Description of Work: What a great company. The owner called me back within 5 minutes very late on a Friday night. He advised me his company does repair window units, but was very nice and very professional. I would call them again for any other type of service repair needs.

Description of Work: I needed a ceramic stove top replaced on a GE Profile range. I bought the part, but talking to GE and Sears was like talking to the Federal government to get someone to come out and replace the top, I cut the conversation short with both. I went on Anggie's list and sent several emails to different contractors with a description of what I needed. Lazaro was the only response (within a day and with an estimate), and that turned out to be great for me. He and his son, George, were punctual, professional and a pleasure to have in my home. Description of Work: I have a front load washing machine. After explaining the age of the washer and repair symptons, Lazaro told me that it is time to get another machine. It was not worth the service call to pay. I appreciated his honesty in letting me know and not wasting my time and expense. He also answered the phone when I called and it did not go into voicemail, which was also a plus. I'll keep his number for future.

Description of Work: Lazaro was the best! He came out immediately to fix our broken dryer and diagnosed the problem in no time. He fixed our dryer and we were extremely happy we found him!

Description of Work: dishwasher did not work. Lazarro opened up the computer panel, pointed out a broken solder on the board offered to try to solder it or come basck later with a new board. I elected to do the solder. Was completed in 10 minutes and it is still working perfectly today.

Description of Work: I bought a new Kenmore dishwasher about 4 years ago and had it repaired about a year later. Then I began having problems with it about a month ago in March 2011. Finally in early April, it would no longer turn on. On April 11, I called Appliance Tech Services and left a message. Lazaro returned my call about 5 minutes later. He said he could stop by the next day and gave me a two hour window when he would stop by. About 30 minutes before the start of the window, Lazaro called and said he'd be by in about 45 minutes. He was right on time. He had a partner with him and they opened the unit and said that it needed a new control panel which he ordered. He estimated that it would take about a week to receive the part. He called when he received the part and arranged to stop by on April 18 to complete the repair. However, once he installed the new electrical panel so he could test the washer, he found another problem with the pump in the dishwasher. He was unable to repair it, so he ordered a new pump which he estimated would take another few days. When he received the new pump, he called and arranged to stop by again, on April 20. Again he was right on time and he finished the repair. The washer now works better than it had for the past two years. I was very pleased with the whole experience and I felt the bill of $320.84 was a fair price for the great repair.
