He quoted me $600. Said he charged my neighbor $1000. The other quotes I got were between $125-$200.

This building was last painted 10-15 years ago and required a lot of building prep prior to painting it. Mr. Sanchez did a good job in taking care of trimming landscape around the building, removed two aluminum roofs and debris that was close or adjacent to the building. Covered A/C units and removed window screens to prevent paint from ruining them . Pressure washed both buildings, sidewalks and driveways. Applied primer and two coats of paint.

I called Mr. Oscar Sanchez and he offered to come on Saturday at 10:30 am to give me an estimate. He was very punctual and polite. We agreed he would come on Monday morning at 9:00am and he arrived exactly at 9. He cleaned all my windows and was very careful at leaving everything clean after he finished. There were various windows that had some stains and he did not stop until he made sure he got all the stains out. I was very happy with his service. I plan on using Mr. Sanchez's service again to do some paint jobs I need done and will let you know how it went. Thank you Angie's List for this recommendation.

Oscar does very good plumbing work. He also provides good recommendations on a range of fixtures for the job.

Oscar was great!! He showed up earlier than scheduled and did an amazing job. He also insisted on cleaning extra areas not included in his original estimate without any additional charge. He was a perfectionist & did a better job than anyone has ever done. Would highly recommend him & would definitely use him again when the need arises.

Everything went fine. My mom called the next day to tell me the sink stoppers in the bathroom sinks detached. I called oscar to explain the problem, he came back today(11/5/10) since this was when we both were available. Oscar is always willing to please his customers and gives 100%. I live in broward county and he travels from miami so I keep a list of things for him to do then I call him. His english is ok in person, but over the phone is more differcult. It's better to meet with him. This is my second time calling oscar and I'll call him again.

Mr. Sanchez's company was responsive, prompt and did everything that he said he would do. The areas that were cleaned look good. My only complaint is that I wish he would have warned me about how dirty the pool was going to get and, accordingly, suggested to me that I should turn-off the pool pump so that all of that dirt would not get sucked into the pump.

Went well overall, but really had to haggle for the prce and I am a repeat customer.

I called Mr. Sanchez to make appointment for an estimate for crown molding and there was clearly a language problem at the start. He handed me over to someone who spoke English and I told him what I wanted. After much discussion of dates and times we made an appointment. However, on the agreed upon time and date Mr. Sanchez did not appear, nor did he call to explain. This was very disappointing since I shortened another appointment to accommodate him. If his failure to appear or call me was due to a language issue then shame on him!

Initial repair did not fix the problem. Multiple other roofers said it couldn't be fixed and needed to be replaced entirely. He came back and fixed the problem at a much lower cost that if we needed to replace the roof. He is very responsive.

Oscar was punctual (actually early) and worked all day. He is terrific and we will use him again and again! Thank you Angie's List!

He's great. I've found him to be very reliable. He's very efficient. I didn't expect him to be able to do work on the gate, but he was able to. He's very punctual. I kept adding stuff to the work, because his work was good.

Oscar arrived at my home the day after I called him to provide me with an estimate. His price for painting the exterior of my home was well below other estimates, which initially caused me some concern. His experience in dealing with customers was evident as he walked me through how he would handle the project and promised me that I would be completely satisfied. He showed up exactly as promised and began pressure cleaning the exterior of my house. He was also very patient as we attempted to obtain an exact color match, and he made a number of additional trips to obtain various samples. Expecting perfection when obtaining any type of service, I had him go over the exterior items that needed additional care a number of times to make sure they were as close to perfect as possible. Again, he was patient and understanding. He refused payment for the project until the day after completion when he could inspect the project and make sure we were completely satisfied. Overall, Mr. Sanchez is meticulous, hard working, and patient. I highly recommend him for any painting project you may have.

It went great and I highly recommend Mr. Sanchez. He's capable, friendly, responsible, trustworthy and has a terrific attitude. The job took four days and he took his time to do everything right, stayed late and made sure that anything which wasn't to my satisfaction was brought up to my satisfaction. As well, on his own time, he shaved down a door opening to help it close when he noticed that it was a problem.

Very well. Oscar came on time or early. He rose to the challenge of procuring the right hardware to use, and took extra time to find quality replacement parts. He had to come back again to install the parts and once again was right on time. He took extra time to make sure the new locks worked smoothly, and the doors are better than new. I do not speak much Spanish, and once, we called Oscar's wife to interpret for us, which also worked out well. Oscar is professional and polite.

He did a good job. We enjoyed the fact that he was prompt and did what he said he was going to do. He gave us a fair deal. He lived up to the standards of the company that had reviews about him. He was very professional. We are going to use his services again. As a matter of fact, we may be calling him soon to do more gutter work.

Oscar arrived promptly at 9 am and finished the entire job by 10:30 am. The gutter material is of superior quality and color. He explained to me that we didn't need the additional downspout, since that end of the house is a little higher than the other and the water will flow the other way. He also assured me that he guarantees his work for 2 years, and he charged me no more than his estimate. Oscar even tested the gutters with a hose.

Oscar is a true professional!!! Very detail, extremely respectful, makes great recomendations and comes up with solutions for everything. MAKES IT HAPPEN.. What others could not finish in a year he did in one week and the attention to detail is amazing. I have been trying to finish my house for over a year, I decided to use Angies List for the first time and could not be happier with the service...I interviewed several people but decided to go with Oscar (he won an Angies Award and had lots of good reports), which was the best choice....I will definitely recommend both Oscar and Angies List to everyone. I can now have dinner parties and show guests my finished house thanks to Oscar...
