Description of Work: Service was not finished but I was charged the full amount. I hired this company back in December 2015 They provided a tentative installation date of the first week of January. I had to keep calling them after not having heard from them at all past the proposed installation date, then it was a 3 month battle to finally have an install date of March 31. When they installed the door it was cut 2 inches short, so I could not accept it. They took the door with them and offered to resolve the problem but failed to follow up, instead they charged the remaining balance. This company will not keep their word nor compromise with their customers. In regards to scheduled dates, they will not respond to update requests and will not try to resolve any issues produced by their own actions. Also, they would charge 50% deposit on the date of hiring which is normal and they will charge the remaining 50% balance of the full amount of the job on the installation date, regardless if it was completed or not and regardless to customer satisfaction. Per All About Doors (Terri) I was told that it's their policy. I do not have in my possession the product and I am currently disputing the charges with my credit card institution. To any body looking into hiring this company, if your looking for a good product, a good installation and value your money, please look at a different vendor and save yourself lots of time and headaches.

When we called them to give us an estimate, they arrived on time, gave us an estimate with no pressure from them to proceed with the job. We hired them to do the job and when it was finished we were completely satisfied with their workmanship and in the professional manner they conducted themselves. Today they came out to inspect a small problem we had with the front door. Robert Sanchez came on time, did a small adjustment and did not charge us - this being over a year since the door was first installed! This company is owned and operated by Robert and Theresa Sanchez. We have talked to Theresa several times and she proved to be knowledgeable and helpful. All we can say is BRING BACK THE FAMILY BUSINESS! They really do care and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend All About Doors to anyone.

Description of Work: We used All About Doors about 2 or 3 months ago and they replaced two doors and also got rid of a sliding glass door from the back of the house and replaced it with a French door.

Description of Work: I needed a sliding door in my bedroom for my outside bedroom door. They came right away and gave me an estimate and it took a couple of weeks to get the door and have it installed.

Description of Work: Well to start off I first hired a handyman to adjust and refinish my front doors, the doors were horribly varnished and he cut one door shorter than the other. So I called All About Doors to change my doors, Robert came out on time and gave me an estimate. His workers came out the next day put two temporary doos and took my doors to there shop. He recomended to replace my frames and put my doors to swing out for code and safety. I also wanted to add some lite to my foyer entrances, he suggested to replace to top three panels with glass. The doors came out beautifull, my kids tuaght I had purchased new doors, the quality of the finish was superior. My doors look like a piece of furniture. This company was great and I'm highly recommending them. Not only do my doors look new, but they saved me money becuase I didn't need to buy new ones. AAAAAA!!!
