Agramontes Painting

I received several estimates, and although Agramonte was not the cheapest, it was still reasonable and I felt they would do a better job than the cheaper one. They were always on time, courteous and did a great job. The house is looking great.

Oscar was very pleasant to deal with. He was courteous, clean and fast. His helpers are just as professional as Oscar. He used a very powerful pressure cleaner to take off years of dirt, grime and tree sap out of my home's exterior walls. We used Sherwin-Williams loxon primer and Superpaint. The results were spectacular and I couldn't be happier. Please consider Oscar for your next painting project. If your experience is anything like mine you will not be disappointed.

The job was done excellently. His education as a business man is very good. He is a professional person. Knows his job very well. His personal appearance is good, dress accordingly. His helper is very well trained. My house looks brand new. The materials he uses are the best quality product. He was working (alone) in my house for 5 days, every time that I came back from my job everything was in better condition. Very organized. He cleaned all my glass windows. (That was not on the contract.) His generosity and his love is based on his service become him in a trust person. Our community needs people like Oscar .His conviction & passion for his work make him # 1.

I called Agramontes about pressure cleaning my pool patio and driveway. They claimed they'd drop by and look at the job. I asked for estimate via email. I never heard back.

Oscar is the owner of Agramontes Painting. Like anything else, you can pay a lot for or a little for painting. Like anything else you also get what you pay for. I had another cheap firm do painting inside my house and it was a disaster. I chose Agramontes to the exterior. The job they did was simply beyond expectation! Cleaned the roof, cleaned the sidewalk, cleaned the house, 3 coats of paint and patchwork. I chose Oscar ultimately because he promised me he would take personal care of the extensive patchwork for the house. I bought an old house that needed a lot of work and a lot of patchwork. Oscar and his team made the house look virtually brand new. They were there first thing in the morning and worked tirelessly all day. Oscar is not the cheapest and not the most expensive. When you choose Oscar you get a professional that has been in the business for over 20+ years. He not only knows the technical part of painting, but also can help with the design and color selection. After having a positive first time experience with this company, I decided to give them another shot. My mother purchased a new home and it needed to be painted inside and out. Oscar provided quick and professional service just as the first time. He was also, clean organized and offered great advice on products. Everything took about a week and went pretty smoothly. Another quote I received from a different Ptg contractor said it would take 2 weeks. You get what you pay for and since I always believe of getting things done right the first time, I am glad I used Angie's list and Agramontes Painting

Oscar's team painted a 2500 sq ft luxury apartment. Moved the furniture, painted, repaired walls, and moved everything back in it place. He took pictures to make sure all the artwork and furniture were placed in the same positioning through out the condo. The condo building required proof of insurance and business information. They complied. They did an amazing job. We will definitely use them again. Thanks Oscar!

My house came out BEAUTIFUL. The workmanship of this company is clean and efficient. As homeowners we inspect the work as it is performed to ensure a stellar job is provided and no miscommunications occur based on the contractual relationship created. So as a reminder if you keep vigilant of the work performed it is stellar!

Oscar did an amazing job, he was always there on time and accomplished the job flawlessly. He pressured washed my house and painted it. He used sherwin williams paint and I couldn't be happier how everything turned out. It was a great experience working with him and his company and I would do it again any time and I recommend them to everyone. They were very serous people, very organized and very good at their job. Agramontes painting in my opinion is the number 1 company for painting. :)

Mr. Sanchez responded to my request for a quote and based on other quotes that were received, it was a fair price for the work to be provided. We scheduled a date for the work to begin and 2 weeks before that date, received a call that they were available to begin earlier than anticipated- which is a good thing. On the scheduled day, Mr. Sanchez arrived on schedule with his employees and began the work. Throughout the process, they arrived on time, was very diligent about keeping the property clean and spatters of paint on other areas to a minimum. The hurricane shutters were painted and now look like new. In addition, my new garage door was also painted to match the shutters and entrance door. My neighbors were very complimentary regarding the employees being courteous and not blocking any driveways etc. I have since had other work on my roof, which requires touch-ups to be made. A call to Mr. Sanchez was made and the work has been scheduled. I am extremely pleased and would recommend his company to my friends and colleagues.

I had gotten different quotes and Agramontes was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. I liked the fact that Oscar was honest and to the point in what kind of work would be done. Oscar and his crew showed up everyday on time until the work was done. I saw a house whose color I liked and he was able to get the exact color for me. We are very happy with the work done and would recommend him to others.

Mr. Oscar Sanchez, its principal, visited as requested, to provide an Estimate. We agreed, and he showed up the agreed date, an hour earlier with TWO employees with Two Preassure Cleanrs - not one. They finish the entire job at about 1 PM, on 12/03/13. They clean up, carefully, after they were done.

Oscar was very professional and timely which was important for me since I needed it done relatively quick. He was clean and made sure nothing had overspray or paint splatters. I guess the best way to describe Oscar is that him and his team are thorough. He only used the best paint, which was Sherwin-Williams. I and pleased with the results and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Everything was done on time and well. I was asked to let the neighbor know about it so they could remove their SUV from their garage entrance, very considerate. I was told in detail what he was going to do. Two men did the work from 8:10 am to 12:20 pm. My home looks very nice again.

They were one of the top 2 rated painters in our area with alot of very high and very recent ratings on Angie's and he was about 15% less than the other one. Oscar and his crew were great. Came on time, worked hard every day, did a good job. We have old (70 years) rock walls on either side of our house and one of them was damaged and falling apart in one place. I asked Oscar if he knew someone who did this work. He said that one of his men did and would have him fix it after the painting was done. His guy fixed it in one day and then Oscar didn't want to take any money for it (but I paid him for it anyway). Great!

Oscar is a #1 professional! He and his team always arrived on time, his quote was competitive, they completed everything we asked to do. They didn't make a mess , everything was always left in perfect condition.The project was completed on time. We are a Real Estate + Property Management company, we will continue to use them for all of our projects.

Everything went very well. They were on time, efficient, responsible and reasonable cost wise.

We are doing a renovation of our home and a big part of it was the painting inside and out. We have hired many companies from Angie's list and most have been good. However, when it came to the painting, we wanted the best we could get. My wife and I tend to be very picky and perfectionists. I read about a few companies that were good and invited them to bid on the work. I personally met all the people and then made the decision. I am really glad that we chose Agramonte's Painting. The owner of the company (Oscar) came over to give me the estimate and was very thorough explaining what he would do, he offered to do many things that the others did not, and did that with the best attitude. When we finally chose them to do the work, he came back to go over things with me and take a good look at the house again. We agreed on a date and a time to start, and he was promptly there when agreed. Working with construction people is not the most enjoyable experience, they promise things they don't deliver, they don't show up at the site on many occasions. However, with Oscar and his group they were there for almost two months, without missing one day!!! They were prompt, we agreed on a 7 am start and they were there before that, everyday...including sat and sun!!! His people are professionals. Oscar does not bring a large crew because he wants to make sure things are done to his standards, but better yet, to the customer's liking. He tells his employees to always do what the client says and do not ask questions. The job was quite complex because it is a large house and it is 3 stories high, but they tackled it exceptionally well. If all the construction people were as good as they are, they would not have such bad reputation. Oscar was there everyday to make sure things were going as planned. The last day, they spent the day going over every little detail and cleaning everything where paint could have gone. Oscar does a lot more that his work entails, he was always asking what else I needed to do and offered his help. He helped me fix a granite counter, helped me with some lights, and provided assistance with many other chores...all of this just because he wanted to help. It makes such a huge difference to work with people like him. I recommend him and his company for any painting job, if you chose them you will be doing yourself a huge favor.

Painting our apartment was quite a challenge because a lot of heavy furniture needed to be moved. The painters did an excellent job of moving everything without damaging and then returning it to its original location when finished. Oscar and his team were very nice and worked very well together. They were very responsible and dependable and certainly did not steal anything. They did an excellent and very efficient job of removing the wallpaper and painting the entire apartment with Sherwin Williams paint which looked beautiful. They applied primer and 2 coats of painting which gave a very good appearance. They were a pleasure to work with!

Oscar, the owner called me back immediately after leaving one message on his voice mail. He came to give me the estimate right away and (on time) was able to perform the job as he promised within a week. He (and his crew) arrived 30 min early and prepared the house thoroughly by first removing all the shrubs and tree branches. They spent two days on weekends to clean and by Monday, they started painting. Due to the bad weather, they could not proceed as originally scheduled but they worked promptly and finished the job to meet our expectation. They were excellent! We would definitely recommend Agramontes Painting to everyone!
