I called Agramontes Painting and Oscar came by at the time he said he would give me the estimate. I had used this company before to clean my roof and I was very happy with them. I got two more estimates. One was very low and it scared me. The other was about the same as Oscar's so I went with Oscar as I knew his work from my roof cleaning. Oscar started the job on time with his two men. It took them 5 solid days to complete the job. Very neat and clean. Every day they would clean up after themselves. We were going from dark colors to light colors so some rooms required three coats. We were very happy with them and the job. At the end of the job they pressure washed my patio at no cost. Nobody does things like this anymore much in in Miami. With this service, I though I was back in the 1950's! Oscar and his men seam very honest and trust worthy. As a matter of fact I just contracted them to clean all my windows.

From the moment I contacted Oscar Sanchez I was impressed with his responsiveness and determination. I asked if he could meet me for a quote on Sunday, which was my only day off and he agreed. We discussed the work to be done, which included replacing and fixing wood siding from years of neglect, and he assured me it wouldn't be a problem. The price was very reasonable and they did everything they said they would. I was very impressed with the results and his professionalism. Each day, they showed up on time and got the job done and made sure I was happy with the results at the end. The house looks great and I will definitely recommend him and use him again for all my future painting needs. Thank you Oscar.

Called Mr. Agramontes and spoke with him (and his son who speaks good English). He seemed congenial. He agreed to come to the house and give an estimate. He never showed or called back. Too bad since he had good reviews and he was happy to know I had called after reading his reviews on Angie's list.

We called the company and within 24 hours, Oscar came by and gave us an estimate. It was very competitive, and then when we actually met him, we knew we wanted him to do the work. They were prompt and efficient. Oscar was very nice to work with, and does anything he needs to to make the experience a good one. Furthermore, he was very patient with us when choosing our colors. He didn't stop working until the job was completed, and he put back our lights back on the house. We would definitely use the company again for any other painting jobs needed.

Oscar Sanches was very helpful in selecting the colors. He brought out samples and painted splotches on different parts of the house so we could see what it looked like in the sun and shade. His worker Antonio was a very hard worker and did an excellent job on the roof. During the painting Oscar found a rotten board which he replaced and would accept no additional pay. They were always here when they said they would be and stayed with the job until complete. If you want a good job, completed in a timely manner, I would certainly recommend this company.

Oscar his men (Miguel & Antonio) did an outstanding job. They arrived at 8 am as promised and started to work.They started first moving the furniture without any problems and began to paint right away. They work as a team and in three days they finished. We are very happy with Oscar. He never disappointed us. He was always very professional.

I contacted two companies for exterior painting jobs. These two companies were highly rated by Angie's List. The first company representative that came out to meet me was not reliable as he was to contact me back to schedule a second appointment, and he never did... The owner of Agramontes Painting was the second person I contacted for an estimate... He called me back each time he said he would. He was punctual to our appointments. I engaged his services for a limited exterior paint project at first... Two days on the job, I realized the caliber and honesty of the person as well as his workmanship and standards that were apparent in him and the men who worked with him. Based on this, I engaged his services to complete the entire exterior of the house as well as a detached structure... He provided me a quote for the work... during the time he was completing the job, he encountered several problems that were not known to us. He corrected these and never requested another dime. He helped us correct a roofing issue on the detached structure (which had recently been replaced by a roofer) and requested reimbursement on materials only (receipt provided)... The house looks more beautiful than I could have ever hoped for and I know that all known and hidden problems have been corrected! They were on the job 6 days... During this time, the jobsite was immaculate. Our exterior furniture was protected, our plants were protected and his men were professional, quiet and most respectful. I deal with a lot of contractors from different trades, and I must say, I thought people/companies like this no longer existed- and am happy to say that this company is in a league of their own... And funny, there is not one advertisement of his company anywhere. I understand now why it is... He does not need it! I would highly recommend Agramontes Painting to anyone! Thank you... This is the second time we use Oscar for a job at our house (the first was for roof and driveway pressure cleaning) and we were thrilled, once again, with Oscar's professionalism, attention to detail, price point, and reliability. First of all, Oscar arrived early to our appointment, something which is very important to me. After agreeing on price and deciding on a color, (he gave us a few days for that), Oscar not only performed the work over the course of 6, non-stop days, he did so with great care. Indeed, painting the wall around the property alone is quite a task, as there is vegetation along most of it. Oscar managed to pare down and haul away some of the plants and flowers in order to access the wall while leaving the garden intact. The end result is a paint job my wife and I are very, very happy with. In short, I write this review of Oscar's company, Agramontes Painting, because it is well earned and deserved. Without reservation, I recommend this gentleman to anyone who is looking for a thoroughly professional painting contractor. You will get your money's worth.

He was very polite. He did a lot of extra work too. He was meticulous in his work and it was really perfect, impressive work. He was very reliable from the start all the way to the end.

It went extremely well, no problems, job as promised and better. They worked very clean, picked up everything and delivered what they promised within the time frame. Very happy. We wll use them again for sure.

This contractor (R.O.S. Agramontes Painting, Inc.) was pleasant, punctual, very patient and cooperative with my requests, does neat and clean work, very helpful in picking colors and giving good advise, a very hard worker who worked straight through in meeting the time limit required - I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend him.

Oscar is a talented painter and more than thorough. He sealed all exterior cracks, previous patches, and hurricane shutter screw holes, and pressure cleaned before painting. He painted the house with three coats of paint and our extensive fence with four coats of paint. He also painted and refurbished two exterior doors abating the rust we had on the doors....the doors look brand new. He painted the concrete patio...and repainted it after we did not like the first color we chose. He offered to paint and seal the two water fountains we have so we took him up on his offer. Often he asked us if we like the color and quality of workmanship. If we had any problems or dislikes Oscar rectified them immediately . Oscar takes pride in his painting craftsmanship and wanted us to be completely satisfied. He even painted the wall of the garden home next to ours (because it had been inadvertently sprayed from a previous fence repair/painting job) so as we look out of our house everything looks clean and uniform. He is very detail oriented. Our house looks fantastic with the new paint.

Our start date was pushed back multiple times do to other projects in the property that took too long. Oscar was very patient and understanding in regards to the delays. Once we finally got the ok Oscar got the work done on time and looking great. My house is very small and my wife had chosen over ten different colors, it was nice to work with someone who wanted to do the job how we wanted it, and never tried to sway us into a smaller color pallet. Oscar is great and if you like working with trustworthy people who do their job with integrity then Oscar is your guy.

OSCAR ARRIVED ON TIME TO GIVE ME A QUOTE FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE PAINTING EXTERIOR OF HOME. I APPROVED THE ESTIMATE AND ARRANGED FOR HIM TO START ON 8TH. ARRIVE PROMPTLY AT 7:30AM. STEAMED CLEANED ROOF AND CHECK FOR ANY LEAKS OR BROKEN TILES. I BELIEVE HE CORKED ALL WINDOWS THIS DAY OR MAYBE NEXT. NEXT DAY ARRIVE SAME TIME TO PUT TAPE AROUND ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS. NEXT DAY PAINTED.OSCAR IS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. EAGER TO PLEASE AND WILL DO ANYTHING YOU ASK. STANDS BEHIND ALL WORK PREFORMED. CALL ME ON SUNDAY ABOUT DRIPPING FROM ONE SIDE OF THE GUTTER. WITHOUT HESITATION HE COME OVER ON SUNDAY TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM.HE ALSO HAS PAINTED OUR OFFICE BUILDING AND MY SONS HOUSE. DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB ON ALL LOCATIONS.WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

On 24 November 2012, I received a letter from Angie's List stating that Sanchez of Agramontes had responded to the complaint with a hand written note as follows: 'Customer is stating false information. Damage was there before R.O.S Agramontes arrived. There was already damage to property when we arrived to jobsite. We are not responsible for previous damage.' The lengthy and detailed description of the damage caused by Sanchez, the numerous pictures documenting the damage, the damage being overspray and improper prepping of surfaces to be painted, all of which are peeling (the house was yellow, he was hired to paint it whit, the overspray is all WHITE) and the painting nf new hurricane proof garage doors which were had never been painted except by Sanchez and arenow peeling is all moot against this man's hand written, unsubstantiated comments. Speaks volumes of Angie's ability to right wrong's. The whole process was a waste of time as it will now be settled in court. 'Mr Sanchez came across as an affable and honest man who is fond of stating his word and guarantee mean everything to him. He was referred by a neighbor who found him on Angie's List (Mr Sanchez stated 95% of his work comes from Angie's List referrals). His price was fair (but we would certainly pay for this later) and his team started off well. As time passed he increasingly failed to show up, sometimes for days. Eventually he told us that he had won a contract to paint six houses and had to start that job. I am assuming that in order to save time he resorted to using an spray gun to spray paint what was left ie, soffits, balconies railings and other parts of the house. The net result was his spraying everything in sight with little regard. What he left behind were floors made of expensive keystone rock, outdoor speakers, expensive copper lamps and gutters, an $800 self standing mail box, columns at the entrance tot he house and other parts of the house, including our two cars all over sprayed to varying degrees in white (see pictures). Clearly this was his quick and cheap way out to 'finish' our job. We installed new hurricane proof garage doors that he painted as well. My husband mentioned that Mr Sanchez had stated that 'when people 'don't know what they are doing the paint peels off the garage door the first time they open it'. Guess what, so did ours. Now our soffits are peeling too resulting from his spraying paint on top of old, peeling paint wihout proper preparation. My husband gave him a very extensive punch list of things which needed to be addressed before leaving on a business trip. While my husband was away Mr Sanchez stopped by asking if he could get paid the balance because his cash flow was not good, etc. He promise to take care of everything and that his 'word was his bond, etc. Foolishly I assumed he had spoken to my husband (they spoke in Spanish which I don't) and that they had an understanding and that he would actually come back. Upon his return my husband called Mr Sanchez several times on his mobile phone, has left multiple voice mail messages and once he called him from a number unknown to Mr Sanchez which he answered and when My husband identified himself he hung up on him. We have sent two registered, return receipt requested letters to him neither of which he has accepted, much less responded to. Old Sanchez has fallen off the face of the earth at this point. Mr Sanchez has acted in a completely unprofessional manner, breached our contract, performed shoddy and well beyond sub par work, caused extensive damage and proved to us that his 'word' is worthless and his 'guarantee' nothing but empty words. The damage he has left behind will cost thousands to rectify. My husband is considering taking legal action but so far even his company can't be found in the Secretary of State corporate register (no surprise) in Florida. This is one time when Angie's List recommendations did not filter out an unscrupulous service provider as heretofore he had stellar recommendations. Our advice is simple: 1. CAVEAT EMPTOR (BUYER BEWARE); and 2. Do not be fooled by his smarmy demeanor like we were. I was fooled and taken advantage of by Mr Sanchez - learn from my mistake. And all I have to say to Mr Sanchez is that it takes a lifetime to build a reputation and five minutes to destroy it. What you did to yours in this case was decimate it. Update: It has been several weeks since I posted this review and we have not heard a peep from Mr Sanchez. Pictures speak a thousand words and the ones attached says it all.

Oscar Sanchez the owner of the company came to my house for an estimate 24hrs after i called him. Within days they had started the job of pressure cleaning and them careful prepping for painting. I inspected the house before during and after they finished and could not find anything. I enjoyed working with Oscar and his crew so much I hired them to paint my parents home which they are now doing. I highly recommend his work and the fact he is reasonably priced.

Oscar came by and looked at the house and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He made some suggestions of power washing the fence around the property as well to make everything look cleaner. Also about removing the inner plastic frames on the garage window,which were aged yellow. I had a very good first impression,he seemed very honest and caring about my concerns. Once the bad weather had clear up, he came back two weeks later to start the job with his two helpers. I told I was going to be away for a few days while they worked and that I wanted them to be very careful moving my many plants around. They started diligently on that Saturday and Sunday powerwashing. Monday they patched up a big hole above the front entrance and some chipped walls. I called him everyday to check up on their progress. He mentioned that they were very careful with my planted and even watered them for me, which was very nice of him to do. By the time I returned on Wed. and I was amazed at how clean everything looked, even the fence which was almost greenish chocolate brown from years of dirt and moss was like brand new, light sandy wood. He primed the house but, was waiting for us to choose the color. On thursday we gave him our color choice and by Friday at 5pm they were done. The cleaned up all their garbage before we even got back from work and even waited an extra 40 minutes for us to get home. They did an excellent job. The house looks like brand new,beautiful pale aqua with white trim!!! Even the neighbors stopped by to tell us how great it looked. We are very happy with the work that was done! We are thinking of using him for other future jobs and would highly recommend them!

It was a real pleasure dealing with Oscar. He was very prompt in giving an estimate and flexible on the start date. He gave us a very fair estimate and even included some extra work (pressure cleaning the pool deck and terrace) that was not part of our agreement. His crew was always on time and tidy during the job. Oscar was very receptive to any request we made and the whole project went without any problems.The job performance surpassed all my expectations and I would use him and recommend him without hesitation.

He showed up on time, and he worked all day long, but did a terrible job painting. Was very disappointing considering he did a wonderful job pressure washing for me.

Found Oscar's company on Angie's List and called. I wanted my roof pressure washed, and, having contacted Oscar, agreed on a time for him to give me an estimate. Not only did he arrive a half hour early (which was great), he looked at my roof and, after noting that it was not that dirty, gave me a terrific price ($350) which included my driveway, which is large, and, of course, sidewalk. He also assured me that he would take great care on my roof as I have ceramic, barrel tile, which can be delicate. He arrived Easter Sunday (of all days) about an hour early and assured me that they would take care of everything. My family and I left, and, upon our return, noticed that Oscar and his people had not only cleaned my roof and driveway, they had also cleaned my pool deck and back terrace! Needless to say, I was thrilled with their work, punctuality, and professionalism. I would readily use them again.
