Description of Work: The pump wasn't working in my LG washer. They arrived with a new pump, installed it and the machine worked fine. Very pleasant fellows.

Description of Work: Our washing machine was making awful noises and not cleaning our clothes, so we called them to come and service the machine. The man who came was very professional and very honest, which is SO IMPORTANT TO US! He could have charged us for expensive parts and work, but he told us that it was probably not worth the trouble, that it would be cheaper to buy a new washer. We would definitely call this company again, knowing that we can trust them to be honest and to respect us as clients. Really great company!

Description of Work: repaired my dryer. They diagnosed the probable issue over the phone, ordered the part & showed up with the correct part on their truck. Very professional.

Description of Work: They replaced the dishwasher water inlet valve that was liking by. Setting up the appointment took some doing because the replacement part had to be ordered. After the part was replaced, they came back to troubleshoot for free because the valve still leaked by. Apparently, I had an installation problem with the dishwasher and not the valve this time.

Description of Work: Repaired my Duet washer that kept flashing a "H" and |"F" during the water or rinse cycles.

Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED MY DISHWASHER. IT WENT VERY WELL. VERY NICE PEOPLE. THEY WENT OUT OF THE WAY TO SATISFY ME, WHICH WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Description of Work: fixed wiring for refrigerator door dispensers which werent working. "A" was given in all categories except puncutality because he forgot about our first appointment which was set up over a week in advance. However, he was honest about forgetting and was very accomodating to reschedule around my work schedule and in fact showed up early when he came. Despite the mistake, I appreciate his honesty and would use this company again

Description of Work: I had Appliance Tech Services replace my ice maker in my refrigerator. They showed up at the appointment time. Looked at my ice maker and said they could try and set the gear mechanism and clean the coils in my fridge and if that didn't work they would have to replace my ice maker. What they did work for a few days and it quite working. I called them and they replaced the ice maker without charging me another service call. I would use them again it a small company, the owner and his brother in-law doing the service calls.They seemed honest and were forthright with everything they told me.

Description of Work: Replaced KitchenAid refrigerator lid to meat and cheese bin in October. Earlier in the year they checked my 20-year old malfunctioning Kenmore washer and cleaned out my KitchenAid dishwasher. (I decided to purchase a new washing machine due to the age and cost of repair.) Cost of service for both appliances was about the same as for the refrigerator lid replacement in October. Technician was knowledgeable and professional. I will use Appliance Tech Services again. Excellent service!

Description of Work: REPLACED THE HEATER ELEMENT WHICH BURN OUT PROBABLY BECAUSE OF A BLOCKAGE IN THE EXHAUST VENT. CLEARED VENT AS BEST HE COULD. POINTED OUT THAT VENT IS |BLOCKED ALL THE WAY TO THE ROOF. REPLACED FLEXIBLE VENT SECTION FROM THE DRYVER TO THE WALL. RECOMMENDED I GET A VENT CLEANING COMPANT TO CLEAR VENT.

Description of Work: This service agent visited and charged $75 to assess the situation. He promised to return to complete the repair, but HAS NOT AS OF YET HAD THE COURTESY TO EVEN RETURN A PHONE CALL!!!! He visited a week ago and I have called several times. At this point I would not trust him. | |He stated that the $75 fee would be applied to the repair but never repaired ANYTHING! | |BEWARE!!!!!!

Description of Work: They fixed a Frigidaire Refrigerator ice maker and broken water dispenser handle. Did a great job, punctual, quality workmanship; absolutely no complaints.
