Couldn’t be more pleased with Aboria Landscape & Tree Service. They are professional and courteous. They gave me a new backyard using what was already there. I now have sun coming through and I can see the sky. They gave me a fair estimate of the work, arrived on time, and competed everything to my satisfaction. They know what they’re doing. I plan on using them again on my next project.

I highly recommend Arboria Landscape & Tree Care. Leo the company's owner is a certified arborist who provided me with all the documents required by the City to remove 2 huge oak trees. 3 days after the permit was approved Leo sent his crew to do the job. They were very professional, they did an amazing job.

I made the mistake of paying the owner, Leo, in full after he promised to return to remove the stump (finishing the job). When he was scheduled to return for a different job and to remove the stump, he sent his father and another employee but said they didn't have the machine to remove the stump. His father told me someone would come back the next day (Wednesday). No one came. When I contacted Leo he then told me Friday. He did not respond to my request to confirm the time and I have not heard back from him since. It has been two weeks. I have texted, emailed and called but he no longer even answers. In addition to this review I am filing a formal complaint.

We are sorry for your dissatisfaction when we quoted the job we explained that we would try to remove the stump manually( no machine required) because of a couple reasons. 1 the lines for your ac unit power and freon ran under the palm and stump grinding with a machine is not only dangerous but it would have also damaged your ac and 2 there was no space for a machine due to your yard being a town home and the gate opening was way too small to fit our machine. We did remove most of the stump manually just not to your satisfaction. The job was finished and we did what we were payed for.

Perfect service. Estimate was given immediately and work done 2 days later. The entire crew was polite, friendly, professional and timely. They cared about the trees not just hacking. They were clean and hauled away the debris.

Splendid!!! Exactly what I needed at the price I could afford. Ficus tree was finally removed from my lawn and they literally picked up everything. They left my property beyond what I expected. Will be calling Leo again for my back yard needs. A++

OF THE AFOREMENTIONED ABOVE I HAVE PROOF OF ALL. I HAVE CAMARAS.
Description of Work: HE STARTED THE WORK AND DID NOT FINISHED. CURSED ME OUT, USED PROFANITY, GOT TO THE PEOPLE NEXT DOOR TO BULLY ME WITH THEM, LEFT EVERYTHING IN A MESS, DID NOT WORK ACCORDING TO WHAT I ASKED HIM TO DO. HE DOESNOT WORK AT ALL, ONLY THE FATHER AND SOME OTHER GUY BY THE NAME OF ULYSIS, WHO DID THE 95% OF THE WORK PERFORMED, THIS TYPE OF WORK REQUIERES FROM 3 TO 4 PEOPLE. HE WANTED TO DO IT WITH 1-1/2 PERSON, AND TO FINISH IT IN 2 DAYS. IMPOSSIBLE. THEY WANTED TO DO A HALF-WAY JOB AND COLLECT THE REST OF THE MONEY. I PAID THEM $675.00 DOLLARS THE FIRST DAY. I WILL USE IN MY LIFE NEITHER RECOMMEND THEM I DO NOT WANT THIS PEOPLE NEAR MY PROPERTY AND WILL NOT USE THEM IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO ME OR MY PROPERTY I WILL ACUSSED THEM OF BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. I WAS VERY MUCH AFRAID THE DAY THEY INTIMIDATED ME. I FEAR FOR MY LIFE. WHILE HE WAS FILMING MY PATIO WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, I WAS AFRAID HE WILL DO SOME BATTERY ON ME. First, we would like to apologize for whatever misunderstandings there may have been. We make sure to provide each customer with an invoice that outlines the scope of work we are contracted for in order to prevent any confusion. In this particular case, however, we did not adhere to the invoice, as we provided several additional services (free of charge) in hopes we'd ensure your satisfaction. However, our generosity was taken for granted and even more free work was requested. We attempted to communicate as clearly as possible that we couldn't continue to do free services and that we would complete only what we were hired for. At that point, you threatened to not pay the balance owed unless we did the additional work you requested for free. Within right, we objected and were consequently asked to leave the property. So, we picked up our equipment and waited for the police to arrive, filed a police report and are now pursuing legal action. We take pride in our work and have excellent review ratings, but regretfully, this experience served as a lesson learned for us that not everyone can be pleased and courtesy work may not be appreciated.

It was good, I was very happy with the quality. There are plants that I wanted and the son Leon was able to acquire them with the nursery he was familiar with. They kept their promise. Moving forward, we will reach put to them. The price was pretty reasonable too. They were very professional, very knowledgeable and they provided ideas on what plants would best fit my yard.

The manager, Leo, comes by to check the work. They have really nice personalities, service oriented, very courteous, easy to reschedule, flexible with us and do proactive call. I referred them to my daughters doctor

Leo was amazing in helping me to improve the landscape design and choice of plants. He took care of all the logistical details, implemented everything as agreed and even took care of side issues that we came across. The tree's trimming was also very good - efficient and at a very good rate.

I met a genuine hero today. Leonel climbed 50 feet up a mango tree to rescue my little kitten that had been stuck up there for more than 20 hours. I called several other tree trimmers and Paradise was the only one that could get here today and do the job. Would I hire them again? Yes I would, in a New York second. Great job, see the pic of the cat sleeping peacefully.
