Peter was very thorough in describing the details of the products, install, and how the work would be performed. He knew we were on a tight timeframe and wanted to have the work mostly finished before we moved into our new home because we have two younger children. The order came in faster than other companies could provide us and the price was very reasonable for the exceptional quality of the products. Wanting to meet our deadlines, they even sent two crews to work on the installation so that it went faster. Frank and his crew were extremely detail-oriented and took extra care to try and control dust from the install. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. Having worked with a different window/door company before at our previous home and having such a terrible experience, I can confidently say that ASP was a very different experience and breath of fresh air! We are very pleased with the look of our windows and doors, as well as the service experience provided. It has definitely added value to our home and given us more security. I would highly recommend ASP to any of our friends.

They haven't fully installed my widows yet, but it's looking great. I first saw them at the parking lot of a Panera Bread. Then when I was leaving, heard someone next to me say something about a window. I asked if they were with that company, and they said yes. My budget was 16k at the highest. I sat with Jesus, and instead of just giving me a quote to beat the other vendor, he told me what I really wanted. He showed up a few days later at the property to confirm certain details. Instead of 16k, they came back at 28k. Instead of giving me what I wanted, which was a low price, they instead gave me what I "needed" at a great price. If I would have spent 16k with the other vendors or with ASP, I would have had buyers remorse. What ended up happening, is that their consultative approach to what I needed saved me from 20 years of windows that would have been impractical. The other estimates were tailored to meeting a budgetary illusion, that would have been a big mistake. Instead, when these widows are installed, I will have something that will produce the desired results. A lake view with amazing insulated/impact resistance. Once the windows are installed, I will update the feedback as I usually do. For now...5 stars.

We contacted Peter, and went to his facility to see how they operated. We were quite impressed with the way they handled our job. They were very professional and worked with us closely on all the details. We had many windows that were not standard and needed more close attention as to how they would have to be done differently. They did take longer than expected, but still completed the job in a timely fashion. All in all, my husband and I felt very good about the care we got, the people working in our home, and their responsiveness of getting back to us when we had questions or concerns, as well as the quality of the windows they use. They seemed to be thicker than the ones used by other companies and their prices were competitive. We did do some negotiating, but you get what you pay for! I hope we never have to find out how effective they really are, but we do feel good about our purchase, and the company is a class act. Peter even gave us the name of a great painter, and was happy to share his resources with us. He is kind, patient, and easy to work with. Would recommend them highly, and without reservation.

We received several quotes to upgrade all windows and doors to hurricane impact. ASP price was right in the middle, but all quotes were pretty close. Michael was our main point of contact and provided our quote. He was very professional and answered the many questions we had about different window and door options. Installation was very good. Nice work on the trim, no damage to existing window ledge (1950s tile). Very tidy crew, no debris left on property.

ASP representative Ulises Vazquez came to my house and prepared us a quote for replacing all the windows and doors in our home. He was on-time, prepared, coherent. Right off the start we could see why this company has been #1 in Customer Service on Angie's list for several years. We decided to do our 30k renovation with them. I had the most ZEN experience. They were on time, handled every thing down to the dust and finished our project exactly when they said they would. Anytime I called Ulises he always answered my call and followed up with whatever was needed. My house looks so good! Everyone has complimented us on the new improvements! I highly recommend ASP windows and doors for your home improvement project! Thank you to everyone at ASP for the amazing job done in my home. This was done in March 2016.

Even though the installation took a long time due to permits and window manufacturer not being timely, the provider did a good job with installation.

Our experience with this company and specifically with our representative, Chris Pouridas, has been a pleasure from the beginning to the end. He took the time to answer our many questions, to meet us at the showroom to ensure we knew exactly what we were getting and that we were happy with it. The time line for ordering and installing was exactly what Chris said it would be and the installers were complete professionals, showing up on time, working hard and leaving my house clean when they left for the night. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a company that keeps to their word about their work.

HONEST, FAST & RELIABLE ! AAA+++ We were in the market for impact windows and doors but nervous about the cost, and finding a GOOD/HONEST contractor. Four neighbors on our block were replacing their windows and we got quotes from their contractors. We were still concerned about finding the right company and so we decided to try Angie's List for the first time ever! We found ASP Windows and Doors here and the reviews were outstanding. Once we met their representative, Chris Pouridas, and saw their product we settled on them. Their price was a little above the other contractors, but their product is better and is backed with a manufacturer's lifetime warranty! This was not something the other guys were offering. Our ASP rep., Chris Pouridas, was very professional and thorough with every detail. He took the time to help us make sure everything was right. ASP was so fast and efficient with our installation, that our job was done before our neighbors' jobs...and they had all started weeks before us! ;-) The installation crew was terrific - fast, friendly and they cleaned up after themselves beautifully! As with any job there can be snags and we had one where a large sliding glass door arrived from the manufacturer with scratches. ASP and CWS (the manufacturer) coordinated with us and came right back out with a replacement door. They even changed a couple window latches that seemed sticky to me. The windows and doors look amazing; and, by saving us on energy and insurance costs, they are effectively paying for themselves. ;-) A big thank you to ASP and especially Chris Pouridas for continuing to follow up throughout the entire process to make sure everything was done right every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone in the So. Florida area looking for new windows and doors.

A+++! Lynn Fisher - daughter of Barb Corrigan. We contracted ASP to install impact windows and doors throughout our home. This was a significant project, and therefore we spoke with 5 different companies regarding product and pricing. ASP was easily the most competitvely priced, and in some cases they were 45% cheaper than their competitors - for the EXACT same product! They were knowlegeable about both vinyl and aluminum impact glass products - we selected vinyl CWS for our home. But price was only 1 concern, effective installation was another major factor in our decision to go with ASP. We researched all of the companies we got price quotes from, and ASP was the only company that had consistent A ratings on Angie's List - especially in regard to quality of installation. All of the others were B or lower. They proved that their vast number of A ratings were valid! Frank and the installation crew did a GREAT job! They were conscientious, professional and attentive to detail! They made sure to cover ALL of our furniture, throughl vacuumed when they were drilling to eliminate dust, and cleaned up after themselves at every opening! 19 year old windows aren't easy to remove, and they were diligent and careful. A prior contractor had installed a door incorrectly, and ASP made sure to install our new impact door properly in the center of the block, and then made sure to find a solution for the gap that the other contractor had created by installing the door in the wrong place. They went above and beyond! Don't fall for the impact glass sales scams in the marketplace.! "Lifetime Warranties" are just an excuse to double the price to the homeowner. I would rather go with a competitively priced company like ASP and pay for a single window or door that is damaged in a hurricane down the road instead of paying DOUBLE for the entire house! Get a bottom line price from ASP for quality products and a great installation!

Had six estimates before I chose ASP Windows and Doors to perform the work on my home. Johnathan came out for my estimate he was a very professional, kind, and efficient gentleman who knew exactly what he was talking about, and exactly how to help me choose the look and style I wanted for my windows. He was able to show me exactly what I was getting and explain to me the details, and the engineering of the product which to me says a lot. The installers who came out Randi and Aly were two of the nicest people I have yet to have work in my home. The work they did was incredible! My house was transformed! Two of the most efficient, meticulous, trustworthy workmen I have yet to ever encounter. Even the inspector shook their hands. To me that says a lot. If you are, or are thinking about getting new windows and doors, ASP Windows and Doors is the way to go!

Crew arrived on time and completed the job as expected. Overall great experience and I'm happy with the quality and look of my new entry way. Even after the work was completed Jason made sure to come by and check the work done and make an effort to satisfy any issues I may have had.

ASP replaced all the windows and doors on the property. I mainly worked with Michael from the office staff, who was easy to work with. The installers were all professional. They did quality work and kept the place clean during the installation. The windows/doors look great.

I cannot fully express what a wonderful job the ASP Windows team did when installing the new hurricane-resistant roofline windows in our house. The windows look beautiful and are such a great improvement to what we had before. The installers did a magnificent job, despite the obstacles they faced. They were very easy to work with, and I recommend them very highly to everyone. I am know moving forward with replacing other windows in the house.

Very professional. They performed an initial survey of all measurements and outline of the house and then proceeded to take care of all the permit process and guidance efficiently. Installation was done according to all codes and extremely clean. Communication is great with this company, so be certain that they are and will be constantly on top of things.

I worked directly with Jesus Miranda at ASP windows. After obtaining 4 quotes, I decided on ASP because of their reputation and the price was right in the middle. The contractor drove me to current projects to show me their work. ASP pulled all permits and started work on time. The work was down clean and professional. I'm very pleased with my new windows and doors!

A+. Had a good experience with ASP windows and doors and would recommend the company to others. Job was performed on time and it was a smooth process beginning to end. Jason the sales rep was very responsive and even when we had some issues with the city a solution to the problem was quickly presented. Installers Ruben and Carlos were knowledgeable and courteous and did a superb job on the installation. Overall it was a great experience something which cannot be said for many contractors in South Florida.

I met with Jonathan the week before Christmas. I had already met with several companies but by far there was no comparison to what Jonathan brought to the table. After he left my home I knew ASP was our best choice. I felt the most comfortable with the type of service his company would provide for my project. Before signing, I went to his showroom to see and feel his products. I was blown away by the quality of CWS vinyl frame windows. No other product I saw had that type of clean craftsmanship and no other product I saw had those type of features. My back sliding glass door which measured 96" wide was going to be converted to double french doors with two sidelites and Jonathan threw out the idea of making it a double french door (WITH NO SIDELITES) making my french doors exactly 96" wide. It came out gorgeous. No other company put as much passion into the design of my house as Jonathan did. It really paid off when my project was complete which was done on time. The installers were just as good as I expected. They worked diligently and cleaned up around each work area as they finished. My family and I couldn't be happier with the end result. If you're in the market for windows and doors, I highly recommend ASP all the way!

Came on time and did job in a few hours. The door replacement man was excellent . Th fellow who did the door, Lassaro, was fantastic. Salesman, Ulises, was very helpful making sure I got what I needed.

From start to finish the experience was pleasurable. Peter came out to take measurements and took the time to find out what was important to my wife and I on our replacement sliders. Peter was very punctual and professional. Peter explained how the entire process worked and made us feel very comfortable. Peter met me at the window/door factory to show me a tour on how the sliders are made. Once we signed the contract and moved forward with the install, Peter followed up with a second measurement of the openings and had his install crew with him so no mistakes were made. The doors came in earlier than promised and the install team showed up the very next day. The install took them a total of 2 days to complete and a 3rd for them to meet the city inspector for permit approval. All in all, i couldn't be more happier with ASP Windows and Peter for making the entire process effortless.

ASP was recommended by the manufacturer of our hurricane windows (besides being highly rated on Angie's List). It was very easy making an appointment for Michel to come by. He arrived in the agreed upon time frame and was able to quickly replace the broken crank on our hurricane window and even touched up a scratch we had caused on the assembly a while back. Regarding the hurricane doors he noticed that they are not the kind of make they install or repair, but nonetheless Michel worked on them and adjusted them to the best of his abilities and got them to work better. We are extremely pleased with the fast response, the well communicated details by the back office and the speed with which the repair was done. We would use ASP again in a heartbeat and recommend them highly.

We were very pleased with the work done by ASP Windows & Doors. Joao and his assistant were very professional and efficient. They removed our old windows and discarded them. In addition, they installed our new windows adequately and left no mess behind. We were very impressed with their cleanliness. I would highly recommend ASP Windows & Doors.

These guys are really great. The price is unbeatable, and the quality of the windows and doors are outstanding. we were so happy with the original installation, we used them again in another unit, and now our condo association refers and gives preferencial approval when other unit owners want to use ASP. The only drawback may be the time-to-install, as they are a small local company, and use a small local fabricator, so they may not have inventory in stock and ready to go,... however, this means everything is custom made and an exact fit. we are very happy with ASP and will continue to do business with them.

Asp Windows is a company that I highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality, professional, reliable company. The exceeded our expectations. We are more than pleased with our new Windows and doors.
