We are a family owned service company, we have been in business since 2007 but in the trade for over 23 years we are licensed and insured and we also offer a senior citizen discount of $15.00 off and or a $10.00 off coupon which you can see in our website Appliancetechmiami.com . Only one discount per item serviced please. Trip charge for the visit is applied to the repair.

Description of Work: I told the gentleman that called me what the error messages were that were displayed on my range and on my microwave. He told me he knew what that was and would order the parts, it would take 3 weeks to get them in, and it would cost just over $500 for the repairs. Since I couldn't go three weeks without cooking, I did another "google" search, found out how to solve the issue myself in about 30 minutes, and got both appliances working again with no trouble, no parts and no money. I feel certain that the tech would have changed out a couple of parts that were actually working just fine and charged me $500.

We only gave you a verbal estimate on what the errors were pointing to according to what u stated on a phone conversation. Not even charged you and your are giving us a bad review for that , pls be reasonable, your review means nothing when we didn't even go to your place. Description of Work: They checked out our refrigerator, tried to find a way to fix without replacing parts even though in the end we did need a new part. They were accurate in the time it would take to get the part and returned to complete the job right away. The technician was kind enough to even take the time to pull out the refrigerator and correct an issue with the water supply line at no extra charge. Would definitely use them again.
