They were recommended by a coworker, but when I called them and discussed in the past about Lennox air-conditioner which was considered top of the line at the time. When I called them, it turned out that they were concentrating on the pool heater side of their business and are no longer doing air-conditioners. I ended up looking on the list for qualified air-conditioner companies. They came and performed work for me up until last year. The outside unit where the compressor is there was sand there, so it was making a noise and I called them and it turned out that the fan motor had broken so he replaced that. We had the air-conditioner limp along a little bit more, but it really wasn?t blowing cool air and it really never has because it was very old. At that time I discussed an estimate with him that seemed a little high on a Lennox, so this week I called them when it broke down. I spent somewhere in the range of $900 to a $1,000 because did various repairs for me over the years and replaced the thermostat for me. I thought that he was reasonably priced and one of the things that he did for me was to make a custom made filter for one of the units and I don?t remember if he ever billed me for it. When I called them up this time I told them that I don?t remember if I paid for the filters and they said everything was fine and that they were in the pool heater business now. He would actually wait for payment and I would pay him part and the rest when I had it. They did very good quality and were working with a very old unit.

He does excellent work and knows his professsion well. It is a family run buisness.
