Archcube Architectural Design really came through for solving my building permit dilemma. Mr. Luis Rodriquez was extremely helpful and did an amazing job with getting my expired permits closed. Mr. Rodriquez was very thorough and detailed in his report which made my process with Dade County permitting much easier and effortless. Luis was great he worked directly with the builder with all of the intricate details. He would reviewed all of my pictures I had questions on and would responded to the builder on my behalf. Luis and his staff went out of there way to make sure my dream home was built correctly

Could not have gone better !!! Really. Luis initially provided design ideas. Luis knocked out a full set of Plans in record time. Then, throughout the construction project, Luis identified qualified subcontractors who actually show up when they say they will show up. Luis provided construction supervision services to assure the subcontractors provided quality products and quality services. There are lots of architects capable of using software to create mundane plans. Luis, has a Master's Degree in Architecture and it shows. Luis' background includes supervising the work of other architects and identifying their mistakes. Luis is at heart an artist, with the skill set of a world renown architect. He has actually built homes and knows how to value engineer to keep costs within a budget. This company is so impressive, I already hired them for a second project - the renovation of an old home for a flip. You get what you pay for. Any architect can hand a set of plans to a client and wish the client good luck. Luis is there to hold the client's hand, and save the client money, from the conceptual beginnings, until the final permit and punch list are completed.

The project flowed along smoothly because Archcube was hands on from beginning to end. As homeowners, our involvement was minimal.

The project went great. Considering the steel beam had to be ordered and installed, my architect stayed close to job site and followed through the entire process. When any questions came up, I could always easily reach him. The city gave us a hard time but not because of architect design, because glass doors had to have Hurricane proof impact label which the Door company provided. Would most definitely hire Arch Cube again for any project needed! He is efficient, professional and great at providing drawings needed for a beautiful project.

The architect exceeded all expectations. I have worked with architects and engineers on many an occasion, and it generally takes many weeks for them to make changes to plans, thus, elongating the process by many months. This company, Archcube, by way of illustration, would receive a design change from me on a Monday evening, and somehow, when I woke up the next morning, the architect had made the changes on the plans, and had the changes run down to the municipality on the same day. Time is money when doing construction or home renovations. Not only is the quality of Archcube work excellent, their turn-around time on the work is nothing short of heroic.
