No work was done. He came to look at the job, we had an amicable conversation and he promised an estimate via email which we never received (yes, checked spam folder...). I called and texted, and we never received a response. Truly not unprofessional and rude in this regard.

Many obstacles to getting the landscaping and driveway done but he was patient and came back several times until the final inspection was passed by the Village. Had an issue after the install and came back and made it right. Would hire again on other projects.

The project was delivered as promised in the contract. Jose Aleman was on site the entire time. Very responsive to any question I had. I am totally and completely satisfied, and recommend Aleman to anyone looking to install a sprinkler system.

He was very nice and prompt at first but became harder to get a hold off when we needed to have our well setup. He promised 100% coverage, a new timer and a rain sensor. We got didn't get any of the above. Overall he did hard-work and installed the system but the whole reason to get a sprinkler system installed is to set it and forget it and not overwater. We agreed to a discount when we found out that he didn't change our timer because he said it was fine. A few days later it wasn't working and we knew it was having problems but we trusted the expert. Additionally we have an area of our swale that gets 0% percent water coverage. When I called him to rectify the issue he said to install the same exact timer would be over $250. I couldn't believe it when he only gave us a $50 discount. I installed a new timer myself for $40 and 15 minutes of time. What a joke? He kept saying the install was a big job but it literally was just a swap of a unit. I can't complain about the rain sensor because we agreed to not have it of course this was after I asked about it and found out it also was not installed when the job was complete. Now I just stare at the drying grass on my swale that doesn't get water and wonder why I paid thousands of dollars to have a sprinkler installed. According to the owner the swale isn't part of the 100% but it's odd that the other 90% of the swale was and my sprinkler system he replaced used to cover it. All he had to do is install another head or two to spray that part of my swale and this would have been an B or A review.

I emailed site survey, no response received. Very nice on the phone. I'm sure they are very busy, but never responded. Angie's list keeps asking me to review, otherwise I wouldn't have. How am I supposed to rate the quality of their work if they never did it. It is their prerogative to respond or not.

Mr. Aleman designed a new irrigation system with separate zones for plants and grass. He provided a new pump and moved it to the outside of the house as requested. He has been back to service the system. He is knowledgeable and experienced. He completed the work in a timely fashion and left the premises in good shape. He is responsive to emails and calls. Very professional and a pleasant, nice person to work with. I recommend him highly.

My sprinklers stopped working and my gardner thought it was the pump. The pump indeed was burned out so we replaced it. However, sprinklers still did not work (pump could not pull water from the well). I called Alemans Sprinklers and they came out to diagnose the problem. They thought a new valve and pumping/cleaning well would do it. However, the problem was a broken pipe from well to pump which was beneath the pool slab (20-25 years its been there). Anyways, they suggested that the leaset expensive route would be to open a new well. They dont do this type of work so they coordinated witha well company who came out and did a new well for $790.00. Aleman's Sprinklers then came out and connected the pump to well, changed and repositioned several sprinkler heads and got the system working beautifully. The fee for their work was $1,140.00 less the Angie's member discount. Both Jose Aleman and his son Pio were very courteous and professional. When all the work was done they came out to show me all they had done and to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. During the entire process they always answered my calls or texts and responded to all my questions. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their sprinklers repaired.

I bought a wet check and learned that pretty much it's paying to get an estimate (the vendor told me that himself). My timer was broken, so I spoke to them and they made me buy a new one and would charge me extra to install it. He asked to get him pictures which I did. Today when I called to send him the pictures a person told me they don't go to my county and that I probably I spoke to his son but they don't go. To makes things worse, I have to return the timer (because it's not the one I need), cancel the deal with Angie's List and start looking for someone else. Most of all I want to let all the customers out there to be very careful with Angie's List Deals.

Everything worked out perfect. I had a bad leak, plus an area not getting watered and my system had not been adjusted in a couple of years. Contacted Aleman's and Pio responded right away..... but this was during Hurricane Erica and all that rain so we had to postpone several times. Finally yesterday was available and he showed up when he said he would, his helper here already, and the completed everything in an hour or two. All courteous, friendly and professional. Best sprinkler dudes I've worked with.
