 + -1 moreHe's great, he does the work until you're satisfied. His prices are very reasonable. He's very honest, and just a good person overall. He has a great personality, and is happy all the time.
Description of Work: He is a very busy guy, as once you use him you will call him again and again. If he can schedule you in, use him. He can do most every repair and home remodeling job. This most recent time he installed balcony tiles. He has done flooring, painting, closet, and all kinds of work for me in the past. I've used him since 2003.

 + -1 moreAlford will try to make anything right if you are not happy with it. He is a very nice guy. He is very professional, and I would recommend him and use him again.
Description of Work: Alford has come out and done some plumbing and painting for me.
