The first time I was very happy even though it was pricey. They relandscaped my entry way including a brick path and underground sprinkler ... The cost approx. 4000.00. It looked beautiful ...However, the second time I was not at all as happy and when I told Todd, he said he was very busy but that he would come back...He didn't and I felt very strongly that he had taken advantage because I paid him alot of money. Additionally Todd always has a reason why he should be paid before the end of the job.

The reason we didn't use him was he told me he wouldn't come out to the house for less than $1000. And then when we told him $1600 was too much, he wanted to add trees and wanted to pick out our trees. I think the problem was he was just considering himself like an artist, while we were just looking for someone to do low maintenance work and make the yard look great. We needed a yard guy and he doesn't do that. That should probably be clarified. Also, he didn't want to do what we wanted; he wanted to do what he wanted to do.

Tod Anderson replied quite quickly after our call, came by the house and provided his expertise to correct the leak problem in our pond/waterfall. He agreed to get the job done promptly so that the pond/waterfall would be ready for our daughter's pool party the following weekend. His initial visit was a Sunday, the team started to work on Tuesday and the project was completed on Friday as promised. Great team, very professional, took great care in protecting the existing landscaping and delivered on time.

He would only give us a design plan if we contracted with him first. It was vague. He gave us a verbal recommendation. I was really needing to see a design plan and he wasn't going to give us one unless we signed a contract. He was very punctual. I might use them on another project.

I dealt with the owner directly. He and his staff had excellent communication and follow up. They showed up on time, every time. I have used them three times now.

They were very professional. I liked them and the trees lived. Their price is on the higher side.

I did not go with them because the plan they had drawn up was the opposite of what I was looking for. They were responsive.

The project took about 1-month to complete. Tod, the owner, was always around to oversee the project and he was always available to talk in case we did not like something. He was always willing to listen and we would bounce ideas with him back and forth. His electrical person, Mike, was very nice. Tod told us how to take care of the plants and trees to keep them healthy.

Tod was very responsive to my needs to redesign my small front yard. I had to wait for HOA approval, which he understood. The workers arrived promptly and got to work. However, when I went out to inspect they had not planted the number of items that I had paid for and was actually putting them back on the truck. After some talk, they installed the other plants. They worked quickly despite the hot Florida sun. The company is not the cheapest but they did very good work. For this report I selected that will use them again; however, whether I will use them for my back yard will depend on how my front yard thrives. I was unhappy with the condition of the palm tree. However, Tod assured me that in "3 weeks" it would look good. He also said that he guarantees his work and if I am unhappy he will replace the tree. I will update this report in 3 weeks with the condition of the tree and the other plants.

timely and punctual....water feature re- build went well....Palms are cold damaged but I was assured they would grow without any problems...However for now they look pretty bad

They showed up, they did their work, and they were fine. They were good. I will use them again in the future.

He did a good job. He has excellent ideas and workers but my money was gone before I knew it. They do excellent work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anybody. I already have.

Todd Anderson is the owner. He, along with his team, was very reliable, respectful and knowledgeable. Considering the circumstances of the results of the hurricane, they were very eager to come the same day for an estimate. The men know the materials and thrive to do a good job. Due to the heavy backlog time, they scheduled the job for three months time frame. I was very satisfied in their upfront explanation of the time constraints. The pursuit of happiness was met in all areas. I respect the overall business and operation ways. They truly improved my curb appeal.
