This was a pleasant experience after going through sales pitches from competitors. Peter Malcolmsen (ASP sales rep) was timely, thorough in his explanation of what would occur and ASP delivered exactly as Peter had promised. The installation went very well - timelines were met and thee was a careful removal of old windows and very careful of installation of new windows. The install team lead (Frank) was terrific. He made sure that the removal and install were done carefully and cleanly - no mess during or after the install. I would recommend Peter and Frank to anyone who needed impact windows.

Asp was a pleasure to work with. From beginning to end it was a great experience. At the end, the project manager Michel came by to approve the work done by the installation crew which shows how much they care. If you need windows, this is the company to use.

Thank you so the amazing work done in our home! Everything went smoothly, which after renovating our entire house was such a relief. ASP has the most kind and professional staff... I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to everyone I know.

We were very happy with the salesman, Chris, and the crew that did the installation. There was a hiccup in the final set of doors, where the manufacturer did not complete one door, but the folks at ASP worked very swiftly and carefully to remedy the issue and we are very pleased. Except for the hiccup, it took aproximetely a week to finish the whole house. It was a big job and we love our new doors and windows.

We had ASP install impact windows and doors four years ago and to date, we are extremely happy with the product and the service ASP has provided since the original installation. ASP has followed through on any issues we have had and even recently, went out of their way to resolve a door issue (not installed by ASP) we were having. You do not find companies these days that go beyond a customer's expectations, but, for us, ASP is one of those! A rare gem and thanks to everyone at ASP that works so hard and goes the extra mile to ensure a lifetime customer!

Initially went well with initial visit and quote, but then there was discrepancy with the lead time on paper vs real world (longer than promised on contract). Service issue with installers arriving late. The doors and frame once installed had issues, but ASP was only installer, not manufacturer. Dealing with some of the office staff to remedy the issues was challenging at times, to say the least. Thankfully Johnathan, the owner of the company, personally got involved to help fix the issues. He was great to work with with and very responsive. His professionalism, attitude and responsiveness saved this review, and is the only reason I might consider using the company again. Ultimately resolved all issues with the doors and we are happy with them.

From beginning to end ASP has been a total delight to deal with. I had several quotes from other window companies and one of the things that stood out the most was that they never trash talked about other companies. I was shocked to hear from other companies the amount of negative things they had to say about their competition. This was not the case for ASP. I felt that they gave everything to me straight. They educated me with all of the options I had to pay for this service all the way to all of the different product types available. I chose Ygrene for financing and CWS for my product. While the other companies told me four to six weeks to complete the project, ASP told me 12 weeks. They actually got it done in 10 weeks. I can tell the difference between someone that is being honest and someone who is just trying to tell me what I want hear. Installation was amazing. My large patio opening came out beautiful. Though it was tricky because of the way my walls are set up on the interior. Jonathan came by for the final measures and the ideas and measurements he took were spot on. My installers Frank and Lazaro brought this project home with a fantastic installation. They took care of protecting my house and leaving the house clean at the end of each day. The city inspector came by and had nothing but good things to say about the work done. He said ASP is a great company and that he loves the CWS product. What more can I ask for? Thank you ASP for providing such great customer service. Keep up the good work.

This review is far overdue. I really do not like writing them, but I feel like I needed to. This was a large job - for me at least - and overall was completed with great detail. There were some miscommunication issues with the sales person once work started since I think he was also trying to manage the installation, but things were taken care of and cleared by the owner Jonathan Rodriguez. Everyone at the company is really nice and professional. The main reason I chose ASP was that their finishings I had seen at multiple sites were far superior to any of the others I had seen with any of the other companies I was receiving estimates for. I also needed to convert a large window into a sliding door, and they have the capability and engineering to do it with permitting and legally. I saw a lot of houses and got a number of estimates. ASP was not the cheapest, but they had the best finishings, they sell CWS - which they convinced me were the best option, if not the cheap one and highly efficient - and they have their own installers. They are beautiful windows and the finished installation was exceptional. They have a couple of specialists in stucco and finishing that will finish the job well. ASP has shown more than once they will go the extra mile to make sure the client is happy. They also stand completely behind their installation and their product. CWS - the manufacturer - warranties for life their windows and have also sent technicians to my house to make sure the doors operated properly whenever there were issues. Like I said, this was not a small job for me, and not without hiccups, so some frustration and delays did occur, but ASP always resolved the issue and made sure all was well done and I was happy. I am very happy with the final product and the overall experience with the manufacturer and ASP. I get complimented by everyone! My house is finally quiet - very quiet :) - and cooler thanks to these windows and ASP. I highly recommend ASP and if you want a well finished job from a company that stands by their work and a manufacturer that will stand by its product, I can't imagine using anyone else.

Excellent Service. Many choices to select from. Installation was excellent and on time. Exceeded expectations. Luxurious finish. The Cast Iron door made all the difference regarding curb appeal. Great value. Jonathan provided excellent advice as to which door to choose. All the information provided during our initial visit to the showroom and the initial quote were accurate. Would not think twice about hiring ASP Windows and Doors and Jonathan for future projects. Very professional. We have recommended highly to others who have also been very pleased with their service and product. I have to say that they are the leading impact window and door provider in South Florida.

I went with vinyl frame insulated glass. From start to finish, ASP provided the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced with any construction or remodel company. ASP kept us in the loop all the way throughout the process. Four weeks after signing the agreement, I received a call from Yesenia to notify us that our estimated installation date was delayed from 8 weeks to 10 weeks. I appreciated this type of consideration. I had a poor experience from a kitchen company where they took 9 months to take care of my project when I was promised 2 months. The installation process could not have been better. Frank and his helper worked smoothly and cleaned up after every window. The caution they took in covering all of our furniture was amazing. The icing in the cake was having a surprise visit from Jonathan the owner to make sure we were satisfied with the experience. If you are looking to have your windows and doors done, I highly recommend ASP.

The windows and doors have transformed our home. The quality of the installation was excellent and their cleanup at the end of every individual unit installation was exceptional. I have and will continue to recommend ASP!

The windows and doors are beautiful and the installation was done expeditiously and the installers took great care to clean up as they worked.

We had 5 quotes and ASP was not the lowest bidder, but Mike Marrero our sales rep was the one who listened to us and made recommendations based on our preferences and in a couple of instances suggestions that made more sense. The T.M. windows and doors were ready when he said they would be and transformed our home. The installers arrived on time, were the cleanest and most considerate that we have had work for us and finished on time. More importantly the project passed all of the inspections with flying colors. Start to finish ASP provided excellent work!

It went great! Mike Marrero from ASP was accurate in estimating the lead time to manufacture the windows and doors, Rocio and the office staff worked with our schedules on the installation, showed up on time and finished on time. The installers brought their own materials to cover our furnishings,cleaned up as they worked and left our home clean at the end of each day. ASP's owner came by with a rep from the window manufacturer to check the work. The rep offered suggestions for protecting our new investment in our home. Best of all the work passed every Coral Gables building inspection with flying colors. We absolutely recommend ASP.

We're super happy with ASP's services. the completed the whole project in 2 phases. All of the products are of great quality. The installers were polite, clean and very knowledgeable. The were no issues and the entire process was very smooth. Joao was my installer. great guy! Office staff was helpful with updates and continuously kept me informed. I would definitely hire ASP again and recommend them to all of my family and friends. Thanks to Jonathan and his whole crew for a job well done.

BEST window company in Miami! The idea of installing all new windows in my house was exciting, but also nerve wrecking and a little overwhelming. The people at ASP, especially Danny Hernandez, made me feel much better about my decision and gave me genuine advice. I truly appreciate all the help and all the hard work. My windows look absolutely beautiful! FYI: I looked into about 10 window companies all over Miami before I settled on ASP. Not only was the price right for what I was getting, the quality was 10x better than other companies that quoted me. I am beyond happy with the results!

They have the same problem now as they had two years ago when I first contacted them -- no one answers the telephone and the answering service that picks up is cordial but ineffective at getting someone to return phone calls. I have called 5 times in the past 2 weeks -- always left a message -- and no one ever returns your phone call. It's as frustrating now as it was when I contracted with them for the installation. I even called the manufacturer (TM Windows) thinking they might have some clout and they said I'd get a return call, but it's been 10 days and no return call. Guess they have no clout either. I have given up on them and contacted a person to replace the glass. Customer service at ASP is the worst ever -- don't let the up front friendliness when they come out to give you an estimate and get a contract signed -- after that, it's downhill from there. With their poor customer service I don't know how they continue to get customers.

It could not have gone better. The process was so easy. I work from home with a newborn, my main concern was being home while the install was being done. The installers were so respectful and communicated with me if they were going to be using loud machines so it wouldn't disturb the baby. I was also concerned with the amount of dust that the work would create, I am a bit of a neat freak...I have never seen such clean work! not only did they cover every piece of furniture but they also swept after they finished. I was so impressed. Masters of their trade! I could not be happier with the end result and they entire experience!

It was a great service experience from the initial estimate visit experience to the installation of the last window and clean up around the job site.

Chris Pouridas worked with us from beginning to end to give us exactly what we wanted. He came to our home to give us a quote. We were able to see the products in their show room and he explained the benefits and gave his recommendations of what would work best in our home. He walked us through the ordering process and helped us get everything we wanted within our budget. From custom hardware and hinges, to the XXO configuration sliding glass doors, to Low E panels that reduce the heat from direct sunlight in a section of our home. He also assisted us in finding a loan to fund our project. Rocio Kaufman was very helpful in scheduling our appointments, installation, and inspection. She also kept us updated with the status of our orders and was easy to reach and replied promptly. When it came to instillation, the crew worked quickly and neatly. Chris came to inspect the work to make sure we were completely satisfied. We needed to make some minor changes in the end and he was more than acomodating to put in that order and have it installed. Overall it was a great experience. We are beyond satisfied with the final result. The entire house feels much more secure, outside noise is minimized, and it is much cooler and comfortable than it was before, while being even more energy efficient. And to top it off we have a beatitul view looking though the large sliding glass door panels towards our backyard. Our home is secure, energy efficient and beautiful.
