They broke our main water valve (no longer closes), our water softener is leaking now, they left our water meter open so someone could have tripped and fallen. Said they would recommend us a plumber, they never called me back or texted me back. Would not recommend, may consider suing for damages.

Juan and Associates just installed a New State of the Art metered Watersoftner, New Pressure Tank, New UV Light, relocated existing well pump. Awesome Job. I wish, I would have called Aqua Water Tech ( AWT ) sooner. Problem solved.

**BEWARE** Juan talked a big game about himself and his company when he came to sell me a water system for my property. I gave him the job and unfortunately its been nothing but problems. After several calls asking him to come fix many issues, all I received were false promises to show up. He never showed (not even a courtesy call). The minerals from the system ended up clogging pipes, resulting in replacing faucets, water heater and re-bedding the carbon tank.

Juan’s initial visit was on time! A big plus. He reviewed the current pump and it’s location and explained what was needed and I agreed to order a new pump for him to install. It took a little longer than anticipated for him to come back and install the pump after he received it. I think he was very busy. But when he finally scheduled the follow-up appointment he was there on time. When he returned he had additional help. The only downside was that he charged me extra ($89) for electrical work that needed to be done. Since he had inspected the job on his first visit he should have told me that the electrical work would be needed then, not after the job was completed. That said, so far I’m happy with the work and his workmanship.

Mr. Clark is Knowledgeable of any water and plumbing issues. Good communication, and fair prices. Installed water filters under the sink. Rehired for kitchen faucet installation. Would Fix my sprinkler pump, but I was able to prime it before he arrived. His recommendations for improvement of the sprinkler system made sense and showed he knows how to deal with anything plumbing-related.

Juan and his team was polite and professional. Everything was explained throughly before during and after the installation of bladder/pump and piping. Their arrival time/job completion were both done in a timely matter. We are grateful for Juan and his team! #moneywellspent

Did not diagnosis correctly, had to come back three times, to resolve what my husband and I had explained was not working in the water purifier unit. We paid for a part that was not needed. I ask for a credit and he did give me credit for what he stated was the cost. We were not satisfied with the way he did business.

Me. Juan Clark is the ultimate professional in this business. He installed a complete new system back in October of this year and did a great job with the installation, he answered all my questions and explained step by step how the system works. My wife and I were very happy with the installation. This past Sunday morning at around 7am I noticed a problem and I went ahead and shut down the system and basically I had no water in the house. I called Juan at 7:30 in the morning with an emergency situation and he answered right away and came out within an hour and went on to discover the problem having to do with an old part at the well end. He replaced the part with a new one and showed me exactly what had happened. I was back in service within hours and all is good. He completely tested the entire system to ensure all was working good. I have nothing but compliments to say about Mr. Juan Clark, his level of expertise, his quality of work and the way he follows up with top rated service after the installation. If I could give Juan 10 stars instead of 5 I would do so. I highly recommend Juan and his company.
