The process, took awhile because we had previous code violations. The ASP team as well as Xpress Permit Solutions ( Chris Leal ) helped us solve the current code violations and brought or building up to current codes. Jason Spiegelman and the ASP Team brought our beloved property up to code and completed all current renovations to our expectations. I am considering renovating my local condo and ASP will be at the top of our list. Customer service and care to our needs, provided us with a beautiful new look to our aged property. Great. From start to finish everything was handled professionally. Communication and reliability are A+ with Ulises, my primary contact with ASP. One of the reason I chose ASP was because I live in Atlanta and wouldn't be present for the installation. I needed a company I could turn the keys over to and trust that everything would be handled. Ulises told me that he would manage the project from start to finish for me. I believed him and he proved it to me. The installer Frank was professional and very detailed. He was meticulous about his work and it showed in every window. Ulises managed the project and made this a "no stress" installation for me. I would highly recommend them.

Words cannot explain the great service. All of the staff were professional, trustworthy and very nice. Mario, Frankie, Rocio and Jesus were all a great team. Their response to my concerns and questions were all answered. The craftsmanship of work was superb. The number of windows and sliding doors all had to replace and they had the work done in a short time. They made sure they didn't leave until everything was complete to the fullest. Everything was in order. I don't have not one negative thing to say about ASP Windows and Doors, expect a positive outcome and I highly recommend their services.

I'm real proud of the work ASP did for me and my home. I changed all of my windows and doors and used IWC windows. They're leak proof windows and they look real nice. Big change on the look of the house. Everyone at ASP was real helpful. The Install was clean and went smoothly. Jesus, Rocio, Jao and Lazaro were all great. I'm recommending them to everyone I know that is doing a similar project.

We could not be happier with our selection. Jesus was our sales rep. He was one of several estimates. We felt very comfortable with his honesty and knowledge. He mentioned many obstacles to be expected that no one else had the courage to disclose. The entire process went very smooth. We also did a roof and paint. None of the other projects were as easy going as the Windows which is why I suggest and recommend this company for your window and door needs. Here's a few points is like to touch on. On time all the time. If there were any delays, I was notified well in advance. the install was very clean and neat. The installers were polite and worked very hard to make sure I was fully satisfied. the manufacturer TM was involved at the end for minor services and that has also gone very smooth. Pricing was very competitive. We paid a bit more but we surly received price of mind. We're so happy with our decision and it was a pleasure to work with ASP Windows and Doors

The service and attention to detail was fantastic. After the installation, ASP was very responsive on correcting some minor issues that occurred with the installation.

ASP did an amazing job from start to finish. The product is amazing. I selected the vinyl with energy glass. My place feels cooler.The air conditioning is running smoother. Big thanks to jesus, my sales rep for suggesting that. The installer was clean and neat. Took his trash and made sure i was pleased with the work the first time. The office staff was polite and communication was a plus. I will definetly be using and recommending them again. Great job!!!!!!

Let me start by stating that I HAVE OCD (confirmed) and I'm also a perfectionist... I've had contractors walk away from jobs because they felt that I was too scrutinizing. I work hard for my money and I'm not willing to compromise on quality or professionalism. There is a trend of sub-par work in many vocations today- I guess that why Angie's List exists in the first place. Anyway, I got six (6 seriously) quotes from different Impact window companies. This was a big job so I wanted to be thorough. ASP stood out MILES above the rest!!! Our salesman (Peter) spent time EDUCATING us on what our options were and explaining the pros & cons of the various construction, styles, methods and hardware out there. He even invited me into HIS HOME to view his impact windows and doors! I'll never forget the phrase he used when we first met "no matter what company you decide to go with- here are the things you should look for". WOW, you mean you WANT me to get other quotes and compare? At no time, did I ever feel pressured or stressed to choose them. They also carry TONS of different company’s windows, doors, hardware, etc. so I wasn't pigeon holed into them pushing one manufacturer over another. I spent months working out the details of this project and ASP was willing to work with us the entire time despite having to re-write quotes because I changed my mind several times on what hardware options and doors to choose. In fact, we loved a wrought Iron Impact glass door from one manufacturer but it was OBSCENELY priced and out of our budget. ASP purchased the wrought Iron impact glass insert directly from the original manufacturer and CUSTOM MADE A FRONT DOOR for us and it was less than half of what the other door cost!!! This company bent over backwards to ensure our satisfaction. ASP worked with us patiently over several months while we got a loan and helped us with a payment plan that really made the impossible possible. The owner of the company (Jonathan) even personally came out to our residence to finalize the project. The office staff was incredible to deal with as well and addressed every detail concerning building permits and inspections. Anyone can sell windows but installation is another story all together and these guys were clean and methodical- the installation was right on. ASP has really set the bar high for any contractor I will ever use in the future- in any capacity. I don't hesitate one bit referring friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers to this company because I really feel like they cared for our home. This may sound cheesy but they DID treat us like family. We are grateful for their service and commitment to excellence. I'm grateful for their willingness to tolerate my OCD. Our home is secure, safe, energy efficient, and beautiful thanks to ASP Windows & Doors!!!

Chris Pouridas and the other members of the ASP team did a great job in all facets of my purchase and installation. I was kept well informed by Rocio of the status of my order and the installation date and time. All work was completed in the time frame that I was told at the time of purchase. Joao and his helper who were both very professional technicians.

The Overall Experience with ASP was great! When investing in such a large and expensive project, it pays to do your due diligence. I spent roughly 2 months getting quotes from varies installers. In the end, I went with ASP because of a combination of price and confidence by the sales and installation team. Peter Malcomson was pleasant, informative and answered my questions promptly. Joao, the main installer was meticulous and detailed. The team took proper care of my house and belongings and took their time to make sure nothing was damaged. Of course when doing major construction work on your house there will be some degree of dust, though, this was minimal and far less intrusive than I expected. Its hard to give any negative feedback. If I had to nitpick on anything, the install process took a bit longer than initially expected, but, when you see how thorough the install team was, this was a small inconvenience to pay for a job done right.

ASP was one of several companies I called for door estimates. We changed all of our doors and garage to impact approved products. We were given pricing on the spot that was so competitive I didn’t have to look anywhere else. Jesus was my sales rep, he’s seriously the man. He shows up on time, answered calls and even texted ideas back to me quickly on the garage. Nights, weekends... any time I texted he wrote right back. Between him and the rest of the team I knew I found my company. (Three years prior I used another company for windows, they were horrible! ASP’s service was like night and day in comparison.) I live in a historical district so city permitting is normally a nightmare. There are almost always long lead times for approvals from the city. Zoning is very strict so there are many hurdles along the way. ASP handled themselves flawlessly through the permit approval phase. Constant updates and relentless effort to speed things along. (It took less time then normal!) My order was placed immediately after receiving historic approval and lead times were faster then promised. The garage door company that ASP exclusively uses was amazing…amazing. They showed up, made zero mess, were in and out and their work was on point. To top it off the owner oversaw everything. Now I know why they only do business with them. Jose and Giselle were also a blessing. Michel was my service tech, he was on time and insanely polite. I offered for him to come inside (it was 90+ while he was waiting and he refused. AKA - Professional.) Anthony was my installer and his craftsmanship is immaculate. (Again compared to the other company I was in shock that everything was so perfect.) They were the sweetest crew you'll ever meet. I am so happy with my decision and this is a company I will continue to refer them from here on out. Thank you Rocio for giving my project so much urgency. PS. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. But well worth every penny. I will definitely NOT have any buyers remorse. Great people; great service!!! THANK YOU A+XO

Peter Malcomson of ASP Windows and Doors was pleasant and prompt from the moment I called for an estimate. ASP Windows and Doors' pricing and product was far better than the other three estimates I had received to install impact windows. Hurricane rated windows are a big investment and I needed to make sure I was in good hands - Peter made sure of it. The window installers who performed the work were courteous, efficient and clean. It speaks volumes when a crew can clean up after themselves and not leave a mess behind. ASP certainly takes pride in their work and it shows! I have already recommended them to friends, family & neighbors.

we had an great experience with ASP. The only problem we had was the delay with the window manufacturing. Our scheduled day to receive Windows was actually off by a month so factor in delays when you are scheduling installations. When they windows were made they came over and installed the Windows right away. The installers were great and didn't leave a mess after they were done. I had a question about the installation and they sent over a manger right away to look at the work that was being done. This was great customer service from top to bottom which is surprising in Miami!

EVERYTHING WAS SMOOTH and PERFECT! CLEAN! in TIME and PROFESSIONAL here what happened: Let's be honest. We all afraid crooks and cheaters and General contractors who most likely will screw us with prices. I had to call 4 different Windows and Doors companies as I need to replace 17 Doors and Windows. Prices had huge differences between companies. Most expensive prices came out from General contractors who pushing you to get financing and stuck for 20 years, where in the end you pay double price. I called ASP WINDOWS and DOORS. Sales rep Michael arrived next day in time as scheduled. He careful listened all my project. I was clear that I will not be able to change all 17 doors and windows in one shot as it will be expensive for me. He took measurements of all windows and doors. Made an ESTIMATE right on his iPad ( based on price list in the system). I got copy of official estimate right the way by email - to review and continue to shop around. Basically, ASP Salesperson was only representative who didnt "bullshXt" me and was calm and honest. His price was interesting, his FAST replies on my questions via email were fast. Already by replying fast he got my attention. Placed first order. He took some notes for details and permit. Paper work was done and approved. 2 Weeks later door was made. Right the way received call from Michael ( sale rep): Door is ready. When would you like us to install it? 2 days later I had professional installation team who installed door. Installation: Friendly, clean, professional installers. Removed old door. Installed new one. Sealed and test it. Made full instruction how to use and how to take care of it. Test it together. Works perfectly. Everything was clean. Bedroom was vacuumed and cleaned. Sliding door was cleaned ( all stickers were removed). Old door they took it with them when they left. Same day after installation: Received email from Coordinator of ASP Windows and Doors named Rocio. She was the one who was coordinating dates for installation and providing names of installation team. In her email she asked if everything is all right. if there is any feedback or comments regarding work. ( Trust me, Im so honest and tell straight forward if something is wrong - even hateful clown Trump hates me for being so straight forward ( don't vote for him). Everything went well. Test is passed and Im preparing to place another order for doors and windows. Im in love with my new impact door. It has screen. It has protection and insulation.

First of all the sales guy, Mike, always got back to me right away to answer my questions. Once I made a decision I was given a timeline for receiving the material and the installation date. They were true to their timeline. Everything went as planned. I had a minor issue during installation that was resolved right away. They are very good about making sure everything is correct. They have great Customer Service. They were good about cleaning up after themselves during the installation process. It's a pretty messy job and when they are done for the day they clean up before they leave. Overall, I was very happy with their product and service. I highly recommend them.

ASP Windows and Doors was recommended to us by a friend. I contacted Jason Spiegelman to provide me with a proposal to replace 2 existing sliding glass doors and 2 windows with Impact Resistant French Doors and Windows. The work also included the removal and disposal of existing iron bars and patching the holes on the wall. I found Jason to be a very professional and helpful person in discussing my needs and requirements. After having obtained several proposals from other companies, I ultimately decided to go with ASP Windows and Doors based on the type of doors and windows manufactured by TM Windows. As part of the scope of work, ASP Windows and Doors provided the design of the doors and windows and applied for and obtained permitting documents from Miami-Dade Permitting Dept. Once they obtain the approved permit, they immediately started the work in an expeditious manner. I am very pleased with the installation of the doors and windows that were installed. Jason Spiegelman and his team worked in a professional manner. I found them to be honest and respectable. They took pride in performing a high quality installation. When the County Building Inspector performed the required inspection, he found no issues with the installed work and signed off on his inspections. The Building Inspector commented that we had selected an excellent product and that he had also install TM Windows and Doors in his house. It was a pleasure dealing with Jason Spiegelman. Jason never gave me the run around and was always very professional. Best decision I made was selecting ASP Windows and Doors. I highly recommend them.

We had a verbal and email confirmation for Jesus Miranda to give us a quote on 4/26/16. The day off he postponed and never showed up. We called him 2-3 times within the next week or so and he never showed up. Finally we cancelled the appointment. I hate feeling like I am begging contractors to give them money.
