Description of Work: We hired Eddy (owner) and his band of crooks for the construction of about 40ft of fence (standard wooden privacy fence) and two shadow box gates.

Description of Work: REPLACE MY FENCE (ABOUT 34 FT)

Description of Work: Advanced Fence continually did not meet deadlines, did not communicate with me status and when I decided that I did not want to move forward (prior to any work being completed), they would not return my deposit. I was polite and stated, "It appears we are not going to work well together. So, prior to either of us becoming invested past time spent, simply return my deposit (which was 50% of the total price/$2,000), and we will all move forward." | |How a company could keep $2,000 prior to any outlay for hard costs (eg parts and labor) is unconscionable, especially considering they understood that were missing their own deadlines. It felt like their stance was "we have your money, and now we can hold you hostage." | |It is not the type of company I choose to do business with.

Description of Work: Advance Fence did a GREAT job on my new fence. I started a bid process with several companies. Out of seven, Advance came out on top with customer service, price and punctuality. All emails were answered within hours and the company came out PRECISELY at the time they stated they will be out. Eddy Santamaria walked the lot with me and measured it out with me in tow. He explained the process to the "t" and made sure I knew what the process was with the city in terms of permitting. Advance Fence handled all permitting issues with the City of Homestead and ensured that everything was up to code. The fence was installed on a clear, open lot and the crew was very proficient and knowledgeable in the task at hand. Any questions or concerns I had were handled efficiently and effectively. I am very hard to please, but, Eddy did the impossible and covered all the details.
