Excellent. It took me awhile to find someone who would not try to sell me things I did not know. I found Alextar corp completely professional, kept to his quoted price, was on time, and was all around a pleasure to work with.

We were very pleased with their services. The leak was repaired in March. Wanted to wait to write the review. Alberto came, found the leak with a special ink and repaired it. He checked the entire pool to make sure there were no other leaks. He sent us a video so we could see how the water got sucked out and after the repair. So far so good. Very professional and we feel we paid a fair price. Would definitely hire again!

The repair took almost a month to complete because there were some complications. They quoted me a price and then they increased it to almost twice the original repair cost quoted. They almost would not complete the work until I showed that their was still leaks. After that, they where very professional and did a good job. I understood that they were very busy and that's the reason it took so long. I am happy with the work and I would recommend them.

We had a leak in our pool that needed to be first found, and then fixed. It was a really complicated situation because it was very hard to find. The staff at Alextar was extremely patient and they literally came to our house about 5 times never giving up until they found all issues. We had about 3 issues wrong with our pool. There was a filter issue which they fixed (we bought a new filter and they replaced it), and additionally they fixed a broken PVC pipe we had that we didn't even know about. Then, they kept coming to our house trying different things, until they finally found the main issue where the biggest leak was. This was a nightmare for them to find, and they worked really hard. They are EXTREMELY polite and professional, always on time, always respectful. I was very comfortable to work with them. The guys that came to our house always explained everything that was happening, and what they were doing and what they were going to try next. We would recommend them to anyone, these people are legit professionals.

The crew was punctual and professional. They found the leak, scheduled the repair for the next business day and repaired it. They also provided me with a video of the leak and a warranty of their work. I’m satisfied with the work and would recommend them.

Everything went smooth and better than expected. They are very professional and polite, and showed up on time. After finding the leak (which is a meticulous and time consuming job) the cracks on the main drain was sealed with to pool completely filled with water. Unfortunately, the drain was in really bad shape and it started leaking again in a different area of the drain. They suggested to empty the pool and re-cement the entire main drain area, and ever since it's been great. The leak was taken care of and the entire process was explained to me with photos and video. Overall I'm very happy with there service and would highly recommend them. Thank you so much Alex and Alberto, you guys are the best.

Alextar Corp. was very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They were on time, very professional. Provided videos and pictures depicting the problem. They gave us an estimate and stuck to that price. But most importantly they ACTUALLY finally fixed our problem after a year and a half of other company's jerking us around and leaving us with the same problem and charging us a lot of $ and still wanting more $. I would highly recommend Alextar!
