I recently had the pleasure of working AquaDry Plus and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with their exceptional customer service. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, I was greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable representative by the name of Allen who answered all of my questions and concerns. Allen arrived promptly and was extremely thorough in his inspection. He took the time to explain the process and findings in detail, ensuring that I understood everything. After the inspection Allen promptly provided me with a detailed report of all his findings and scope of work. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service provided by Allen and AquaDry Plus. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with their services. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of mold inspection services.

I suspected mold was present in my room and called Aquadry for an inspection. The expert was very helpful and knowledgeable and used fancy tech to help figure out the root of the problem. The service should have been $30 but he waived the fee. Would recommend

AquaDry is AWESOME. We were distraught with our mold situation. We had contacted three mold remediators who did not get back to us for days, and one of them took over a week to call us back. AquaDry returned my call within minutes and came to the house that same day. They began work immediately. Their work is very thorough. They found mold we didn't know we had. I enlisted the services of Aquadry for water damages and mold issue. The owner David Martinez was in constant contact from the first call to the engagement to coordinating with the insurance company. David was extremely accommodating of my schedule as well as extremely responsive to any inquiries that popped up in my head during the entire process (Even in the middle of the superbowl on a Sunday!). His crew exhibited the highest professional conduct throughout the process. I highly recommend Aquadry for your water and mold issues. David really was a partner throughout the entire process and adviser. The service and attention delivered made me feel as if I were the only customer. I could not have asked for anything more. They evaluated the sight and advised that I would not need service now and could remove the problem myself. Others wanted to charge hundred for first visits.
