It started with Jason Spiegelman , the product specialist who worked with me to select the right products, Joao Couto who installed the new impact windows and sliding glass doors and the entire team including Nathalie in the office and Justin Mcgarrity who made the finishing touches at the very end. The work was of the highest level, looking beautiful and working perfectly. The customer service is unsurpassed. I recommend this company without any hesitation. Many homeowners in my development have already signed up with them. You will be very happy if you do too

ASP windows installed last year all our impact windows and doors on our house. Couple of weeks ago our front door got stuck and wouldn't open. Called ASP windows and they showed on the same day and fixed the problem.

This company is great! I love my new windows and doors. It is so quiet inside my house now and my electric bill has dropped substantially. I get compliments on my front door from everyone. Jonathan was my rep and Randy was my installer. I'm very hesitant to recommend anyone but after this experience, I've recommend them to all of my friends and coworkers. Our sales representative, Chris Pouridas, was knowledgeable, professional and extremely customer service oriented. His personable style made us feel at ease and confident with our decision. ASP was the company we selected to replace all of are windows and doors. We couldn’t be more satisfied. Here are some key points that stood out during the process. They were very honest regarding lead times. They set all expectations from the beginning. I worked with Jonathan heavily on all the options of windows and doors I could do. There were no surprises. Jesus came to measure and perform his project assessment. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. They prepared a floor plan with all of the options and details which was very organized and I’m sure is the main reason for completing the job with zero errors. Joao was our installer. Excellent craftsmanship. I sent an email expressing some minor concerns. That same day, ASP responded and coordinated for someone to visit, assess and address these minor concerns. The office was very helpful and communication was perfect. Thanks for a job well done!! Highly recommend.

ASP came to the house, measured, and provided a quote. Very professional. Estimate was higher than others, so I went with another company.

I found ASP online after doing extensive research and I felt like I was going to deal with a serious family owned company. I saw other companies with beautiful websites but once I investigated some more I found that most had many terrible reviews, used subcontractors, and even closed similar businesses and then opened under another name. ASP did not fail to deliver what I expected. Danny was my rep. He stayed in communication with me through out the whole process which is not what you usually find with a sales rep. Jonathan the owner came out to measure for the order. My openings are not the easiest because I have many trapezoids and triangular windows with decorative keystone and rock walls on the exterior. Everything came out perfect with no damages. Frank was my installer and he was just a pure gentleman. My whole house was protected from dust. He even placed a plywood underneath his box truck to avoid any car leaks on my driveway. WOW! Last but not least, Yesenia stayed on top of scheduling and completing my project. Every time I spoke with her she gave me the feeling that she truly cares. Thank you to the whole ASP family.

Overall it went well. The long wait was the inspection by the local authority.

They did an excellent job and were very clean with a messy job. The company is very responsive and called back right away within any questions or concerns. I have recommended them to several friends and they have all been very happy.

after several calls, two scheduled appointments were cancelled and then they finally informed us they could not do the project! We could have saved a lot of time had we known earlier and look for someone else.

This is the second time around I work with ASP Windows and Doors. Once again, they delivered to perfection. My mother and sister have both used ASP for their homes and they also have nothing but good things to say. My installer Randy was a delight to work with. He explained everything he was doing before he did it. He set up his work areas in a way to prevent dust and cleaned up after himself and his helper. The first month after the job was complete, my electric bill has dropped substantially. The look of my house is amazing. I went with a 96” wide double French door which just makes my area feel completely open. Great company, great products, overall great people. Thank you ASP Family!

Everything went smoothly. As part of our home improvement project, we hired 4 different companies for various jobs. This was the only part of the project that actually went event, stress and headache free. This family run business had A+ service from the beginning to the end. Of all the companies hired, this is the only company I will recommend. ASP is an excellent company! Danny was very professional and at the same time very kind and patient with all my concerns. He answered all my questions and texts ! Javier and his crew were very industrious workers and didn't even take a break! They covered the furniture and built a little "containment" area when they worked on the doors! This kept dust to a minimum. Furthermore, they tidied up very well putting everything back! I have already recommended them to my best friend! We passed the inspections right away. I LOVE the windows. Our street has been a detour for the past four months so I was thrilled at how the new windows cut down on the noise. I love the look of our "colonial" doors (formerly French doors). I feel happy and safe with the new windows and doors! A+

We have a 60 year old house that was not up to code on doors and windows. After hurricane season we called ASP to get new impact windows and sliding glass doors. Our project was not a simple installation, since many of the existing doors were not secured properly when they were installed in the 1970's. So our project was very challenging to make sure our home was brought up to code. While the project didn't go perfectly, the owner Jonathan was always willing to listen. After it was completed we are very happy with the new look of our home and our neighbors have complemented how nice it looks.

I could not have asked for a better experience from the salesman, the project manager, and the installer. The installer arrived at exactly on time. He removed the old doors and installed the new doors in one day and never slowed down once. ASP handled everything from engineering to permitting. It would be difficult to find a better or more professional company. GREAT JOB!

Chris came out to give us a quote he arrived on time and was very professional. We got other quotes and I am so glad Chris came out because he was the ONLY person that came out and informed us the lengthy and costly process it would take to enclose the area. Structurally is was not going to happen without a lot of steps. He was knowledgeable, polite and honest. I would hire them in the future. Don’t look anywhere else if you want an honest company doing your work.

wonderful. window manufacturer was delayed, but asp and their staff were very informative and advised that the delay was happening and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. When they began the work, it was smooth, quick, and painless. I recommend them to all my friends and family. Great job guys!

ASP was great. However, we did have a problem with their manufacturer making a mistake on sizing on one of our windows and not having a window when all were delivered. When the one was ready that was missing they could not find the ones that were supposed to have been remade. It took several months to finally get these windows, very frustrating. All the work that ASP did in installing was great. The men were very neat and clean so that my whole house did not become a mess.

GREAT SERVICE, ON TIME, EXCELLENT QUALITY, CLEAN WORK, COURTEOUS AND ATTENTIVE PERSONNEL. IT WAS SO NICE HAVING THEM WORKING IN THE HOUSE THAT I HATED TO SEE THEM LEAVE!

Jason came out and did measurements on our windows. He said he would have at least one quite to me within a week. I called after a week and a half. He claimed he had it done and would send it to me that afternoon. No email. I called again a few days later and he claimed he "sent it to the wrong Erin" (I have never met another Erin in south Florida but okay). Jason said he had to look over the quote and send it to me that day. Not sure why you had to look over a quote if it was already done. As of today, three weeks later, I never received a quote. Waste of my time! I didn't even get a chance to tell him that we also had 3 neighbors we were sharing quotes with. You lost 4 houses!
