Since the job is in progress, I don't want to list all the items we are planning to cover. However, I have to say this: He was on time on the day of estimate. And same on the day he started the job. He's very straight forward and I can leave alone to close the house and finish the job. I will post more comments as the projects.

Very nice experience. Showed up on time and performed the work with minimum fuss. They really know what their doing. If you need painting, pressure cleaning, or general handyman tasks, Oscar is the one to call.

He was early, he went above and beyond what we have agreed upon. He cleaned up after finishing, his prices are great and he is a very honest individual.

We contacted Mr. Sanchez on December 4th and he came by that same day to review the scope of work. We explained to him that wanted to take care of these problems before December 20th and asked if he could fit us into his schedule. He returned the next day to match paint and he began the job on Monday, Dec. 8th. He estimated the work would take about three days and it did. He kept every promise he made regarding his daily time table. The repainting of the decorative trellis panels turned out to be difficult. The existing surface was peeling and in poor condition due to sunlight and pool chlorination. These panels are large with a small honeycomb design. He had to spend a lot of time preparing the surface for painting. He did an outstanding job and made these screens look like they were brand new. My husband is very happy with the repairs he made to the gutter and cleaning. There was hardware which needed to be replaced and he made some repairs to broken roof tiles. We told him we were happy to pay him extra for the additional time and materials, he refused, and said it was OK. We have a lot more work we need to accomplish in the new year, and I am looking forward to working with Mr. Sanchez again as soon as we get through the holiday season.

The experience was excellent. He was like someone from heaven. He gave me an estimate. He was so responsible and reasonable. He showed up on time and did great work. He replaced all of my screens. I had a few other little things that needed to be done and he did them for free. He got all of the mold out when he pressure cleaned and even sealed afterwards. I paid the bill for all of the supplies. He was lovely to work with, very professional, and extremely neat. He left no mess at all. Price includes the work and materials.

Oscar immediately recognized what the problem was, and why it happened. He repositioned the gutter so that the problem will not happen again. He also applied silicon - an extra measurement!

Oscar is honest, on time and on budget. His work is as good as any handyman. His best feature is that he is willing to work and rework all the areas of his job that are not 100% to satisfaction without complaining or charging extra for it. He does not try to sell stuff or over charge in any way shape or form. He does not ask for down payments and collects only upon completion. His rates are very reasonable and he is very flexible and easy to negotiate with. Oscar is very versatile and does not shy back to pick up some minor work like clearing out a yard or get a stuck up toilette going again. He is definitely our handyman to be.

Very well. Oscar also performs pressure cleaning and repairs on the mesh that covers the pools. He was very professional and honest about what I can do to keep my mesh in best shape and did not try to sell me into something I do not need. He gave me an estimate, we agreed on the day and time for the work to be performed. He was punctual, did all that was agreed and left everything clean and in order. Before he left he made it clear that if once it rained again we see any problem to immediately call him. We waited for the next rain and still saw a couple of leaks. We called Oscar and he was very responsive, he came back to our house and fix those leaks.

Mr. Sanchez is very courteous and professional. After contacting him by phone he promptly arrived to give me a verbal estimate and, as agreed, performed the job a few days later. The job was done in less than a week since the initial contact. Mr. Sanchez always arrived promptly at the appointed time. Mr. Sanchez' work was excellent and he left no mess. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend this gentleman.

It went very well. He is an honest, responsible worker. He is also punctual and won't take any money until the job is finished to the customer's satisfaction.

No problems and no injuries. I'm very impressed! He also gave me an oral guarantee. He then came back to replace previously broken roof tiles (another $470) but did the job as promised and in one day. Good worker! Also, very polite and professional. Spanish only.

By phone, it sounded so so, but once he came to do the job, everything went just perfect. Again, the best job I've seen in years.

Oscar fixed and realigned the gutters, He also did some new screens for our patio doors and fixed broken ones. The work was done beautifully and cleaned. He arrived to work the day we agreed on and return for a minor adjustment two months later the next day I called him. His prices were reasonable and he showed honesty in his recommendations. We fully recommend him. Living in Miami where the norm is informal workers, Oscar was really a joy to work with. We are very happy with the work and fully recommend him.

We were very pleased. While we first contacted him and his crew about screen panel replacement, he noticed that algae and mold had built up on the painted aluminum frame and many bolts were rusted. He did pressure cleaning, repaired panels, treated rusting bolts. Also took on repair of damaged flashing on roof, as well as gutters - minor handyman work, and treated rusting surface of outside air conditioning ducts on roof - which has remained intact now several months (no peeling of paint). Free estimates. Adequate English. Came within 2 days exactly as promised. Cleaned up after work was done. Indicated he wanted to build a business with good reputation, so please call with any problems and he would return in order to fix the problem and maintain a good reputation. Business card does not show any bonding or licensing, but for the reasonably extensive though minor nature of the work, and with no alternative, we were willing to take a chance and were VERY pleased in every way.
