All-In-One Inspections of South Florida has proudly been serving Dade & Broward County since 1990. We have inspected over 75,000 properties and counting. Our comprehensive inspection services include residential, commercial, and industrial to name a few. Our company strives on meeting the individual needs of our customers and supplying them with a better understanding of their investment. Our "Team" consists of individual licensed and insured experts providing you with an accurate and thorough written report at time of inspection. Each individual report includes descriptions of each item inspected and supplementary photographs are provided if needed. Items found in need of attention are identified clearly, and recommendations for repairs or replacement are provided including comparative estimates. Our reports are easy to follow and guide you through each item in logical order. Our highly skilled and experienced inspectors exceed the strict guidelines and standards set forth by ASHI. Company was very professional. The only possible problem is that the inspectors aren't licensed and that could be a problem with some insurance companies. They told me beforehand they weren't licensed, but that the owner of the company is, so that many insurance companies accept their reports. Also a regular camera was used instead of a digital.
Description of Work: Have water damage due to burst pipe. Company went into crawlspace (something neither the insurance adjuster nor the public adjuster I ended up using did NOT do) and house, took pictures and assessed amount of damage and estimated repair cost.
