+ -1 moreVery, very irresponsible, unreliable, no respect for customers. Pentair pool pumps sent a work order to this company HL Service and repair, Inc. (Hector Lopez) to repair my pump, being an approved repairman. As soon as he received the work order, he contacted me as (AQUA MECHANIC) to guarantee payment if Pentair would not pay. I agreed. I never heard from Hector. After two weeks I called Pentair who immediately called his. He guaranteed he would do the repair the following day.."HE" never showed and never called. He’s obviously a scam. I will never buy and do not recommend a Pentair product again. Extremely poor service. Update: Pentair called another approved company "IDC Pool Corp" The tech was here the following day, with part in hand which took :15 min to replace. So professional, courteous, unlike "AQUA Mechanic" Difference was like day and night.
