ALL STATE WINDOWS & KITCHEN CABINETS

This was a nightmare. Originally, they told me 4-6 weeks for delivery. It was almost 10 weeks. They did not pull a permit within 30 days which is the law. They did not show for the first 2 appointments. When they did show up, it was midday, and they left at 5. It took 3 days to install most of the windows. One was broken by the installers who tried to hide the fact, one was not set vertically, and one was not installed. They missed 3 follow up appointments. Eight weeks later, the job had not been completed. They were to provide a notice of commencement, which has proved nearly impossible to obtain from them. They are unresponsive to complaints unless threatened with legal action. They have claimed to have sent installers, but no one ever showed up. They sent installers who did not even have minimal English ability. I would never recommend them at all. They have caused me to lose days at work and incur other expenses.

Company was hired to install hurricane shutters on two french doors. After a two month delay in getting the first appointment, they failed to show up on two separate occasions without calling. Two months later when someone finally came (who could not speak a word of english) the shutters were made to the wrong size specifications. This all took place in the months of May to August. I asked for a refund on my Visa. They said no problem. They never refunded my money. I have filed a claim with Visa who have temporarily credited my account. Allstate Windows and Kitchens repeatedly lied to me and never acted in good faith.

They had unqualified labor. They did not follow up and they were very poor in coming to do the job at the time they said they would. They made claims that they didn't keep. They were suppose to do the work as soon as they got all the materials. We were to go without a sink for 1 day, it ended up being a week.
