Amazing service from Alex and team ! Called just a few Days before to book a move and he was super accommodating! Everything was amazing on the day ! Called 20 minutes before he arrived like he said he would ! I even asked for a stop on way to collect a bed and it was no problem at all ! Super impressed how quick they got everything up 3 flights of stairs and had the bed together in minutes! Worked out even cheaper than I thought I would too ! Worth every penny ! Would defo recommend Alex !

I spoke to the owner Alex to have my items moved on a Thursday afternoon. A day prior to the move he calls me and says he has another bigger project (obviously more money) that would like to take my time slot and tried to force me to take the morning slot instead. I explained to him that it was unprofessional that we had agreed on an afternoon time frame because I worked in the morning. He unflinchingly refused and since I was desperate I offered to switch my move day altogether to a Friday afternoon at 2pm which he said was completely open. I call him on Friday at 2.30pm to ask the status of his movers, only for him to start arguing with me that he never promised a time and they will be there between 4-5pm. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional of him. This company is clearly about monetary gain versus customer service. They should NOT be in business!
Description of Work: I had arranged with the company to have my items moved from one storage unit to another, but they disappointed me last minute and forced me to look for an alternative under short notice. Very unprofessional and will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

Our apology for your inconvenience, our conversation was i had another move before yours and went they finish was going to do yours , i said over the phone to you they going to call you went they finish the move, i said probably they going to be round 2 or 3 pm, them you said is going to be late because you need to pick up son , them you ask me for more discount went i already have giving you a discount was under my minimum, that`s went you decide to cancel the move.
