He quickly began taking care of the issues and also took the time to explain what was being done and also give a few suggestions to avoid future issues and provide longevity to our system. They were fast, friendly, and very knowledgable. We have agreed to having them take on additional repairs and upgrades to our system. Look no further, these guys are great!
Description of Work: Fix broken sprinkler pipe and replace outdated sprinkler hoses. Repair of sprinkler timer.

Description of Work: I called the service on March 20th regarding my well Pump not keeping the Prime. They informed me due to current schedules it would be the following Monday April 6th between 11-12:30 before they could get to me. I set the schedule and waited for the appointment. On April 6th I waited until 2:00 before I gave them a follow up call and I was informed they were backed up and they would stop by later that afternoon. I never received a follow up call and they never showed up. I could tell he was annoyed by the "residential" maintenance that needed to be completed. I ended up researching everything on YouTube and made the repairs myself as well as replaces all of my sprinkler heads throughout my property. Parts cost me $400.00 so I can only guess what I saved in labor..

 + -1 moreThe sprinkler heads seem to be fine, however, the leak in the underground pipe is still occurring. I rediscovered the leak recently. When I called Alex Sprinkler Inc, yesterday they they told me it has been too long to honor a warranty or repair the work. Essentially they told me I was out of luck. I do appreciate a company that doesn't stand behind their work and certainly don't want to see anyone else have to go through the same situation Alex Sprinkler Inc.
Description of Work: I hired them to fix a small leak in an underground pipe in my sprinkler system. I also had them install two new sprinkler heads.

 + -1 moreAlex was called to check on the problems that my parents were having with their sprinkler system including the timer. He promptly returned the phone call and arrived on time for their appointment. He fixed some minor problems, reset the timer as well as giving them some good advice for future use. After spending more than a half an hour on the above, he said there would be no charge! He mentioned that 3 sprinkler heads needed to be replaced...the charge would be $75 which they thought was reasonable. In total he and his helper, Carlos, were there for 45 minutes. They found Alex to very honest and knowledgeable . He did not try to sell them a new timer or suggest that they needed to replace the rain sensor. My parents are thrilled and we would highly recommend him!
Description of Work: Checked the entire sprinkler system and repaired three damaged sprinkler heads.
