+ -1 moreTechnician only installed part of system, said he would return. Never did. ADT says a 3-day cancel period began the day tech showed up, not when work completed. My view is the clock should not have started until work completed. ADT forced me to pay the entire amount though the system never worked to our satisfaction. Would never recommend they be hired, but if you do, read the small print on contract and get everything in writing. Not to be trusted.

+ -1 moreI pay them every quarter. I have always gotten what I wanted, so it is acceptable. I didn't do any research on others. They respond. I would use them again. I don't have all the possible services like where you can pick it on your phone. I inherited from another company, they took over.
Description of Work: have a 3 or 4 year contract with them.
