The first time around they said two weeks and then only got one shower done in that time frame and told us that they needed more time because the glass was so large that it ended up being a special order. The only problem with that was that we were delayed moving into our home by two weeks because we had to wait. The communication was not great regarding the delay but we understood. When the two bathroom shower glass walls?were installed the technicians were great, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had no problems or concerns with the technicians and were even impressed because they needed to call for back up to get the glass up the stairs since it was so large. Back up arrived quickly and the job was done.? Shortly after the job was done the bottom sweet on the door started falling off and water was leaking out of the side where the glass met the marble. The caulking was not sealed 100% and they had to come back to fix it. The replaced the sweep and resealed the bottom where the glass meets the marble. We were pleased with the technician again but not so happy that it wasn't done right the first time.? Eleven months later the sweep was falling off the bottom of the shower door in the master for the second time and since a repair was already done. I called to get it fixed and they told me that it was already 12 months since installation so they couldn't help me. That was correct but the sweep was already replaced once and this problem is recurring and has been addressed since installation already so they never fixed the problem in the first place. The girl on the phone insisted they couldn't help because it was too late. I asked her to escalate my concern and they agreed to come out to fix it. However, it left a bad taste in my mouth and I was very disappointed that they even hesitated a moment to come fix their work that was never right from day one. They replaced the sweep and it was okay for 4 months.? Yesterday, I noticed that the sweep is once again falling off AGAIN. I have not yet called but decided to write my review as I'm very disappointed. We spent a lot of money and something so simple like properly installing a sweep has made this a bad experience. I don't know who to call or how to get it fixed if they don't come fix it right this time around.?
