The company came and installed a small patio porch. They did a nice job on this; so I asked if they could replace a door. They responded yes, so I gave a deposit for them to purchase the door. I have contacted them several times since September 2019 and have not received any response. They have my money and I have no door.

I'm truly sorry you had this unfortunate experience with them especially since your also praising the good job they did on your patio. however i will say that i know the owner got very ill and also we were all hit with the shock of the corona pandemic. they were forced to close the business as many others were. However i have restructured the business and will look into this matter. i will be sending a letter to your listed address for further information so this may be resolved.

They have scheduled so many times to come and when it happened i was asked for an upfront payment to buy the material, and never show up. No unswering my calls, simply vanished.
Description of Work: Replace some panels installed last year by them.

Description of Work: Re-screening & fascia board. All the new screens have fallen out after 1 month. Carpentry very, very rough. Extremely sloppy craftsmanship. Neglected to come back and finish clean-up after being fully paid. Horrible experience.

hello [Member Name Removed] I am very sorry that you feel this way about the job at your moms house however I did ask repeatedly for her to allow me to speak to you which she did not do. your mother was very pleased with a completed job when we started doing the fascia I explain to your mother then she has wood rot in her trusses then she should speak to the roofers she did not want to do so and Isis to put it back up I also explain to your mother set the structure was in very poor shape, I told her she needed to add Alluminum and she did not want to do that I did a walk thru with your mother and the lady that works for her taking care of her and show them and told them I was very concerned about the state of the structure. your mom did not want us to do any additional work. your mother's structure has round spline which you cannot guarantee as we have had two major storms round flying will pop out and most especially in the condition her structure is. however I do apologize for the strings left behind as the day of completion when I picked up my Helper we had a major car accident and your mother was notified of such she was also told to have someone call it off and we would pay for it which she also did not do. I wish you would have called me and I could have explained this all to you but at no point was I allowed to speak to you. I am very sorry you're unhappy but truthfully other than leaving the Screens behind and we were willing to pay for that we did our job which is to do with a customer tells me to do at the end of the day it's her home and I can I go over her at the end of the day it's her home and I can I go over her head. if you like give me a call and maybe we can work something out and I can explain this further to you

All went as described in the estimate. hey even took extra time to pressure clean the structure twice and touch up brackets with paint to make sure that the aluminum was clean and fresh looking. Julian and her husband were onsite daily at the time that they promised and did an excellent job over all, It was a very easy transaction. They are a hard working family which took the time to get the job done right. lWe were a bit hesitant to hire them at first since we had no references but they were a little less expensive than others and were including pressure cleaning and touch ups which some of the others did not offer. We were very happy with their work. Enclosure looks great.
