I couldn't be happier. The entire process was very smooth. Immediately they came out for an estimate and all my concerns were answered. A week later they came and installed my new door. The company is very professional starting from the owner, salesperson and the installers.

How did it go? In a word, excellent. Smitty in the office and the repair technician were both extremely courteous, friendly and efficient. The repair tech arrived 10-15 minutes before the scheduled appointment at 9am and did the work that was described to me that they would do and they also performed overall maintenance on the garage door system, lubrication, etc. My garage door system works better than it ever has in 16 years and it now doesn't make all the crazy noises it used to for all those years. The work was completed as promised and on time. Needed some additional work and materials to replace some damaged wood/frame and pricing on the added work was reasonable.

The entire process from ordering the door to having it installed was a synch. I wish every company was a easy to deal with. Actsys showed up on time, removed the old door and put in a new door and motor. The workmen were pleasant, easy to deal with and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to replace a garage door expediently and without fuss.

The company quickly responded and came out the day after I contacted them with a quote. They explained everything in detail so there were no surprises. I paid the quoted price which was lower then the othe companies. I definitely recommend them and will use them again.

The technician arrived exactly at the scheduled time and did a thorough and professional job. I have used Actsys before to replace door lift springs and to repair lift motors and they have always been prompt and thorough. I recommend their tune-up offer as a great way to make your lift springs and motor last a lot longer.

The first time we contracted this company we went by Angies' List recommendations. They replaced the entire system including motors, rails, added keypads, remote control, sensors amongst other things. Everything went relatively smooth until after the guy doing the work left. I wasn't able to close on of the garage doors, it would start closing and then go back. I called and spoke with Smitty. He asked me why was I calling him more than an hour after his worker had left, I explained his worker had just left and I needed the garage door to close, not that the fact that his worker had left an hour or less ago should matter, he had literally just done the work. His worker did come and fixed it, Smitty then told me that it was my fault the garage door didn't close because I asked for the garage door to go back if it touched anything. I had asked for this since I have small children, which I think it's not an unreasonable request. All in all, Smitty was extremely rude! A year later in April of 2015 we had issues with one of the rails, we decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and call them. When his worker came he told my husband to talk to his boss. Smitty then told my husband that he needed to replace the entire rail system, my husband told him that his worker had mentioned that it could be fixed while he was inspecting it. Smitty told my husband that he wasn't supposed to be present while his worker was checking and working on OUR door. My husband could not believe how rude and ridiculous this person was being and he just decided to end the conversation. We had his worker fix the rail/track for a lot less money than Smitty was suggesting and we are NEVER hiring this company again. I really don't understand how this company has such good ratings and it's still in business. We're now using AA Same Day Garage and are very happy with it!

Came on first day and did not have correct springs for door. Came back the next day and installed the new springs, new pulleys, and lubricated the entire system. Installer (Norman) was professional and friendly. I normally try to do things myself, but after I read about some DIY'ers having their hands mangled becaue of these high tension springs, I decided it was better to get a pro. I'm glad I did

I provided the notes from my inspection report and quoted their special and they knew exactly what the problem was... A bad gear. Smitty the owner was dead on, and when his team came out...ON TIME... It was fixed and the door completely serviced in minutes. I got a new remote and they programmed and synced it to the car. Nice people, great service!

Was totally pleased with the entire process. When I called to order the tune up special, the owner, Smitty answered the phone. I explained I purchased the home as a foreclosure & I felt the garage doors needed attention. Smitty gave tremendous advice on services he felt I needed. He did not oversell. In fact, since the garage had 2 separate garage doors, he honored the special price for the 2nd door and he also convinced me to reduce the amount of remotes I was going to order. Imagine that, a vendor wanting to save the customer $. Made me feel very comfortable to order the service. First scheduled appointment date had to be rescheduled at the last minute at my request and Smitty was most accommodating and happy to reschedule. Technician arrived a few minutes early, which was nice and after reviewing the 2 garage doors, he advised me only a minimal amount of maintenance was required. I was prepared for a much larger amount of work thinking the doors were in poor condition and I appreciated the technician was not trying to up sell me. He even programmed my car for me. Imagine that! Tremendous customer care and I am thrilled to have called Actsys for the service. I am now a fan for life due to their honesty and integrity. Thank you.

It went amazing. Provider was punctual and was knew exactly what was wrong with my garage door, it needed to be lubricated since it hadn't been maintained by the previous home owner. Provider was quick, nice, and very professional. I would recommended to anyone looking to perform maintenance on their garage doors.

Once we got in touch on the phone it was fine! We had a rough start syncing up the appointment date. Turns out that Smitty is just like me! I prefer phone calls than emails because I catch emails late and apparently same goes with him. His guy showed up,very professional and with all tools we needed and would need if something came up. He inspected the garage door and lubricated all joints.Balanced the door. He found a potencial future problem and I decided to have it fixed right there before it became a bigger problem. excelletnt work. Will call again when needed!

The service was amazing. Scheduling the service was very simple and the actual work was done very quick and professionally; they answered any questions I had as well.

They did a good job. Arrived on time and did what they said they would do. I didn't care for the Norman the technician but he did what he was supposed to do and I believe the price was fair.

The process was smooth and there were no issues. Smitty and his staff were very professional. Although, he was not present however he followed up by phone throughout the whole process. The installers where professional and they cleaned up well after they finish.

Only issue is that because of a family emergency of the tecnician, the original appointment was not kept. The biggest issue was I had to call to see why he had not arrived. Besides that, everything else was fine. They rescheduled at both of our earliest convenience. When the service was performed, it was very quick and to the point and my garage door seems to be well adjusted.

The installer was right on time, and proceeded to do an excellent job of installing the new garage door opener. He then demonstrated its use and helped me program the remote controls. The installation was very quick, and he did an excellent job of taking away the old opener and cleaning up the area. Very professional all the way.

WE got a fair price and they kept all of their commitments. It was hassle free and we're very happy with thee end product. Most of the garage doors are one of two brands so the difference comes down to service and these guys get it right!
