Description of Work: I did not really price this job because I had no hot water but I think it was very fair. I had to have them replace an old tankless water heater. That required buying a new unit, welding and re plumbing. It was made more complex because I had to hire an electrician to bring more amps to the unit. | |They showed up on time and did it right. It did not cost much more than the cost of installing the first one ten years ago. I used them because I liked the man who called me back and he was very thorough about being sure that he could help me. I sensed that he genuinely wanted to help me. | |I called them on a Thursday afternoon. I was called right back. I had my electrician come on Friday to make sure the new unit had enough power. They had to get the right unit (that took a day) and they installed it first thing Monday morning. The two men who did it were great and it was done right. No problems since that day. I will call them again for anything I may need regarding plumbing.

Description of Work: Fixed a leaking sink and a broken valve for the house water shut off line. It was a Saturday night so we had to pay the weekend convince fee. They arrived quickly, were very knowledgable, polite, clean and had everything they needed with them, even for the surprise broken shut off valve. I have used them many time since and luckily not on the weekend. Pricing is consistent and seems accurate for work done.

Description of Work: Had leak in bathtub from faucet. They arrived on Friday, did not have the part.Did not fix it until Monday.Replaced faucet knobs and drain in tub. Drain in tub does not work well, water leaks out. Also changed rubber rings on kitchen sink faucet to fix leak.

+ -1 moreMy experience with them went really well. He is really professional, like you have no idea. He charged me much less than a lot of the other plumbers in the area. He is always on time. I am still in the process of using them, like they are 70% done with the work; we are just waiting for inspection. I was getting quotes of $30,000-35,000 and he did it for $20,000. We originally thought it was going to be more expensive, but we did not expect as much work to be done. Not only did he honor his original quote, but he did not try to raise it. Eventually, he had to raise it because there was a lot of other work that needed to be done, but it was very reasonable.
Description of Work: I used All Dade Plumbing Inc. for plumbing; they had to re-pipe the whole house.

He came in and gave me an honest assessment. I thought he did the repairs and saved me thousands of dollars. He was very punctual and professional. When he replaced the fixture, he let me choose the type and I thought it was extraordinary that he didn’t charge me extra for that. I referred him to my friend and she was very grateful that she contacted him.

Description of Work: I had an under ground leak in the front yard. The outside facet water shut off next to the house did not work. The underground line from the house to the main water line at the sidewalk had to be replaced. they came promptly and dug out the old line and laid another pipe.
