Went great. No complaints at all.

My doulbe ovens would not work, could not see the digital read-out, as well. Instead of purchasing new ovens, I decided to give Appliance Tech a try. Lazaro, owner, was fantastic. He showed up as expected for our first appointment. He completed the job within a few days - much soon than thought. For once I have zero complaints about the trustworthiness, and qualifications of the so-called experts in South Florida. The procedure went very well. Work was done efficiently, in a professional manner. Unfortunately, the tube cracked again, less than a month later. However, when I called him, he came the next morning. He replaced the tube, and there was no charge.

I got them from Angie's List. He came out and tried one thing and he told me it was a possibility of one or two things. He thought it was one thing and he replaced that. It did not work, he came right back out and replaced the other thing and actually reduced the charge. I think it was a total of $30 and with the service charge it was $100. I am just hoping I will never have to use a refrigerator repair guy again but he was just very friendly, very nice and he was one of those repair guys who was actually here at the time he said he was. He called before he got here and he called a few days later to see if everything was alright. I appreciate that. That is why I remember him. There are a few repair guys who do that. He did the billing right there on his Galaxy. He took the credit card that way and I thought it was pretty good for a guy who comes out to do a home appearance. For the price, I did not feel like I was getting ripped off.

Overall it was a very good experience. I would use them again.

My tenant contacted me regarding a noise the dryer was making. Not knowing an appliance service specialist in the area, I joined Angie's List. Since I am not in the area and had no idea who to call, I went through the reviews and found this company. I used email initially to contact them. Lazaro contacted me very quickly and was very happy to set up a time to look at the dryer. He coordinated the scheduled time with my tenant's schedule. Upon inspection of the dryer, he was able to determine the issue and fix it the same day. The price was fair and I was able to take care of it over the phone. He even emailed me a detailed receipt. The feedback from my tenant was very positive. She indicated he was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would certainly call him again for an appliance issue. Excellent experience overall, especially given my situation as an out of town owner with a tenant.

The gentleman from Appliance Tech (the owner, Mr. Polanco) was wonderful. He checked the wiring of the machine first, to be sure that it was intact. Lo and behold, he found that my husband had accidentally knocked loose the wires to a critical power source, and that was the problem. He could have just installed the new unit and charged us extra for the loose wire. But he didn't. Supremely honest, professional, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and had it fixed in a flash. He barely charged us for the visit! We will definitely be calling Mr. Polanco for any major appliance repairs we have in the future. He's tops!

The tech came and found my dryer's problem. Repair was to be $400. For that price, I bought a new machine

I called ATS for service on my washer/dryer and stove. They were able to come out within a day or so. They charge a fee for the visit to assess the problem but apply that charge to any work they do. I did not have to pay the fee upfront so it was really a non-issue. They fixed my clogged washer and drying quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They adjusted the temperature on my stove in a matter of minutes. I don't remember exactly what they charged for everything but I remember it being fair. I would call ATS again for any appliance issue. Hope I don't have anymore though!! :)

He was on time and friendly. He checked out the problem and told me how much it would cost before proceeding with the work. After approving the cost, he fixed my dishwasher quickly and ran a test just to make sure. He was fast and friendly. The only reason why he didn't get a perfect score is because I wish he could have come a day earlier but he was booked. But, I suppose that is to be expected with a successful service tech!

Lazaro is terrific. I called this morning, he returned my call within 10 minutes and was here within a couple hours (earlier than I even expected) and had the machine running within 20 minutes. Fortunately, he had the very small obscure part in his truck. Great guy, great work!! Highly recommend him.

Appliance Tech was wonderful! I actually called them back out to check the dryer because the clothes were still taking a while to dry. The tech showed up promptly at 9:00 a.m. and had to blow out the vent which was completely clogged through no fault of theirs. Initially I told them over the phone that I had just had the dryer vent blown out but the clothes were not drying which is why I called Applicance Tech. The company that came out prior to blow out the vent did not properly do their job. Appliance Tech fixed the problem and took the time to show me where the vent was clogged. I would use Appliance Tech again and have recommended them to my friends. They did a fantastic job!

Great. Work performed as promised. He did tell me that if it was the heating elements, he always carries one handy. So he had to order the part and come back the next day. He came back on time and everything went great. The dryer works as new now.

I'm very pleased overall. They were late, but not terribly so; and they called to let me know. As I've noted before, it's hard to expect punctuality from a tech since each job may take shorter or longer than expected, but I do at least expect the courtesy of good communication. No problem on that front. When they arrived, they took a few minutes to check that they fully understood my needs and concerns, then evaluated the fridge. We discussed the alternatives (I learned quite a bit), and then I chose to have them put more coolant into the fridge as a temporary repair so that we could have a working fridge immediately. Since it's pretty obvious that we have a leak, they sent me by email a list of the parts that we'll eventually need to repair when the gas we just put in leaks out again, and now we'll just wait for that to happen. We'll order the parts as soon as the fridge starts having trouble, so they can come and do the repair preemptively and we're not left without a fridge at any time. $185 for a coolant gas refill didn't feel cheap, but then again I have very little experience in appliance repairs so take my opinion with a grain of salt on that one. In any event, my fridge is back in operation and they left my kitchen clean, the way any responsible tech should.

He went out of his service route to provide us service. I found he was very honest and both my tenant and I were satisfied with his service.

He was friendly, honest as the day is long and overall I felt very comfortable using him.

super nice guy, punctual, knew his stuff, had parts in the van, fixed right away, produced an invoice on his tablet, swiped my card with the cube and emailed invoice while standing in front of dryer!

I got a $10 off coupon from Angie’s List that I used. He is definitely worth recommending. He was very professional, and he was running late, and he called and told us that he was running late. They cleaned up after work. I was very satisfied with them. I had found out how much the work is going to cost me, and I felt the price that they gave me for the microwave was reasonable.

While cooking dinner the range started to beep and displayed an error code in the control panel. I tried everything to make it stop, but finally had to unplug it. I immediately researched what the code meant and decided to call a repairman to fix it. I found Lazaro's company through Angie's list and left a message. Lazaro called me back and asked me some questions regarding the range and error code. He determined that it was the EOC panel and said that he would order the part. We scheduled an appointment for the following Thursday. Lazaro showed up exactly on time and was very professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. He also answered all of my questions regarding other home issues that I was having at the time, and even referred other professionals that could help me. I am very satisfied with Lazaro's work, I highly recommend him and would definitely use his services again in the future.

Lazaro was knowledgeable and extremely professional and honest. At first he recommended I replace the microwave (and have the installation done by the vendor), when because of the size specifications that proved undesirable, he worked hard to keep the repair costs to a minimum. The cooktop turned out to have a short in one of the burners, he made sure that it would be cost effective to replace the unit before going ahead with the repairs. Lazaro was reliable about arriving as planned (and on the one occasion when circumstances prevented that he called in a timely manner to reschedule. I would definitely use ATS again and would recommend this company to my friends.

I just moved into an apartment in Hollywood and noticed that the refrigerator wasn't cooling properly and the freezer was not freezing the food. The first person I called from Angie's List was out of town and would not return for a couple of weeks, so I searched again and called ATS. Lazaro answered my call and agreed to come even though they do not normally service the Hollywood area. He arrived in half an hour and diagnosed the problem immediately. He had to remove the back panel from the freezer and melt the ice that had accumulated with a hot air dryer in order to remove and replace the heating element . He had the supplies in his van. He also replaced the light bulb at no extra cost. Although I was not able to print the $10 discount coupon that is available on the website, he applied it to the invoice. The entire process took about an hour and a half. Lazaro was very nice and friendly, polite, knowledgable and professional. I would certainly recommend him and I would call him again, although he doesn't normally service the Hollywood area... maybe I can pretend to be a clueless new customer. ;)

They were efficient and cleaned up after they were done. I've kept their number to call them again if I need.

I was very impressed and would have him back with no doubts.
