on them I should compliment, the references, looked feedback, and went through them and they did a good job.

My wife and I met the owner Jonathan at the Miami Beach Home Show and we were very impressed with the products he had to offer and his product knowledge. We really were not aware of the differences in quality between products till we met Jonathan. We saw all sorts of aluminum frame sliding glass doors but not vinyl. We are located in a high rise corner unit and though the rest of the companies said vinyl will never meet the requirement, Jonathan demonstrated his product which had even stronger design pressures than the aluminum quotes I had received. What a huge difference in our home. Our unit feels so much cooler and I know longer hear the large garbage trucks in the morning. ASP's workers were great overall. They worked extremely hard and they cleaned up after themselves. I have already referred them to two neighbors and one of my friends. We are also looking to do another unit with them in the near future. Keep up the good work ASP!

The door quality and paint job were good. The installer Lazaro did a good job with installation. There was a small issue which he later fixed. The bad rating i have to give this company is due to the bad experience i had with the sales person i dealt with. She needs to work on her customer service skills as well as time management and project planning.

UPDATE 4/28/2014: I can tell from dealing with ASP and Jonathan that he and his staff care about doing a good job for their customers. They do need to work some more on keeping timely appointments though. Jonathan and his staff are responsive, but were sometimes late to appointments and rescheduled when we had already set a set date and time for appointments. The install was very quick (about 8 business days) and pretty clean, though I had to have the installers come back to clean some debris that was left in a few hard to reach places (some debris got caught in our accordion hurricane shutters, which we decided to leave up for now). There were a few other small glitches with permitting and one of the doors and two sliding screen doors were delivered with some damage, but ASP worked hard to correct these issues and stayed in communication with us throughout the process. The quality of the product ASP used seems to be excellent - Florida's Best, TM Windows. We are very pleased with ASP and our new windows and doors. I would recommend ASP to family and friends. ----- 6/18/13: I called ASP and spoke with Jesus. He was professional and said he would send Marcos to my home to provide an estimate at 10:00 AM on 6/19/13. 6/19/13: Marcos never showed up, so I called ASP at about 11:30 AM and spoke with Jesus, who apologized and said he would send Marcos out again on 6/20/13 at 10:00 AM. 6/20/13: Marcos arrived 40 minutes late at 10:40 AM. Marcos was very nice and professional and discussed some of our options. Marcos promised a written estimate by Monday, June 24, 2013. 6/27/13: I still had not received an estimate from Marcos so I called ASP and spoke with ASP's answering service who said they would call me back about the estimate. 6/28/13: Marcos called me and said the estimate must have gotten lost in my email and that he would resend it - an estimate with impact glass and aluminum frames, and an estimate with non-impact glass and vinyl frames. I told Marcos that was wrong and that we wanted both estimates, impact and non-impact glass, with vinyl frames. We never discussed aluminum frames as an option. He said he would get the corrected estimate to me that day. 7/1/13: I am writing this review on July 1, 2013. I still do not have the estimate. Jesus and Marcos were pleasant to speak to and I really did not want to give them a bad review, but they failed every step of the way and if people do not give accurate reviews, that defeats the purpose of Angie's List. I count 5 separate failures on ASP's part: (1) failed to keep the first appointment; (2) arrived at second appointment 40 minutes late; (3) failed to provide an estimate by Monday, June 24, 2013; (4) promised the wrong estimate when I spoke to Marcos on June 28, 2013; and (5) failed to provide an estimate at all as of July 1, 2013. I checked my junk mail and cannot find an email estimate from ASP, and they should have called me within 24 hours to follow up to make sure that I received it. Based on these repeated failures, I do not believe I would ever trust them to work on my home.

called to have an estimate done for shutters/panels was told they do not do them and the company they outsourced to went under, but they would come out to give an estimate for impact windows . . . there is an ad in the June Angie's list for shutters/panels, also it is still posted on Angie's web page they provide shutters/panels. I expressed this with the person I spoke with to which an apology was given and accepted. The company did refer two other installers who would do the shutters/panels So here I am Not sure if it is Angie's list or the company who have dropped the ball? But I'd think by now a few weeks have passed and the advertising on Angie's list for shutters/panels would be corrected . . . nope still being offered?????
