ALL AMERICA TILE & MARBLE

Overall, I was terribly disappointed with the work ethic, workmanship and reliability of the company. The price was reasonable and there was potential for a good job. However, some of the work was shoddy. This is a tile and marble company, and a large section of the tile was poorly installed & had to be redone twice. They dropped & cracked the marble counter top, replacing it with a flawed piece that I specifically noted I didn't want used. Additionally, I was caught in the middle of a transition to new owners, who appeared to be nice and sincere, but I eventually learned it was just lip service. It took nearly 2 years of unreturned calls, idle promises and dribs and drabs of work done before the job was totally finished, and even then I just gave up on trying to get complete satisfaction, i.e., some scratches & discoloration on mirror; on one wall the paint is cracking because the wall paper liner was improperly removed. I ended up writing to the BBB, but the company never responded.
