They are the best of a bad lot. I have been dealing with them for years, and if I could get better, I would do so, but honestly I would not recommend them. They are good, but at the same time they don't recognize their customers. Their customer service is lousy. For example, I have a lawn mower that I have to carry in because there is a problem with the starter and with wheel adjustment, but the company sent me to wheel adjuster so it was just a put on work. I mentioned that to them. They told me they are not gonna put a wheel adjuster because who is going to pay them for that. I mean I am a customer there for 20 years and this was something simple, and even if you don't get paid on it, there is such a thing like customer satisfaction, but the first thing they could think about is who is gonna pay them for a warranty job. One time, they were fixing a generator for me, and I said they didn't give me an estimate on this. The guy said he would sell it if I didn't wanna pay. The old man is not too bad. He is quite agreeable, but his son is very, very pompous. When you go into the store, they keep looking at the computer or whatever, they won't acknowledge you, they won't even look up and greet. They think they are fixing things for you as a great favor to you. That's their kind of attitude. They do the work in their own time and it could be anywhere from at least 10 days to 2 weeks, but they tell you that up front.

The people are very polite and tell your right off hand how much it will cost. If they don't have the facility to do something they will let you know right away. I explained the type of hedger I needed and they showed me the best one for the job. They also explained how to use it and filled it up with gas.
