ASP Windows and Doors did very good quality work at a very good price. The doors and windows look fantastic. Jesus, the ASP rep we worked with, had an excellent idea for replacing a set of windows and doors with a sliding glass door that none of the other contractors I interviewed thought of. Excellent idea and excellent results. On the negative side, the work was significantly delayed because materials were back ordered. All work stopped in the middle of the job while the contractor waited for materials. As a result, the job we thought would end by November dragged on through November and finally finished before Christmas. I marked them down on punctuality for this, but maybe it should have counted against professionalism. Finally, some of the finishing touches went undone. The contractor promised to stop in and clean the windows (and remove the exterior stickers? Not sure who does that but I imagined that the contractor would want leave everything clean) and to finish patching around a window. I marked them down on responsiveness for this, but again maybe this should be professionalism.

A great experience from beginning to end. When I called to make an appointment to get an estimate they were able to have one of their sales-rep (Michael) come out the following day. Michael was very knowledgeable and very helpful and provided me with an estimate the same day which was great. He recommended CWS vinyl Windows and immediately pointed out how much I would appreciate the windows' sound reduction since my home sits directly across a busy street and a Costco supermarket; he was 100% correct. He said the project would take approximately 2 months to complete from beginning to end and it was completed in 6 weeks. Their installer Randy and his assistant were complete professionals, they protected all my furniture and their installation was flawless. I couldn't be happier with my choice.

I found ASP through a family referral. They came highly recommended. I was told they were very clean, polite and had done wonderful work. When I called ASP they came out on the same day. Jesus was my sales rep and everything was explained perfectly. I did not know they had financing. I had planned to pay out of pocket. The rates were good and the process was easy. I payed half myself and financed the other half. The materials took about 5 weeks and the permit took 2 weeks. Jesus was there any time I needed him. He gave me constant updates. A+.... The windows were installed 7-8th week from signing as I was told it would. The installers Ruben and Robessi were awesome. My home looks new again and I thank everyone at ASP for an incredible job.

The installation couldn?t have been better! The sales rep, Ulises Vazquez was very helpful and the installation crew was excellent? on time, complete clean-up and the new windows were cleaned to perfection. I highly recommend ASP Windows and Doors.

Our experience did not match that of others on the list.

They showed up as promised, made a binding estimate, completed the job across a weekend so that I would not have to take time off work, did a fantastic job and even helped me find the original manufacturer of my garage door (ASP did not install it) so that I could get the wind mitigation discount from my insurance company. Ulises went far and above satisfactory service. His professionalism and the quality of the work will ensure that I recommend ASP to anyone who asks. Thanks, Ulises.

I should mention that this is the first home my fiancé and I have purchased together and neither of was is particularly construction savvy. When my fiancé met Jesus (the sales rep) from ASP he was very impressed and felt that we would be in good hands. He was told that the job would take "a couple of weeks" and we planned to go away for two weeks (out of state) and leave the keys with them. Unfortunately the installation kept being delayed (as well as our traveling) due to company not receiving necessary "materials". Finally we left our home on 22nd July and they were due to begin installation the next day. Our plan was to return around 15th August thinking that was more then long enough to complete the job. A few days after we left we were hoping for an update and after Jesus didn't responding to my fiance's texts I left a message with their office and a few hours later a gentleman called back. I explained that we were concerned as we had no updates and we left our property in their care so naturally we were anxious. I was then given a mini lecture on how I'm overreacting and that they are a serious company with many years of experience and that its' only been a few days... I reminded him that we never even implied that they were not serious and that for a job that's only suppose to take a couple of weeks 4 days is long enough to expect an update. Anyway he promised to get an update and to call me back, of course he never did. We did however eventually get a couple of texts and pictures from the sales rep and the updates were fairly regular from there on. The installation took longer then anticipated and so we arranged to stay away until 24th August (over a month away!). The day before we came back my fiance informed Jesus and asked that the key is left for us. The return to our home after a long absence, tired from a very long journey was a complete shock. We walked into a house covered with construction dust. There was not a clean inch in an entire home. Our bedrooms were not terrible but our living room, dining room, kitchen and the office were awful. I cried my eyes out and immediately started taking everything out onto the deck. My fiancé called ASP furious and spoke to a lady who promised we will hear from someone immediately. We spent eight hours cleaning and scrubbing that day. Pillows, throws, linens, a leather sofa, even cuttlery in the kitchen needed to be washed. Mosquito meshes that were not installed were resting agains a more then 100 yrs old painting in our corridor, poking through the canvas. Tools and parts scattered around the house. The deck outside the living room was all scratched up and paint scraped off. ...No one from ASP called back that day. My fiancé complained again the next day but to no avail.. By the way the installation was not yet complete. He was so angry he told me they were not allowed on the property again and we will just have to find someone else to finish the job. I then offered to deal with them and spoke to ASP and eventually we heard from Jesus. Every single complaint was met with " but I already explained to your fiancé ... you were not there at the sales meeting I told him... ". Basically damage to our decks was expected and part of the process. The horrid dust (and dust is not a good word for it) was also expected. And they did put a barrier up "but it takes a while for the dust to settle down". My question as to why they took the barrier down before the dust settled was not answered. They did apologize for all the cleaning we had to do and in the end gave us the discount of $300 for this. This is already ridiculously long so to cut it short (er) the final installment (about a $1000) was due upon completed installation, however our balcony door was faulty and we were waiting for it to be completed, this was now October! We were ignoring their last invoice until this was done even though they kept telling us that that was not their responsibility but that of the manufacturer. Anyhow our door was finally fixed on October 8th and on the same day we received an email from ASP threatening to start a lien process if we don't pay the last remaining $1000! Suffice to say that we would never again hire ASP. As for the entrance door / window quality - they are ok. Our balcony door still doesn't close properly, we have bypassed ASP and contacted manufacturer - still waiting for a call back two weeks later.

This company was highly recommended by a friend that had done their house windows with this company. We contacted the owner, Jonathan, which was very pleasant and professional to speak with. We quickly set up an estimate appointment. Within a week we were able to meet up and he was able to give us an estimate. We had looked at other companies for pricing, but none compared to the quality of their material. We needed the windows to be replaced as quickly as possible since we needed to move in to the house within a month. The agreement price was the same as he had quoted us and the men that came to install the windows worked quickly and efficiently. Thanks to them we are now able to enjoy our house with brand new impact windows. We were very pleased with the end result and highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install highly quality, well priced, impact windows and doors.

Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend. Estimate was performed quickly and then...wait for it...the final price was the same as the estimate. As if that wasn't enough, they started when they said they would and did our entire house (a dozen windows) in three days including inspections (in Coral Gables!). Workers did top notch work. Not a drop of dust in the house. Could not recommend more highly. Great work!

Overall I am happy with the work ASP did. The salesperson was not as responsive as I had hoped and I eventually had to complain to both the delivery manager and owner. However, after that both of them jumped right in and made everything right and ensured the service was as good as promised. I would ensure that you work with Jesus Miranda if possible as his customer service was as good as they come.

I had researched other companies on Angie's List and even visited two warehouses. ASP was the only company that invited me to visit the factory of TM Windows to see how the window products I would order were made. The factory was impressive - very clean and organized. Peter Malcomson from ASP was attentive and responsive throughout the process, from the time he made his first visit to discuss job the until the very end, when he insisted on replacing a window that had some small scratches on it (we were willing to live with it but he contacted TM Windows and they came over and replaced the window). Compared with the other two companies I contacted, Peter was the most responsive and was, in the end, the best salesperson. He was also very helpful in determining what types of windows and doors to replace our old ones with. The results are striking. We have a colonial style home and so we had the front windows replaced with casements with colonial-type grids. They look very nice. TM Windows also removed some old, heavy iron security gates around our sliding doors. We have now much more light throughout the entire house, less sound penetrating from outside, and much more attractive casement windows on the front of the house.

Our project included all the windows in the house plus 3 French doors and two other doors, one of which was the front entry door. I did my homework and after four quotes decided to use ASP Windows because of product quality, customer service and value for my money. Our salesperson Peter Malcomson, was exceptionally knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions or concerns we had with the project. We met the owner Jonathan Rodriguez varies times throughout the process and he was also very accommodating and knew his business very well. Michel and Randy were our installers and I can not say enough on what a great job they did! They were very detailed oriented and handled the job as if it were their own home. I was happily surprised at their work ethics, even cleaning up everyday before leaving. It?s very rare to find this type of professionalism in South Florida. Great job ASP!

We recently had a door installed by ASP and could not be happier with the service and quality of work. ASP installed an incredibly heavy hurricane impact door. The installation was done by Ed and Roberto. Both of whom were incredibly professional. When the door arrived, I could not believe they were going to be able to install it in one day. To my surprise, they did. Ed even came back on Sunday to finish a few little details which needed touching up. Installation is only half the battle. Ed and Roberto also did the stucco work on the inside and outside. When looking at the finished product, one cannot even notice there was any work done as all the walls are perfectly smooth. This is a family owned company and there is no doubt Jonathan, the owner, really cares about his customers. Highly recommend this company.

For years I had wanted impact windows and doors. Of course I wanted the savings on my energy and insurance bills, as well as an improved appearance to our home, but I also wanted for my dear husband to not have to climb a 30-foot ladder to put up storm shutters on the second story windows of our home whenever a hurricane threatened. I got estimates from three companies, all highly rated on Angie's list, but ASP stood out with their attention to detail and knowledge of the many zoning requirements in Coral Gables. Mike was our sales representative and he was one of the biggest reasons we chose ASP. It did take a few months to go through the permitting and ordering processes, but when ASP started, they worked every day until the job was finished to our satisfaction. What's more, they never made a mess, always cleaning up at the end of the day. We had worried about the dust in our rooms because we had heard horror stories from other people who had used other companies. ASP made sure this never happened. We even trusted them so much that we let them in our house in the mornings and then left for work. Nothing was ever missing or out of place. When the job was nearly finished, I noticed that the handle on our front door wasn't working. I'm not sure if it was their fault, but they replaced it with a better handle immediately. When the job was done, Mike came out and we walked through the entire house to examine the great job. I thought we were done but about eight months later, I noticed a small crack in one of the windows. I called Mike and he came by that same day and confirmed a small stress fracture. We asked him how we should contact the manufacturer and he told us that he would take care of everything. Within days, the crack was repaired, showing us that ASP really does stand behind their work. Since then, my cousin has also used ASP to replace her windows and doors, and I will continue to recommend ASP to friends and family.

My first experience was with Sergio, a salesperson for ASP. He was straightforward and I felt very comfortable with him. In fact, everyone was very communicative, prompt, courteous, and efficient throughout the duration of ordering to final inspection. We placed the order at the end of May and ASP told me that it would take 6-8 weeks because TM Windows was backed up. They received the front door first, so they had their carpenter, Lazaro, remove the old door and frame and replace it with a masonite door. Maybe a week or two later, on a Thursday, they called to say that the TM order was ready and we scheduled the install for the next Monday. On Monday, the TM people didn't arrive on-site with the materials until 2:30PM, so work didn't start until Tuesday morning because it was already so late in the day. That's OK, because I know that things get backed up sometimes. The installers, Michel and Randy showed up the next day ready to go. They removed all of the old windows and had the new windows slapped in place by the COB that day. Pretty efficient overall! The next day was spent removing my HUGE 144" wide 4-panel sliding door and replaced it with a 3-panel slider. It looks great and the sound quality has improved greatly. Our house was built in 1979 and all of the original doors/windows were still in place. You could hear every noise outside like the windows were open. Now you don't hear much. Up next came the inspection. The windows and sliding door passed with flying colors, but the inspector did not approve the front door, as he said that the screws needed to be midway through the 8" concrete, instead of being toward the inner corner of the brick. Lazaro came out and fixed it with no hesitation and we had it re-inspected. Passed with zero issue! All in all, we had a good experience with ASP. They respected our home and completed everything well before the 8 weeks were up. Sure, there were a couple slight hiccups, but everything went smoothly overall so I definitely recommend them.

The installation went well, the installers were professional, courteous and on-time. The entire installation took several days and the work area was meticulously cleaned at the end of each workday. The installers were non-English-speaking, which we feared might be a problem. Not at all. A couple of unexpected and last minute changes were necessary so, as he had requested, we called Jesus Miranda (sales & project manager) and everything was immediately handled to our specifications. Jesus visited the project each day and was very hands-on. Although we are hardly experts, we immediately recognized that the quality of our windows and front door are much better than those of our neighbor, which were installed by a different company last year. Ours feel stronger and the installation feels more solid. Jesus Miranda and ASP owner, Jonathan Rodriguez, are great examples of the way all business should be conducted. They value their customers and really go that?extra mile? to get the job done to their clients satisfaction. Both were responsive to our needs and both immediately returned phone calls or emails (even over a holiday weekend!). Our new windows and door look great! We can barely hear the outside sounds that always disturbed our sleep, our FPL bill has dropped, and we feel far more secure having the impact resistant glass to protect against weather and crime. We highly recommend that you chose ASP Windows & Doors because they will NOT LET YOU DOWN! They are in business to succeed and the only way that can be done is through happy customers?..and we are one of their many very happy customers!

Fine! I used him before for other windows. I was satisfied with them the first time so I called them back.

ASP did a great job. I had hired another window and door GC to do the job but ended up having to sue that company just to get my money back after they failed to even pull the permit for the work. I contacted Jonathan who came right over, agreed to do the work for the same price the other GC had quoted, obtained the permit right away and worked with me to turn a very bad situation into a positive. Frank headed up the installation crew and showed up on time every day, worked hard all day, made sure things were done correctly, worked with me to address any issues I saw and left me with a nice finished project. The ONLY thing I didn't like were the plastic door jambs Frank installed (with fake wood grain) but those are apparently standard issue. Other than this minor issue, I would hire ASP again and have recommended them to my friends and neighbors.

It all began with my search to find a reputable and dependable impact window and door company in Miami. After receiving a mailer from the YGrene Program pre-approving me to make energy efficient upgrades to my home, I began my search for a contractor. I immediately became an Angie's List member and did my research on the top 3 hurricane protection companies in Miami Dade. I was able to match ASP Windows and Doors as being one of the approved contractors of the YGrene program along with two other companies. I then contacted YGrene and asked them for feedback on these three companies. ASP happens to be one the first operating contractors with the YGrene program and were highly recommended to me as one of the top companies within the program. I immediately contacted ASP for an appointment along with scheduling two other companies to come out and provide an estimate. The representative that I met with in our first appointment was Chris Pouridas. Chris was punctual, informative and was very easy to deal with through out this entire process. When choosing the right company and the right product for your home, there are several decisions that have to be made in regards to finding the right quality that fits your budget. Chris made it clear and simple as to what product was the best fit for my home and for my environment. I went with Energy efficient insulated Vinyl windows and doors. The comfort level in my home has increased tremendously and my home stays cool for a longer period of time. When I signed with ASP they gave me lead times that were spot on accurate and I was able to have my windows installed within 5 weeks. Everyone that I dealt with in their office provided exceptional customer service and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The installation process was surprisingly smooth and comforting. The installers at ASP were very organized, knowledgable and answered all the questions my father and I had for them throughout the install. They cleaned up after themselves and took precaution in protecting my furniture and my belongings in my home. I would definitely recommend ASP Windows and Doors to my family, friends and neighbors and to anyone else that is looking for a reputable YGrene contractor in Miami. Strong, experienced and honest partner for your project - these are your guys. First off, let me say that replacing all your windows and doors is a MAJOR job. No matter who you use, this is an invasive and messy process with tons of potential for complications and unforeseen obstacles/costs (especially on an older home). For that reason, be very careful about just signing on with the lowest bidder, make sure you have a sophisticated and honest partner going in. For us, ASP was that partner and we're thrilled with end result. We worked with ASP to replace all the windows and doors on our 1930's home. It was big job on a tight timeline, and as we got into it we encountered all sorts of old house issues. ASP was proactive and responsive from the start, providing us with the info we needed to make good decisions around frame color, material, glass tint, thermal qualities, style, permitting and cost. From there, Jovan, who was our project manager at ASP, ran the permitting process efficiently, pushed the manufacturer on schedule and made sure that we had multiple install teams ready for our project to speed it along. During install, Jovan was onsite almost every day and always just a phone call away when needed. When things came up (as they are bound to do when you go digging into 75 year old walls), ASP fixed them for us at no extra charge, and generally took the approach that it was most important to do the job right. At the end of install, both Jonathan and Jovan did multiple walkthroughs, making sure all the details of the work were up to par. Their dedication to providing not just a good final product but a good experience was evident through out the project and so important given the scope and messiness of this kind of job. Highly recommend giving them a call before starting a windows project with anyone else.

I was referred by a relative because they highly recommended ASP. I ended up having the same type of windows installed. Chris Pouridas was extremely professional and responsive. ASP gives you a step by step guidance throughout the entire process. The estimated time from start finish was achieved. The actual installation of the windows only took about 3 days. From start to finish it took approximately 4 weeks. I was happy with the entire process and would recommend ASP to anyone else.

Chris was my ASP sales representative. He was detailed and made himself available at all times. Jonathan is the owner and is running a tight ship. Yasmany was the installer and very professional. Jesus, the project manager, went above and beyond to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. Installation, inspections and any warranty services that had to take place were all directed by him. He showed up whenever it was required on time and prepared. He took my calls nights, weekends. Even showed up on a Sunday evening to prepare for a Monday inspection. We had some issues with city zoning but it was resolved rather quickly. All manufacturer services were mediated by ASP and all is resolved and completed to my satisfaction. The CWS windows were well worth it. The door is beautiful. They weren't the cheapest, but they also weren't the most expensive. I Paid a bit more but received peace of mind, good product, exceptional quality and undoubtedly the best service I've ever received from any contractor I've worked with. While ASP was not the cheapest, they did provide a competitive price when I compared apples to apples with other companies. I couldn't be happier. My place looks great. Highly recommend working with ASP. Will Hire again and continue to refer. Happy consumer!

They are extremely professional and responsive as well as super polite and proper. ASP gave us an estimate and explain all details regarding the job. They answer all our questions in a very professional, educated and nice way. Since we are quite tight on the budget, we decide to use other company for the windows because the other company gave us a better price and financing. Even tough, we are planning to do the front door job with ASP. The other price we got from the other company is not so apart form ASP's estimate, though. We will definitely work with them some other time.

We recently replaced two large patio french doors with storm protection doors and we just love the way they look. Our neighbor had done this recently for all doors and windows in his house and he highly recommended American storm protection (ASP). ASP did a fabulous job.
