Allison promptly called me back Monday morning and originally scheduled for Alex F. to come out between 1:00-3:00 that day to look at it. She called back shortly thereafter to let me know he could arrive earlier, which was great. After evaluating the problem, and calling in for a 2nd opinion, Alex expressed and explained that due the the age of the water heater, along with what it would take to try and repair it, it simply made more sense to replace it with a better, more efficient new unit.He was extremely courteous, professional and a master at his craft. Call ADP after hours and was scheduled the next day. I was told they office would call after 9am to confirm, and was called exactly at 9am. With their full schedule, they would "work me in" between noon and 4pm. They crew was freed up early and the worked commenced at 11:35am. The crew was friendly and professional, and the work site was completely cleaned afterwards. I am very pleased with the work and the office staff. I would recommend All Dade Plumbing and will use them again.

I called, got their answering machine, left my name and number and a description of the project. They never returned my call.

Great. The guy who came, Jason, was wonderful. He was prompt (came within 45 minutes) and he fixed the problem. They were also very nice and professional. They were pricy, but it was an emergency call on a Sunday afternoon. I would definitely recommend them and would definitely call them again.

Very well. Ironically, when we found the problem, I went on Angie's list and called this company (based on rating and coupon ((which was not honored)). They initially told me that they could not come until tomorrow. Luckily, and they called and said there was someone in the area who could come. The gentleman who came was very knowledgeable and took care of the problem professionally. VERY PLEASED

As always, All Dade Plumbing provided fast, reliable service. The price is competitive - plumbing is not cheap (makes me want to rethink my own profession). Kenny and/or Franco responded quickly and honestly. I've used him in the past to replace a toilet, replace a water heater valve and check for leaks. His professionalism each time has led to my calling him the next time I had a plumbing issue. Two thumbs up!

Since I have no running water in my house I used Angie's List to identify three potential plumbers they all came provided quote. Daniel, from All Dade Plumbing took a close look at the damage and provided a reasonable quote. Within hours of the start of the job I had running water. They did what the promised to do, no nonsense. Highly recommended. But always get at least 3 quotes.

Overall they were pretty good but do think they need a few lessons in professionalism. The 2 workers obviously did not get along and I was kind of irritated by they attitude. Work was good but overpriced.

Just awful customer service! The guy dose not know how to respond when there is an issue and super expensive. I spoke with someone named Danny who was very rude and falsely accused me of messing with what they had supposedly fixed with out knowing what was going on. I tried my best to be reasonable but the guy is an IDIOT. I called for them to stop a leak and week later it's broken again. I paid a bunch of money for them to put a stick of gum on a leak and they did not respond when it went bad. They said they could not change the valves because the building had to be shut off, turns out my apartment had a shut off inside and they could have done it. The Plummer did not even bother investigating that. They should of just changed the part and when I called back no one wanted to be responsible for their mistakes. I got set up with one of their partners the guys name was Danny, if he calls you just hang up the phone and call again. You might have better luck with some one else. Never using them again!

Pete at All Dade Plumbing came the same day I called him and attempted to fix the leak. I say attempted because it turned out that it wasnt a simple valve replacement, the leak returned later that day. I called Pete and he came back, trying once more to fix it without resorting to more extensive repairs. He could not and eventually we had to put in a new shower kit to stop the leak from where ever it was coming from. He recommended a simple and durable shower kit to cut down on future repairs. it was installed in one morning with no complications. He came back after the tile on the wall ad been installed to make sure the cover was put on correctly and to seal it up. He did some other work for free in exchange for the initial failed repair of the leak - and the price was fair for the shower kit replacement. He always showed up on time and seemed honest when it came to what repairs needed to be made. I will use them again.

The gentleman came as promised on time, I showed him the problem and he replaced the leaky spiket. He also took a look at the hot water line to my washing machine which was not working properly and fixed that although it needed no parts, just an adjustment. He was very nice and I would definitely call them again.

Found out how difficult it is nowadays to get a plumber to come out to the house on Friday afternoon ( 3:30 - 4:00pm). Called 6 plumbing companies listed on Angie's List, one which had 24 hour service as part of it's name and not one was able to come out and help me with my emergency the same day. Two promised they could be at my home next day at 8:00am. Majority said their workers were all busy due to excessive workload brought about by heavy rains. Decided to try one more before calling it a day as I began to see a pattern. When I contacted ALL DADE PLUMBING, INC, I spoke with Dan Boyer and described my urgent problem. Without hesitation he mentioned that he could come immediately and take care of the situation. He quoted me a fair price (did not have to pay for overtime service after 4:00pm as some others had quoted) and additionally honored the discount coupon offered on Angie's list. ALL DADE PLUMBING was at my home within 15 minutes and immediately got to work. They were professional and efficient. Performed their work quickly in a very neat and orderly manner. Dan Boyer answered all of my questions and provided some additional important information that will help prevent future problems. Overall I was very pleased and happy to find someone who does great work and is willing to put in a full day's work at a fair price.
