The computer did not operate properly right out of the box. Within 1/2 hour of unpacking the computer and turning it on, I was on the phone with tech support. The same problem kept occurring and I kept calling. After approximately 2 weeks, I called once again, and this time the tech asked me if I had a small screwdriver to open up the bottom of the computer and remove the hard drive and a memory stick. When I told him I was not going to do this because I was not comfortable doing so, he told me that unless I complied, there would be no further support. I was told my only option was to return the computer! This was in spite of purchasing an additional year warranty and "onsite" service. I returned the computer, and was credited back the amount less $400 - which was a restocking charge. After many hours spent on the phone arguing the $400, I was told the only way to get the $400 back was to purchase a new computer with them, and they would knock off $400!
