Very happy with removal and installation of new AC system.

He did a really good job. Professional, excellent and reasonably priced.

We called for service when main A/C iced up. They responded right away and fixed the problem. The service tech was very professional in every way and very considerate to avoid making a mess in the house. He answered all my questions about regular homeowner maintenance.

When my air conditioner broke in July I called Airtech and they sent a technician out to evaluate the unit the same day. He did a thorough checkup and explained the problems and alternatives. I chose to have a new unit installed. The technician took the measurements, and I got an estimate for two choices of units by fax the next day. I called the estimator, Gil Rodriguez, with questions, and he was very helpful. I returned the contract by fax, and the next day 2 technicians arrived to install it, and did a good job. Then they found the connections for the return line did not match the connections on the air handler. They offered to weld in new connections. I suggested a new air handler. They made some calls, got a new estimate, had the unit delivered, and the whole job was finished the same day. There were a couple minor things I asked them to fix, which they did cheerfully. Overall, they dealt with the job quickly and professionally.
