+ 0 moreAll-Phase removed the a/c unit 3 times over a year's time to clean it and prevent it from leaking inside. On the third visit the men told me the a/c had rusted out on the inside and I should buy a new one. I wish I had been told this might be a possibility first, instead of spending $300 to clean it over a year's period. Overall, these people were quick to come, punctual and friendly. However, the owner of the company who answers the phone is bossy and grumpy. He interrupts you and speaks sharply to you, as if you were a child. If you can ignore this and humor him, you will get quick service from his team.
Description of Work: Three visits over a period of one year to remove and clean a wall air-conditioner that was leaking into the apartment. The first cleaning lasted 6 months, the second lasted a few more months. The third job lasted one day. The service man had to come back the next day because the a/c was leaking profusely inside. He concluded the a/c was rusted out and had to be replaced.

Description of Work: Inspect a tankless water heater. Performed diagnostic to determine why the equipment was not working. Repaired. Also repaired a leaking pipe from under sink. Gentleman who answered phone was courteous & friendly, they sent someone within a few hours and completed the work fast. Very Impressed with the service. Will definitely call for service again!

He wiped his feet every time he came inside the house, accompanied me to Home Depot to choose a light fixture to replace broken one, made small conversation and was pleasant and friendly with sales peoples. He noticed my new license plate which was near the front door and offered to replace old one which he did.
Description of Work: Leaking toilet and bathroom sink drain fixed, light fixture purchased and installed, A.C. filter changed, new license plate screwed in.

+ -1 moreGonzo the service man was punctual, friendly and informative. The job took about two hours and cost $140, the amount I had been told on the phone. I think it was worth it because the A/C works just like new and doesn't leak inside the apartment anymore. Plus the peace of mind knowing the A/C is not full of gunk.
Description of Work: The A/C wall unit was pulled out, taken outside and thoroughly cleaned. It had algae and mold build-up on coil, fan blades and housing. The service man used the garden hose, then some spray acid. He got it really clean. Also washed the front panel and vents of the A/C and realigned the drain angle with shims. Replaced the unit and got it working just like new.

+ 0 moreTHE HANDYMAN ARRIVED ON TIME, WIPED HIS SHOES BEFORE ENTERING MY HOUSE WITHOUT BEING ASKED. TOOK HIS SHOES OFF TO ENTER CARPETED AREAS WITHOUT BEING ASKED. FIXED TOILETS WITH LITTLE OR NO FUSS. NEEDED A DRILL AND ANOTHER SCREW TO FIX DRAWER THAT WORKS PERFECTLY. VERY POLITE, APPROPRIATELY CHATTY.
Description of Work: FIXED A DRAWER THAT FELL APART, ADDED NEW SCREW. DID 'TWEEKING' ON 3 TOILETS, LOOKED AT A WATER FILTER AND REHUNG AN INSTANT HOT DISPENSER. ORDERED NEW ONE TO BE INSTALLED AT A LATER DATE.
