I highly recommend Arboria Landscape & Tree Care. Leo the company's owner is a certified arborist who provided me with all the documents required by the City to remove 2 huge oak trees. 3 days after the permit was approved Leo sent his crew to do the job. They were very professional, they did an amazing job.

I made the mistake of paying the owner, Leo, in full after he promised to return to remove the stump (finishing the job). When he was scheduled to return for a different job and to remove the stump, he sent his father and another employee but said they didn't have the machine to remove the stump. His father told me someone would come back the next day (Wednesday). No one came. When I contacted Leo he then told me Friday. He did not respond to my request to confirm the time and I have not heard back from him since. It has been two weeks. I have texted, emailed and called but he no longer even answers. In addition to this review I am filing a formal complaint.

Perfect service. Estimate was given immediately and work done 2 days later. The entire crew was polite, friendly, professional and timely. They cared about the trees not just hacking. They were clean and hauled away the debris.

Splendid!!! Exactly what I needed at the price I could afford. Ficus tree was finally removed from my lawn and they literally picked up everything. They left my property beyond what I expected. Will be calling Leo again for my back yard needs. A++

It was good, I was very happy with the quality. There are plants that I wanted and the son Leon was able to acquire them with the nursery he was familiar with. They kept their promise. Moving forward, we will reach put to them. The price was pretty reasonable too. They were very professional, very knowledgeable and they provided ideas on what plants would best fit my yard.

I've been using them for over years now, I'll give them five star. I would recommend them to my friends. The professional and communication that they provided was a lot better than other companies. They kept you at the beat for the whole process.

The manager, Leo, comes by to check the work. They have really nice personalities, service oriented, very courteous, easy to reschedule, flexible with us and do proactive call. I referred them to my daughters doctor

It was excellent. They kept the trees and they were very clean.

Leo was amazing in helping me to improve the landscape design and choice of plants. He took care of all the logistical details, implemented everything as agreed and even took care of side issues that we came across. The tree's trimming was also very good - efficient and at a very good rate.

I met a genuine hero today. Leonel climbed 50 feet up a mango tree to rescue my little kitten that had been stuck up there for more than 20 hours. I called several other tree trimmers and Paradise was the only one that could get here today and do the job. Would I hire them again? Yes I would, in a New York second. Great job, see the pic of the cat sleeping peacefully.

I was very surprised that he didn't write anything down and I asked him for a written estimate and I never received one.

The first day they came to work they did not bring appropriate equipment to cut even small trees. They cleared some bushes and brush. Leo did not come with them, but his father did. All thru the project there were delays, no shows without notification. I was told they had a family member hospitalized but none called to advise me and I drove to the property as scheduled. The crew seemed to be only one permanent employee and the others were from labor pool( I asked them). Leo was always pleasant and charming but the bottom line is the job was done in a half hazard way. He promised they would return with more chemical to treat the other stumps and would check in a few weeks and treat them if needed. They never came back. They did not even reply to my request to mail me the copy of final payment. The worst part is the workers left the big pieces of trees on the swell and obstructing part of the sidewalk and street. I received several citations from the county and because it had not been cut to the required size the county wanted to charge me $300+ for hauling it. I had to pay another company to finish the work of removing the improperly placed and cut debris. My calls were not answered. At the end all I was asking Leo was to come back and position the debris where it would comply with regulations but they never did. I found them thru another free site and did a review of my findings. Even then he did not bother to call to clarify the issues . Do not pay any vendor until all the work is done according to the contract and in a satisfactory manner. I learned my lesson about going for friendly and personable.
