Lazaro answered the phone when called, set the appt for the same day, called when he was on his way, showed up on time, tested the unit and gave his evaluation, and quickly made the repair. What more could you want! Lazaro and his brother in law were both personable and professional. We will definitely use them again and recommend them.

We had two different problems - the first one was that there was no water coming trough the water dispenser on our fridge; and the other issue was our washer which was not working properly during the spin cycle. I called Appliance Tech Service to have this fixed and my contact was Lazaro. He was very responsive and professional from the first phone call. He came at a scheduled time and assesed the problem. He advised against fixing the washer due to a high cost of repair. He advised that it would make more sense to just replace the washer altogether. I appreciated his honesty in this aspect. He then moved on to the fridge. He tried different troubleshooting options until he discovered the problem. Again, i appreciated his persistency and commitment to fixing the problem. He worked on it for about an hour and we now have water in our fridge again. The last great thing about his visit was that he gave me 10% discount based on Angie's list membership.

The work was done very quickly and very well. Several replacement parts had to be ordered which is why the project was as expensive as it was. However, the parts were delivered right away, and the repair went much faster than we anticipated.

My dryer was broken. I called Lazaro around 9 in the morning and he was able to come on the same day (thank goodness). My dryer was very difficult to repair becuase it is in a small closet. He was a great sport and went above and beyond to move my dryer and fix it. I really appreciated his effort. Nice guy.

I called Lazaro on a Friday afternoon regarding my clothes dryer. He was very polite and explained that he didn't work weekends (and who can blame him) but would be able to come Monday morning. We were not able to find a repairman over the weekend and so I called Lazaro back to ask him to come on Monday. He was wonderful! He immediately knew what the problem was and had the part necessary for repair. He explained the problem to me AND showed it to me, gave me the quote and upon our approval began working on my dryer immediately. He was at our house approximately 1/2 hour and even vacuumed the inside of my dryer before putting it back together. Lazaro was everything you hope for in a service provider, very pleasant, professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He also offered a coupon for Angie's List members. I will definitely call upon him again should I require his services.

We called Lazaro at 5 pm Dec. 27th and left a message. At 6 pm he called us back and we described the problem - broken glass window in the oven door - he asked for the model # information and told us he'd check on local availability of the glass to repair it. He called us back in 10-15 minutes and told us the part was available locally and we scheduled him to come out at 10 am the next day Dec. 28th. Lazaro came out and was timely and extremely courteous. He did a great job carefully taking off and taking apart the over door which had three layers of glass. He replaced the broken layer - interior, and cleaned all three glass panes and carefully put the door back in place. He was courteous, professional and did a GREAT job! The cost was exactly what he told us over the phone: $175 and we would highly recommend him for large applicance repair and will definiotely use him again for any we need in the future.

Lazaro went to the house within 24 hours of calling him; he was on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. Once the part arrived a few days later, he called to notify me and set up an appointment to install it. He was right on time again. I will definitely call Lazaro next time I have any problem with any appliance.

He responded to my call in a matter of minutes, made an appointment for the next day, and showed up on time. He quickly examined the machine and drain, pulled the dishwasher from under the counter, removed the blockage, examined it for other possible problems, found an input blockage as well that we were unaware of, repaired that, and put everything back in place, then tested the machine to be sure it was running correctly. Then he gave us some tips on how to avoid future problems. All very thorough, efficient, and business-like. He was also very friendly and cheerful. He accepted credit card payment, ran it on the spot, and sent an instant email invoice for the payment.

I called Lazaro and told him the problem with the washing machine. He made an appointment to come out to check the problem. I was not present at the time of the appointment, but he called me to tell me what the problem was and what it would cost for him to repair it. I agreed and he fixed the washer. He was quick to respond to my phone call and prompt to repair the washer. I had a problem with the dryer just recently and called Lazaro again. He was able to fix the problem and again was very professional and I was pleased with his service. I would definitely recommend Lazaro and will continue to use him in the future.

They did a great job. Four separate visits to the house to get the problem properly diagnosed. At first they thought it was a bad compressor which would have been a $1400 job, but they keep testing until it was fixed properly with the least expensive alternative. They never asked us for any money until we confirmed that everything was working properly. This was several days after the last visit.

This is a very good business with great customer service. I was able to have the problem "diagnosed" the same day that I called. The needed part was ordered and installed within a week. It could have been completed earlier but my schedule wasn't flexible. At the time he installed the new part he also provided troubleshooting advice about another appliance. He was very knowledgeable about the appliances and very polite and courteous. He was prompt in returning my phone call. This is a very good business.

The fix was just a reset. I believe the technician spent a lot of time checking other things that just made the call more expensive.

Very well. I called them on Monday and they were able to come out the following day. They ran a few minutes late but I think that's common for most places. They were very friendly and polite. Before they left, they made sure everything worked properly and cleaned up any mess they made. I would definitely recommend them.

Our refrigerator had been cooling poorly. The technician came out and diagnosed it as a bad defroster in the freezer. He was able to get the part and fix it within a couple of hours. It has worked just fine ever since! They were also good about returning phone calls right away upon our initial inquiry. I would definitely use their services again. Oh and they even honored a coupon that we forgot to print out from Angie's List! :-)

I contacted Lazaro and he gave me an appointment and a range of prices based on what he expected to find. After the initial visit, he ordered the part and called to set up the 2nd appointment. Upon arrival, he went right to work and efficiently removed and replaced the part. He even did some cleaning since he had several parts removed. WOW! I am a happy cook, once again.

Lazaro was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He determined what the problem was over the phone, knew the solution and quoted me the costs and fees. He ordered the part and was calling me the following day to schedule the appointment. He accommodated my busy schedule and arrived on time. He was very personable, professional and informative. His fees may not be the least expensive but I believe you get what you pay for and I was very happy with his service. I would highly recommend him.

I really liked the fact that I could use this site to email the service provider directly. They contacted me the same day I sent them the email and were even able to schedule an appointment for the following day. They arrived within the first 10 minutes of the 2 hour time frame they gave me during the scheduling of the appointment. The gentleman who assisted me, Lazarro, was very professional and explained what was wrong with the machine. He had already given me the approximate price range of the repair prior to coming to fix the unit. Overall, all he had to do was to turn on a switch that apparently often switches off. I felt that the price was very expensive for the repair, but at no point did I feel he was trying to hide the cost.

He was great. I called and he came the next day and showed up on time. I told him what my budget was, he told me exactly what the problem was, and he explained my options. The cheaper method that he gave me worked. It took about an hour or two and he was very professional. I thought it was great that he didn?t try to sell me on the expensive option immediately and he saved me money. He didn?t seem like a con man or anything like that. If something goes wrong around here I will be calling him again.

I called early Saturday morning. Lazaro called me back within 10 minutes and told me he was available at 10am the same day. He showed up on time. He evaluated the problems and gave me a detailed estimate. He fixed the 2 problems my washer had and left the appliance cleaner than it was before he came. The price was as initially estimated.

Lazaro called in the morning to confirm the appointment time, checked in with me periodically so that we could both arrive at my home on time. He entered my home and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the part available. He was courteous, fast and clean.

Excellent. I was impressed with Lazaro's professionalism and his knowledge of dishwasher design. He not only found the leak immediately, but showed me where the dishwasher had been installed incorrectly. He corrrected the faulty installation. Also he explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions throughly.
