The office was cleaned exceptionally well and my daughter was very happy with the quality of the work that they performed at her home. We highly recommend them. I am looking forward to their arrival at my home next!

They called and said they were running late, eventually showing up 15 minutes late. No big deal. The ladies came in and asked me what service I wanted. For a second I thought did they came to do a regular cleaning and not a post construction cleaning, I told them everything I wanted done and they said ok. I had to explain that I wanted the top of the floor boards and door jams cleaned. They seemed surprised and made me feel like I was asking for something extraordinary. There was dust everywhere, so I thought all of it would be dust free when I came back to the house. Boy was I wrong. When I showed up 6 hours later, I went straight to the kids room to make sure the closest were cleaned properly. To my surprise when I ran my hand across the shelf the palm of my hand turned white. I immediately showed it to the owner of the cleaning company and the girls came back in to clean it. I was explained to me that they used soft scrub to clean and that was a layer of residue left by the cleaning product, not their fault. What I should have done was to check every inch of the closest, because to my surprise the bottom of the shelves still had dust all over them. So, me and my wife spend the next day cleaning. The one thing that really set me off, was that the top shelf was never cleaned. How dumb of me, why would assume a cleaning service would clean. All of the sudden, there is dust falling everywhere from the top shelve of the closet. I get on the step latter and wow, I have never seen so much dust, how did they miss all of this. This problem was of coarse repeated in the other bedroom. Awesome. When I called to complaint to the owner, I was told I was poor and looking for a free service. The charge for the day was $300.00 which I offered to pay $100.00 I was told absolutely no way, that their costs are higher than that. I went up to $150 and again was told no. Then I offered $0 to close the bill. My and the owner's voice got louder and she ended up hanging up on me. I paid the invoice in full $200.00 as offered on a letter from alphamaids dated March 10th, 2014. They claim it is a fair compromise, I got ripped off. They stated they would not go any lower than $200.00 and if I did not pay they would take me to court. Nice doing business with you.

They did an initial deep cleaning of my town house first and then we are doing a regular cleaning service, as well. The owner came and looked at the house first to see what needed to be done. She was very professional and knowledgeable. The deep cleaning was done very well and they did so many extra things that we haven't been able to get around to doing, plus all of the regular cleaning. When they came back the next week, everything was also just as clean and well done.

This is the second time I have used Alpha Maids and it definitely won't be the last time! Punctual, professional, attentive to detail…these are only some of the adjectives that apply to the Aplha Maids team. The two women, led by Gladys, cleaned things that I never expected them to clean. From the top of the trash can to the candlesticks to the picture frames: they cleaned EVERYTHING! I will definitely use Alpha Maids again, and again, and again.

Everything went well. Great communication, ladies were very punctual, they worked hard. Originally I had hired them for 3 to 4 hours but once they arrived we decided to do some additional cleaning and stayed on for a total of 6 hours.

Alpha sees dirt that I miss They take initiative - wash windows - leather clean my chair & include extra jobs into the regular housecleaning. Very trustworthy. Puts up with my big dog.

I needed my house to be thoroughly cleaned in preparation for listing it for sale. I searched Angie's List for housecleaning companies and found several with good to excellent reviews including Alpha Maids. I selected Alpha Maids because, honestly, with only 4 reviews (including one negative), I figured they would not be "too busy." Afterwards I am so glad that I chose them! I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, just under 1,700 feet. I pride myself on keeping it "neat" but not necessarily spic-and-span clean. When Lecy (the owner) told me the price and said I would need 3 hours, I thought to myself that was way too much time. When Doris and Gladys arrived, I told them the same thing. Well, I was wrong! Although they probably could have cleaned the entire house in 3 hours, I think the pride they had in doing a good job would not allow them to cut corners. So, if you are like me and think 3 hours is plenty, if you want a really good job, count on 4 hours minimum. By the way, Doris and Gladys were efficient, polite, thorough and on-time. As an added bonus, you can pay Alpha Maids using Pay Pal, which means you do not have to provide any personal banking information.I will not hesitate to use Alpha Maids again. Great job Alpha Maids!

The "provider" never contacted me after I scheduled them to come in. No one showed up on the scheduled date. No one contacted me to apologize, reschedule or cancel the appointment. I will not be contacting this company or referring them to anyone any time soon.

Scheduled a housekeeper to come in on 7/27/13. No one showed up. No one has ever called to apologize, reschedule or cancel. Will not be calling or recommending these people ever.

followed all instructions, assumed responsibility even when - I thought they broke the vacuum cleaner even though they ended up not having broken it (my mistake). Were very helpful and nice, dressed and looked clean, did not track in dirt like another maid service I used. The house smelled pretty and clean and looked pretty and clean after they were done. Very pricey. I haven't found quality service for cheaper. Wish they were cheaper.

.I use them every day. The cleaner is very nice and cleans my house well. The price is reasonable and the quality of the work is good. We will continue to use their services.

I found Alphamaids through Angie's List in February of 2012. Their service, efficiency and professionalism was outstanding! We have continued to use their service on a regular basis for almost a year. Alphamaids is a terrific cleaning service. They are thorough and trustworthy.
