Description of Work: They painted two houses (exterior) for me.

Description of Work: Agramontes is an excellent house painting option. They were quick to provide an estimate and to complete the job all while being extremely flexible and accommodative with indecision. The attention to detail and them fixing the little things that came up during the job shows that they truly care about the customer experience. I would continue to use and recommend Agramontes to anyone who asks.

Description of Work: Oscar was excellent. He responded quickly when I called him. His people worked all day long to clean my roof and my gutters and my driveway as promised. No COmplaints.

Description of Work: I asked for an estimate to paint my house and repair external cracks along with some limited interior touch up. I did not select this company to do the work, but Oscar was prompt in returning my call and providing an estimate.

Description of Work: Oscar did a great job cleaning our roof and the gutters. He showed up the day I called him. He gave me an estimate which I considered fair and the next day he did the job.,, a great job!

Description of Work: Mr. Sanchez did an excellent job pressure washing my roof , driveway and pool deck. It was a pleasure having him at my house and I highly recommend him for these services. The price was right and the service was excellent.

Description of Work: I hired this company to clean the windows. Mr Sanchez was very prompt in returnig my call and we set an appointment time for him to see my two story home and to give me an estimate. He was very punctual for that appointment. He arrived on time to do the work and had all necessary equipment to perform the job properly. He worked tirelessly to remove any buildup and stains. I am very pleased with the work performed for me and plan to have Mr Sanchez come back on a regular basis.

Description of Work: What can I say about Oscar. He will try to do everything he can to please you. He did a lot of work and the work he does is excellent. If you meet this man you will get a good feeling about him. There were 2 others that I did check out at Angie's List to get a feel but I picked Oscar because I had a feeling that if I had a problem he would do the job right. Well guess what. I was right. If you need a job done, I would definitely hire this man. I don't live in the city, so I left him with my keys. He is trust worthy and honest. I'm not the type of person that would leave my keys to anyone but Oscar does what he says he is going to do. He painted, fixed my drywall, replaced carpet with hardwood, installed marble, change all the light fixtures, replaced my plumbing, repaired leaks along the sliding doors. I had 13 of them! Oscar put in and replaced my kitchen with granite. He did it all. Electrical, Plumbling, Locks.....you name it , he did it. Thank you Oscar. I will definitely recommend you to anyone. My recommendation is that if you need someone, do not hesitate in at least calling this man. I will guarantee you will not be disappointed. Stephen

Description of Work: He never showed up for my appointment or bothered to call me to explain. I believe he doesn't speak english very well so this might have been a factor.

Description of Work: Oscar repaired a damaged part of bathroom wall where water had leaked in and resealed around the tub and glass areas. He also cleaned top areas of ceiling shelves that are too high for me to reach and dust and clean.
